"Paradise"
Just back from The Twin Sands and already missing it. This hotel is amazing in every aspect. Our pool suite room was unbelievable ,ask for 4306 as it is huge and the private pool is to die for. 12th time in Patong and stayed in various hotels including The BYD Lofts and this beats it hands down. Can't wait for next year to visit again. Tuk Tuk ride home at night is worth the visit alone. I'm already jealous of anyone visiting here soon..

"Worth a stay"
The staff are ultra friendly, pricing good. The apartments are set up for self catering if you do not wish to use the excellent restaurant. There is a small supermarket next door for the essentials. Great pool, spa and adequte gym.
"Amazing"
Very helpful staff, location quite far away from city center but there is no problem! Tuk-tuks are everywhere! Only one bad things is that in the neighborhood there are many constructions going on and around 8 am there is a little bit loudly. Amazing food at the restaurant and prices quite ok!
"An Absolute Stay in Phuket"
This must be the most comfortable stay in Phuket. From the start, we were picked up at the airport with a private car. Check-in was smooth and effortless. The room was spacious and very comfortable and well kept and maintained. There was cable tv and DVDs on offer; complimentary shuttle service to Patong about 6 times daily and because of the construction for their phase 3 we were even given a complimentary discount book to use in the bars and restaurants in Phuket. Very thoughtful. The place was very well maintained and the staff very friendly too. There are 2 pools and ours being phase 2 , the pool was more private. All this came with our membership with Absolute which made our holiday quite effortless. It's a area as we have this for the next 25 plus years to enjoy and we can even swap it with other Absolute holiday properties or join Interval and travel the world from r almost free.
"Nice and spacious apartment style hotel"
We stayed in this hotel for a week, and we loved it a lot. The room we got was a 1 bedroom suite apartment, and each room came with a big balcony where there are chairs you can relax on, and the shower room was huge. Breakfast was included in the package, and they have the same menu everyday: American Breakfast, Fruit platter, or English breakfast. We found the the American Breakfast the best and the portion size the biggest. The hotel is in the middle of a mountain, and therefore you will need to arrange taxi or tuk tuk to get to the town. You can ask the hotel to arrange that for you, and the price was very reasonable. The hotel restaurant was also very good! The Thai food there was great, and we also tried the pizza one day and that was good too. This is a goof and quiet hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there.
"Great place to stay just south of Patong"
This place is magic, just south of the hustle and bustle of Patong. Situated across from and overlooking Tri Trang beach it's a perfect spot to relax after a day out. Only five minutes from Patong beach and a family mart next door for any knick knacks. The facilities, the rooms and the service are exceptional. An onsite restaurant that is fantastic. Fully self contained units with separate living area and a shower to die for... Staff are welcoming and will help you at the drop of a hat. The rooms are great and housekeeping is second to none. A great pool overlooking the sea, swim up bar and family mart just down the road. I highly recommend this place, you won't regret it.
"Love this place"
We are just coming to the end of a three week stay. Our room is lovely and so clean, We love the 2 pools, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Blue Mango restaurant is the best! The menu is comprehensive and the food amazing and such good value for money. The bar and restaurant staff are very friendly and a lot of fun. We will miss this place, can't wait to return next year!! Throughly recommend it.
"Truely Amazing - Great service and so value for money !!"
Just completed 2 nights at this hotel and I could not have been taken care of any better. All the staff are charming and friendly - they try to find ways of taking care of you in a way the you expect in a 5* high end hotel not in a sea side resort Hotel. The pool was great, we also had a fantastic massage that was amazing and great value for money (less than half price I normal expect to pay). Finally I must recommend The Blue Mango restaurant. The food is unbelievably good please see my review there.
"Great hotel. Staff are friendly."
Staff very helpful. The guy that runs pool bar named Honey especially helpful and very friendly,always has a smile. Works very hard is an asset to the hotel. When he's not in no one takes over and guests have to manage their own sun beds and umbrellas. No one at the bar very poor management
"Great Place!"
Had a fantastic 21 day stay here. Rooms are very clean. It's not a room, more like a small apartment that you can get room service and housekeeping. The pools are great, staff is great, and the restaurant on property is Great!
"An Absolute Awesome place"
Been here twice the first time we stayed in a Studio apartment in the 2nd tower our second visit was with our 2 daughters we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment close to reception. i cannot fault Absolute the staff are so friendly and accomodating, we used the gym most mornings and used the wellness centre recommend a massage. We also made use of the shuttle bus an excellent service also hired a scooter. The resort is 10 minutes from Patong and away from the hustle and bustle of bangla road, a few bars 10 minute walk away had just opened near the resort very nice to relaxed and chilled. Very handy 7/11 mini mart for guest convenience. We cooked some meals in great facilities. You wont be disappointed with this place.
"A nice place to stay"
We stayed in a studio room that was very clean and well kept. The room contained a full size refrigerator which we stocked with snacks and drinks purchased just outside our accommodation. The service provided by the staff was awesome and they were all very polite and a pleasure to deal with. Currently there is some construction going on which is planed to finish around April 2018, so you have to put up with a bit of noise, but it's quite tolerable. The shuttle bus service provided by Absolute provides frequent transport to the town of Patong or close by beaches. One of the best kept secrets is the in house restaurant. The gym is better than most and is located in a great position, opposite one of the swimming pools.
"Our Best Stay Yet"
This is the third time we have stayed at the resort by far our best. Even with the construction noise during the day, there seem to be some significant enhancements to the overall experience at the resort. The arrival breathing was very helpful, the ice cream in the afternoon was a nice treat and the staff seem to have been upgraded. We especially appreciate it all of the great support from Khun Kang. He was extremely helpful and got us what we needed to make a wonderful holiday.
"Friendly and helpful staff make up for construction noise"
We have just spent two weeks at The Twin Sands. It has been great! If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Patong, but close enough to get there in 10 minutes, using the free Hotel Shuttle, then The Twin Sands is a geat place to stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful, there is an award winning resturaunt (The Blue Mango) on site, there are two beaches close by, an opporunity to swim with elephants within walking distance, and the rooms are spacious and serviced daily. There is even free icecream everyday to compensate for the constuction noise. If you are looking to invest in property in Thailand Absolute offers this as well.
"First taste of Thailand"
Rooms beautiful, clean modern and great aircon. Ocean view is in the distance. Overlooks untidy back of another hotel under construction. No easy quick access to beaches. But both beaches are walking distance (through some back streets). The beach behind Marriott is almost like a private beach and well worth the 5 to 8 minute walk. Great quaint and cheap local restaurant overlooking beach too. In the right season snorkeling or diving would be great from this beach. It was a little murky when we tried. Uncomfortably far from Patong beach and all the activities or shopping but the shuttle service does compensate for this problem. Motor Bike hire from hotel solved many of our location problems. We travelled the few km further to Paradise beach which is equisite!! Beneath the hotel is a very convenient 24hr family Mart for all your consumption needs (midnite ice cream cravings or early morning milk for the coffee or the local sim card to get google maps working on my phone) The staff were extremely obliging, always cheerful. The gym is adequate although opening hours a little short and the rim pools are gorgeous. Stage 3 looks even more stunning so construction work will be around for another year or more
"Relaxing and set between 2 beaches"
We are currently staying here now (May 2017). It is our first time here and although it is raining - the warmth is all around. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they make you feel welcome. We are staying in a beautiful unit, separate bedroom with kitchen, wall oven and microwave. Two balconies one for the bedroom and one for the lounge. Dine in at the Blue Mango restaurant magic food and staff great fun and polite. 2 swimming pools - one with swim up bar. Free Wi Fi, free shuttle bus - 10 -15 minutes to Jungceylon Patong Shopping Centre (go down to the basement) great shopping and food court. All the night life and shopping you need.
