We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

What Our Customers Are Saying

Written Review

"Fantastic location with good resort options"
Kings Creek is an excellent option as a home base in the Williamsburg area. We were there for a week over New Years and didn't have an idle minute in or out of the resort. The resort itself has excellent accommodations, a large indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, exercise room, daily craft oriented activities for adults and kids, and these kept us occupied while we were not touring. There is lots of very good shopping close by (including a Target within 5 minutes), and a large variety of restaurants abound within 15 minutes. Of course Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown are the regions primary drawing cards, and they are all within easy reach of the resort which lies rather in the center of all of them. Check out the Williamsburg winery if you like wine. Try a wine tasting there of several good wines for only $6.
"Very nice and new accomodations"
My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. We were very happy with the place. We travel to Williamsburg at least twice a year and stay in the Hampton Suites. This is the first time we stayed here and we plan to always stay at the Estates at Kings Creek from now on. The grounds, pools, and fitness room were very clean and kept in resort quality. The accomodations we stayed in were brand new and we were the first people to stay in the one bedroom suite, The pictures online do not do the rooms justice. Very quiet and peaceful area.
"Brilliant Place"
Swapped a timeshare in Portugal to stay here with 2 girlfriends. Booked a 3 bed/3bath property. On arrival check-in was easy - not busy and we were given keys a map of the property with directions to our building and tourist information plus some coupons. The property turned out to be a detached house with a front door which led into a small vestibule which had 2 doors one to the main part of the house and one to a "granny flat" type area with a separate bedroom, bathroom, sitting area and kitchenette which was basically the third bedroom. In the main area there was a reasonable sized kitchen and a large sitting area with gas fire and comfortable sofas and chairs. The dining room table was big and would easily seat 6. There was a welcome pack on arrival including coffee/tea and some condiments. The 2 bedrooms upstairs were a double and a twin both with bathrooms. Both rooms were large and the bathrooms clean. All bedrooms had a TV in with plenty of channel choice. The estate was very quiet - it was late October, I think in the summer it would be very popular and get quite busy and noisy. The location is ideal - 10 minutes from the main Williamsburg areas & Busch Gardens and 2 minutes off the freeway. There is a big Target Store 1 minute's drive away which has plenty of groceries and there are many other grocery stores nearby. We had a couple of maintenance problems but a phonecall to the front desk brought a maintenance man over within minutes to sort them out. An excellent place to stay especially out of season as it so nice and quiet, we even had a family of deer wandering around outside the house.
"Location, location, location"
Within a 10 mile radius to Water Country, Busch Gardens and Colonial Wiliamsburg the place was great with nice pools, activities for the children and a nice atmosphere. Barbecues are available for use and the pools are well maintained and set up so kids of all ages can play there.
"Enjoyed our stay!"
We stayed in a one bedroom cottage as part of the timeshare sales pitch arrangement and we were surprisingly thrilled with the cleanliness, space and extras included in our room! It was spotless, had two new TVs, a very and comfortable king bed, well equipped kitchen right down to the paper towels, a jetted tub that worked beautifully and a new washer and dryer. The staff was very cheerful and helpful. We attended the timeshare presentation and talked with Cathleen for about 2 1/2 hrs. We made it clear from the start that we weren't there to buy any property but we wanted to learn what it was all about. We were not pressured but must say that Cathleen definitely knows how to do her job!! The homes in the development are lovely with perfect landscaping and beautiful swimming pools. We especially liked that it was soooo close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. I would give our particular experience there a 5-star rating.
"The best place to stay in Williamsburg"
The estates are the newest edition to kings creek. Rooms are very clean. Layout is amazing in units and resort. Pools are amazing. Water country is 100 yards away. And busch gardens is a left turn and a right turn away. So easy to navagate from here. One of my favorite timeshares.. you wont be dissapointed here
"Beautiful"
We stayed here for a week, for girls softball tournament. It was wonderful, everyting was so clean and nice pool area was great, just a wonderful place to stay, and stores nearby. Close to a lot of things, right next door to water country. I wouldnt hesitate to stay again or to recomend to anyone else. For anyone going to Williamsburg it would be great. We only had a 1 bedroom cottage but it was fine . nice big bedroom and nice pullout.
"Great stay"
My family stayed here for a family reunion and we loved it. The rooms were large and comfortable and also clean. We were close to the pool which was also very nice and clean. The location is great because you aren't right in the hustle and bustle but you are within a short drive of all the local attractions. I would recommend this place to others!
"Only reason I did not buy time share is so much cost vs additional costs to vacations."
The only issues we had were they wanted us to pay for using golf clubs and pool was way to crowded. It was s nice vacation. No adult pool.Room was ooooo soooo good. Real real nice
"Pleasant setting and near many area attractions"
Spent one week unit was 2 bedrooms unit. Clean, couch old looking. Pools were nice. Basketball court is on tennis courts. This was a challenge for when courts are being used at same time. Trips to Norfolk & Newport News were easy. Area family friendly. Lots to do locally.
"Pleasant retreat"
We stayed at Kings Creek Plantation while we visited historical sites in the region. Its location for our purposes was great with quick access to Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Jamestown. The rooms were well appointed with updated kitchens and appliances. The bedroom was large and very comfortable. The living room was quite small and the furniture was showing some wear. The dining room was nonexistent and consisted of a small table on the distal side of the living room. You had to rearrange the living room to pull out the table to use it. The grounds were nice and clean and the rows of houses gave it a neighborhood feeling. The front desk was helpful and courteous. Overall, it was a good experience.
"Convenient location - nice, comfortable accomodations"
We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom cottages at Kings Creek Plantation from May 25-June 1, 2013 and really enjoyed our stay. The development which includes cottages, town homes and larger "estates" provides very convenient access to both I-64 and the Colonial Historic Parkway. You could be at the Colonial Willamsburg Visitor Center in less than 10 minutes. It is very quiet in the development and the pool facilities were nice with both indoor and outdoor options. A concierge is available 24/7 to help with sightseeing, golf and other arrangements. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked for those that wish to avoid the expense of eating all their meals out. We would not hesitate to stay here again should we return to the Williamsburg area.
"Wonerful Stay"
We stayed at the Townes at Kings Creek May 17-24. We had a great stay. The condo was equipped with everything and then some. I was very pleasantly surprised with the property due to some previous reviews I had read. Not sure what their complaints were about. We had more room than we needed and everyone was very congenial. If we are ever in the area for vacation we would stay at Kings Creek.
"great stay!"
No complaints at all. i booked the cottage and was upgraded to the Estates. We had a 1 bedroom upstairs unit. It took some getting used to the stairs, and we were surprised to open the front door only to be met by a staircase, bur once we made it upstairs it was lovely. Everything brand new. Large flatscreens, stainless steel appliances, clean carpet (it looked freshly steamed cleaned). The bedroom was huge (I let mom have it), the shower was roomy, and i loved the washer dryer in the cabin. The leather sofa bed in the living room was very comfy. It felt just like home. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again and rent an entire villa for a family stay. The entire triangle area was very lovely and relaxing. We stayed 10-17 May 2013. Nice weather, hardly any kids. Great vacation!
"Awesome property and huge condo"
We exchanged our unit that we own in Colorado for this one and were very happy here. We had an upper 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit at the very end of the complex and it was enormous. There was even an extra room with sofa and TV next to the bedroom. For a family, this would be excellent. There was a very large, rectangular dining table and a passthrough "window" to the well appointed kitchen. Our corner unit looked out onto nothing but trees and it was completely quiet -- no street noise, no people noise, nothing. It was really wonderful. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. I really wanted to give this resort an excellent rating but I didn't want to mislead anyone. We were pretty sure, in advance, that we would get an older unit that needs an overhaul. And this was the case. Yes, it was very dated (1990s?) and the furniture and decoration is in need of updating but it was still fine for our use. We cooked our breakfasts there and then came home for dessert. We weren't in the unit long and the master bathroom had a huge tub (that we didn't use because we aren't tub people) and was very large and accommodating. We know that condos undergo renovations and since this wasn't our home resort, we were ok with this. We loved that we had a washer/dryer in our unit. We also loved that we were only 10 minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg. Be sure to bring your GPS for your vehicle with you; Colonial Williamsburg can be very, very confusing if you venture out much in search of groceries or dinner. For us, it was a grand adventure. We did not use any of the facilities (pools, etc.) so can't speak to that. The grounds are really lovely and many in the unit opposite ours were grilling their dinners out on the 2 grills in front.
"3 days in a 1 bedroom cottage"
Kings Creek was a nice experience for us. The cottage we stayed in was very clean and nicely decorated. The people at the front desk were wonderful and very helpful to us as we had never been to this area before. It was just my husband and I and we really liked the overall feel of the place. The amenities were good, the indoor pool is a good size and the outside pool looked good but it was March and we are not that brave. They have a nice little store and sitting area in the main front desk area. Over all, it was one of the more pleasant parts of our trip. We did sit through a "90 minute - time share" type meeting" which was required if we were to stay for 3 days for $150. They arrange the time that you will have to sit through it. Steven was our host for this and a very nice man but we were just not up to paying into something that would tie us down for years. It all sounded great but in the end we declined because we are not ready to commit that that kind of money yearly. He did make it sound very interesting though and maybe someday we will do something like this when we retire. Thank you King's Creek for a very nice stay overall. Your price certainly made a difference to us!
"Wonderful Stay"
We stayed in the Cottages area of Kings Creek. I loved this resort. Everything was perfect, so perfect I maybe going back in March, 2013. The condo was very clean, I loved the jacuzzi in the room. The only problem I had was wasting some time trying to take the tour they were very unorganized so we wind up leaving. I am very particular about my vacationing. This resort met all my expectations, kitchen stocked very well, very close to all the restaurants, prime outlet, target, walmart. I loved it!!! and I recommend it. My husband and I went as our children are grown but I definitely plan to take the grandchildren and visit water country while there.
"Just like home!"
My family stayed at this resort and loved EVERYTHING about it! The space was a 2-bedroom townhouse style and a lock-off 1-bedroom. It felt like home! The space was so large and spacious! There was a large dining room table for the whole family, a huge kitchen, living room with fireplace, 3 larger master bedrooms with 2 jacuzzi tubs and a large deck! There was a outside grill, playground, miniature golf, tennis, basketball, inside/outside pool, sauna, steam room and tons of activities! We went during the winter season when there is not much going on in Williamsburg. But this resort filled in a lot of blanks! We had a great time... And will definitely say that this is the best resort there!
"Very Impressed"
We stayed at a 2 bedroom condo, which included a kitchen, dining area, a living room, a sitting room just off of the master bedroom and 2 full baths. The sitting area could be used as a 3rd bedroom, also, since the couch was a fold out. Very nice amenities, pool, sauna, numerous play areas for the kids, mini golf, a nice bbq restaurant onsite with a smoker that smelled divine. We didn't have the chance to try out his bbq, but it smelled wonderful. Very close to shopping, and close to amenities. Very clean, friendly folk. The water pressure was a bit low, but enough to wash my thick hair. Jacuzzi plus a shower stall in the master bedroom. Electric fireplace in the living room, 4 cable tv's, laundry in the unit, and a full kitchen with dishes, cookware, towels, etc - you just bring the food. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, but we forgot to bring our own pillows, which I highly suggest to anyone else. We'll return. We've been to the time share things before - you just say no, and move on.
"Family trip and the units were great."
Great location and very clean. Only issue was that some units have a separate shower and you think that would be nice, but it is very small and low water pressure. But the place has a playground, shuffle board, indoor and outdoor pools a jacuzzi's
"Great Family Vacation"
We stayed at the Kings Creek Plantaion, Estates 4 bedroom for 6 nights. The house was in great condition. It is broken into 3 units. Two one bedrooms and one two bedroom. Each with it's own access. The first floor of the two BR had a connecting door to the first floor one BR. There was 4 families, 7 adults and one 4 year old. The layout was excellent, it allowed everyone their privacy and the large main unit was spacious enough for all to meet for dinner (8 person dinning room table) sofa, 2 chairs flat screen tv and a large deck. The two one BR units also had their own full kitchen, living room, pull out queen sleeper and small deck. Each units kitchen was outfitted with very nice stainless steel appliances. The location was excellent. It is next to Water Country and less than 4 miles to Busch Gardens. Historical Williamsburg was about 10 minutes away. There are 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pools.
"This property is georgous!"
Our family has stayed at this property July 4th week for the past 4 years. We stay in the estates it has all the bells and whistles you would expect from a world class resort, we have also stayed in other phases in the past as we have upgraded throughout the years and now own a 4 bedroom in the estates. We booked this year and unfortunately at the last minute we found out that we won't be able to actually go, so we have been forced to rent out our week this year. I would recommend this resort to any family looking to have an outstanding holiday week. There are many pictures of this resort and all the amenities, each place in the estates has its own grill and it has its own pool area.
