This hotel has abundant parking, a nice, hot breakfast included with the room that includes some type of eggs, usually sausage, beverages, make your own waffles, etc. They have a very helpful staff, who immediately respond to any requests. The room we stayed in this time had two separate areas with queen sized beds, two TV's, and two heating controls where you could set the temperature you wanted the room to be.

"Worth the Extra Money"
There are less expensive hotels in Wisconsin Dells, but the price at the Best Western Ambassador is worth paying more. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable. I accidentally left a bag in my room upon checkout. I quickly returned and house keeping brought the bag to me. Very classy customer service!

"Quality is Excellent!"
Great service, great room and excellent amenities! We were there for a basketball tournament and the entire team stayed at the hotel. It was perfect! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location to everything in the Dells is perfect. I especially liked that it was so close to the downtown area. Perfect!
"Family get away"
The value for this hotel is great. We weren't looking for a waterpark, just a home base for other activities in the Dells. The hotel is great to stay away from all the hustle and bustle. We had the pool, hot tub and sauna. That's all we needed.

Great place to stay in WI Dells. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Pool, fitness center, Computer room. Close to restaurants and other fun activities. Check in and Check out smooth. Would stay at this location again and would recommend it to friends and family. Great prices also.
"Anniversary Weekend"
We couldn't get into the pool with our key cards but anyone could get into the hotel through the door by the back parking lot without a key card. The rest of the stay was fine. We like the location and would stay here again.

This was a very nice hotel for the deal we got it for. The breakfast was very good and lots of options. It is always nice to have hot food offered. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable as well. I would stay here again if needed.

We stayed at this property the Monday night before Thanksgiving. The room was clean, the property is kept well, the staff was friendly, the rate was affordable, the pool, and hot tub area was clean, and kept well, the free breakfast was good. I would stay there again
"Don't miss this hotel! Great price and goodies you'll love"
Ok, everyone thinks most hotels are the same, but this hotel gave us the extras that put it on our list as the best place we have ever stayed in the Wisconsin Dells. The hotel has been remodeled and we found it clean and updated from the lobby all the way to include the rooms. I wanted a place to stay where I could relax and they have rooms available with very nice decks overlooking the outdoor pool area. We didn't have to pay for waterpark tickets because these were included in the cost for not only one waterpark, but two waterparks and so you are able to spend as much time as you wanted at either of them. Breakfast was also included free for everyone and included both hot and cold items. There is an indoor pool in case the weather was bad and of course you are only minutes away from all the other great activities that the Dells has to offer. Also I requested a rollaway for our room and it was actually in the room waiting for me when we arrived, which if you have ever requested one of these at most hotels it is a chore. Our room was very clean and I loved the deck which actually had comfortable chairs. The staff was very friendly and even parking was easy. Is this a fancy dancy type hotel...of course not. But, we wanted an inexpensive, clean, relaxing hotel to stay in and it gave us that and a lot more. Saved us a lot of money.

very nice hotel and good value. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices and a very clean, roomy area. The room was clean and the hotel was surprisingly quiet for the number of guests. A great experience.
"Wedding Weekend Fun!"
We stayed at this hotel for our wedding weekend, and everything was perfect! The GM was accommodating, staff was helpful and friendly, and the housekeeping was top notch. We even left behind a card with cash in it and they notified us. Honest, friendly, and wonderful!! We were able to head over to the Chula Vista at no charge and were able to keep our kids happy and occupied for an entire weekend when it was freezing outside. Close to hiking, shopping, waterparks, and food. Absolutely wonderful. THANK YOU BEST WESTERN!!!

Good service & enjoyed the lodging. The desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me choose a dinner place, plus a place to watch the Cubs win the World Series. Can't do any better than that.

Just considering the location I had the fear that this would be an old run down place. It was new, clean and up to date. would give it ***** and recommend this location. I was family friendly and conveniently located.
"Agreat place to stay"
We have stayed. at the Best Western in Wis. Dells every time we visit the Dell. We enjoyed the Denny restaurant located next to the Best Western. We like to go to the casino and it the Ho-Chunk Gaming and the Best Western calls for a bus to take us there. Plus the breakfast that is served is outstanding.
"Best hotel I've stayed at!!"
I was supposed to stay at Mt olympus resort but the rooms there were unsafe so we were frantically looking for a place to stay so we found this place and let me say the best hotel I've ever stayed at we got a family suite and let me tell you it was wonderful the beds were really comfortable the front desk staff were really nice and friendly they greeted you and had the best attitude ever!!! They also had an indoor and outdoor pool which were really nice absolutely loved the outdoor pool so clean!! The only complaints I have about this hotel are the air conditioner in the living room of our room was leaking and the housekeepers didn't clean our room one day and the next day the housekeeper was rude because we told them to come back in an hour. But when the room wasn't cleaned the first day the front desk was very polite and they apologized and when we checked out I told them that the air conditioner in the living room was leaking and they were very polite and they told me they would check on it. Great service and what a great stay definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and I'll be coming back next year!!!
"Best breakfast ever had at a hotel"
This hotel had the best FREE breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Their waffles were excellent and even had a variety of toppings for them- mini chocolate chips, strawberries and whipped cream! There was also a yogurt machine with many toppings, along with oatmeal, 4 kinds of cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, english muffins, scrambled eggs, sausage links, bananas, apples, yogurt cups, coffee, milk, oj, ice water, and apple juice. The rooms were clean. There was a huge space in the corner of the room which would have been nice to have a chair and extra small table. The staff was friendly and the maids had our beds made and towels picked up while we were at breakfast. They were FAST! You could tell this was an older BW and could use a little fresh paint, carpet cleaned in hallways, etc. The lighting in the parking lot could have been brighter. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there two nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean. There was plenty of parking nearby. It was outside of the tourist area a little so it was quieter. We would stay there again.

Excellent experience at the Best Western Ambassador inn & Suites! The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the amenities were great. My husband and I found the hotel to be very quiet. We were given complimentary tickets to the Chula Vista indoor waterpark, which was a nice addition to our fun packed stay in the Dells! The continental breakfast was one of the best we have had, as the selection and quality were great! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
"Close to the Action"
The hotel was good for the money if you don't care about the indoor water parks. You get a good breakfast included. It is 5 mins. from the down town area. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
