Why Stay Here?

Modern, All-Suite Hotel is Just A 9-Minute Walk From City Market Shopping Area

Complimentary Hot Breakfast

Indoor Pool With A Poolside Snack Bar. Parasols & A Hot Tub

This was our first trip to Savannah. We are Choice rewards members and have stayed in Choice hotels all over the country. This particular stay was the very best experience we’ve had to date. The hotel is close enough to walk to River Walk and City Market, a great location which made the stay nice. But it was the truly exceptional staff that made the stay outstanding. From the front desk, to the cleaning crew, and especially the maintenance staff, just a great group of people. Looking forward to staying there again. Oh – and the extremely high ceilings in the room were a special treat. Very cool hotel over all.

We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

"Amazing"
Room spacious. Clean and beautiful Staff went way out of their way to accommodate us..free shuttle made all our sightseeing so easy .breakfast was better than most other hotels we have stayed at in the historic district.we will go back for sure
"Outstanding Hotel & Staff"

"This hotel is a winner"
I'd definitely stay here again. It's a great location--very easy to walk right in to the historic district. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and there's a concierge to help direct you anywhere, give you travel suggestions, and arrange tours. The room was clean and huge, and I loved the sitting area. Price was extremely reasonable for all we got and the excellent location.
"Great location"
This hotel is perfect for visiting the Historic District of Savannah. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they had a shuttle that would drop you off/pick you up in the Historic area. The suites were immaculate and well appointed. I would stay here again.
"Seeing Historic Savannah"
This hotel was absolutely great. We did not spend much time in the hotel, during our visit, but that was simply because there is so much to see and do in the Historic District. One of the best features for me was the shuttle service. Graham who was our driver was absolutely wonderful. She told us all the must sees, how to's, do's and don'ts while visiting, and that information helped us to plan our days. Also, she was very professional, courteous, and entertaining to say the least, even when it was evident that she was beyond tired. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful as well... We had a slight issue with housekeeping, but overall this was a great place to stay.
"WOW!!!"
I truly enjoyed my stay. Chesley was the front desk attendant and she was absolutely remarkable. My room looked and smelled wonderful and the breakfast was magnificent. Miss Katrina was so sweet. Graham was a hoot while driving us all around downtown. She is so funny. Miss Carol was very informative at the help desk We could not have asked for more.
"Great Stay"
We spent the night in Savannah after what was a very long day on the road traveling south to Florida. We were welcomed into the hotel and asked if there was a shuttle downtown. Graham was our driver for the evening. Very entertaining and such a pleasure to be around. Will definitely return to this property.
"Comfortable Bed/ Great Location"
We stayed here mainly because of price. The hotel offered a free shuttle to the downtown historic district. We where happy to find that we where within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to visit. Another happy surprise was that the Ghost Coast Distillery was directly behind the hotel. The bed was comfortable and we found the staff be be very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at the Bohemian which is very nice but also very expensive. The Comfort Inn is an exceptional value.
"Did not stay. . but EXCELLENT customer service"
We hope to be able to write a true review of this property in the spring, but I just wanted to be able to give a huge thumbs up for their customer service. My Mom and I had reservations to stay there in October. Unfortunately, Hurricane Michael made it impossible for us to travel. Even though Savannah did not take a direct hit, we would have had to drive through the worst of the storm to get there as we were coming from Florida. This reservation was non-refundable, so we were afraid we were out of luck. However, the money was refunded without argument. We appreciate that.
"Wonderful Stay!"
Checking in took a while but the front desk clerk was very patient and nice. The room was very nice and clean. Only thing about the bathroom was the hair left in the shower. I rinsed it out but I know others would complain. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the seating place. I will definitely be returning to stay again.
"One of the nicest Comfort Inn's stayed at (but)"
The place was great, very nice room and morning eats. But there is a catch, parking is extra, supposedly if a hotel is within the historic district. Be ware of street parking, after 8 PM is free, in most places. The front desk lady was very overly pleasant and presented that southern charm, while the concierge lady was gleamingly charming and funny. Visited on way through on 8-28.
"Great deal"
Hotel staff were very pleasant and room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle service is awesome for going different places in the city and runs until 11 PM on weekends. The breakfast is not huge but is very good with a good bit of variety. This hotel is not too far from river street or city market,we walked several times during our stay, but the shuttle is awesome and the driver was super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back to this one.
"Great stay and staff"
After a bad experience at another Comfort Inn I was worried about staying here. No reason to be! It was great! Beautiful king bed with a sitting area, free breaksfast and parking. Super friendly staff. Yolanda, the concierge was so helpful with maps and restaurant recommendations. I wish we had stayed longer to take advantage of the onsite bike rental. We took their free shuttle to the Riverwalk, but walked back. It was 2 blocks from City market and though not scenic, it was very safe. We hate to drive in unfamiliar cities, and this place was perfect.
"Charming and cozy atmosphere"
My family chose comfort suites because of the recommendations on trip advisor. We were pleased with our stay. The beds were cozy! The walk in shower was a nice size! We were close to the places we wanted to see. A hot and free breakfast was served! We recommend this hotel.
"Clean, Friendly, Reasonably priced"
Highly recommend after a horrid experience down the street walking in here was next to heaven. Clean lobby, friendly staff, indoor pool that was well maintained. Beds are comfortable so are pillows. Room was super clean. Fold out couch was even comfortable as a couch. They never are as a bed ???? The amazing woman at the lobby was so helpful and sweet even though I was close to tears after our horrid experience at Quality Inn on Bay Street. She made our stay a breeze! Breakfast was amazing the next morning and thank you to the woman who worked there who helped my daughter make her waffle!
"Just close enough"
We stopped here after trying to find a hotel on Tybee. They were all $400 - $500 for one night it was a weekend after all. Anyway, we went into Savannah and found this one. Just at the edge of the Historic district. We walked over to River street, shopped, ate a wonderful meal. Then watched HUGE ships head to the port. A site I have never seen. This hotel was comfortable and very quiet. Don't go there for the pool for it is very small and indoors. I think they have a whirlpool also, just beside the indoor pool. Free hotel shuttle takes you to the historic district and runs until 11:00. If you want to come back early, just call them.
"Great place to call home."
Our group of 4 arrived for a 3 night stay on June 1, 2018. The staff here is wonderful. Kind, smiling faces and helpful people all the time. The room was comfortable (especially the beds) , the breakfast was great and the free shuttle was a godsend. The only problem was wifi. You can't connect in your room. Only can connect in the lobby and it is gone when in your room so if that is really important to you this might not be your place. Savannah was hot during our visit and even though we were on a trolley and didn't have to walk alot the heat really got to me. We called for the shuttle and Jarrodd came quickly. Mayfield is the driver we rode with more often. He took us to and from River Street twice and we were picked up at The Pirates House Restaurant. We had no problems checking in or out and I found all the people at the front desk to be very welcoming. Kia, Barney and the other young ladies were great. Yes, the breakfast area was crowded on Sat. morning, but I have found that at most hotels on the weekend. I highly reccomend this hotel.
