We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

What Our Customers Are Saying

Written Review

"Great hotel, great location"
We stayed at the Grand Oaks Hotel for three nights over the Christmas holiday. We really liked having a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. Super convenient for any leftovers we had from the various restaurants. The room was clean and the Jacuzzi in the room was super fun to use. The hotel's indoor pool was great, too, along with the two Jacuzzi's that they had. The breakfast was idea for something to eat before heading out to enjoy the day. The staff was very attentive to anything that they ran out of (pancake batter, coffee, salt, etc.). The location was great - on the "yellow" line (backroads) of Branson. We enjoyed both the fish hatchery and walking around the Dewey Long Visitor Center grounds (both free). Internet worked flawlessly.
"Exceptional Staff"
The staff Milessa, Crystal, and Scott all took care of us and this meant alot because my husband took ill while we were there. Rooms were average until we upgraded to a Jacuzzi and were quite pleased.
"Nice find"
First time staying at this hotel and will stay again. Very clean room, comfortable but nothing real special. Staff were all nice, especially Melissa with our check-in. Price was very good for a Jacuzzi room.
"A Branson hidden gem"
This hotel was recently remodeled. Having not stayed there previously, I booked the hotel for the price and location to Branson hot spots. We were pleasantly surprised to find the rooms were current in style and comfortable. Very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was good and common areas comfy. As stated before, it is located near Branson spots like Tanger Outlets and the Landing. Planning on staying here again this holiday season.
"Comfortable room, reasonable price. Clean!"
First time staying at this hotel. The room was clean, and comfortable. Plenty of mirrors and bathroom space. Bed was a bit firm for me, but I was able to sleep fairly well. Very large breakfast area. Fairly quiet, even though my room was on the first floor about halfway down the hall from the registration desk. Overall, I would go back.
"Very clean, new beds & TV, nice pool and good breakfast"
Booked through silver dollar city's website, it was one of the cheaper options, and we got 2 days of silver dollar city for the price of one. Was very clean in all areas. Stayed in building 1 since it has the pool and it had new beds and TV. We have 3 kids so we rented a blow up mattress from the hotel for $10. Went to the pool between 9-11am on Sunday and were the only ones there! It was a large pool and the water was warm. It felt like you were part of the outdoors with the large wall of windows you can look out of from pool. We were also pleasantly surprised there were 2 hot tubs that were very large and clean. Breakfast area was very large with enough seating for us and those persons who were there from the tour bus. Food consisted of biscuits/gravy, pancakes, toast, fruit, cereal. Would definitely stay here again!
"Branson Tour"
I was one of the group leaders on a charter tour to Branson. All 48 of us stayed at the Grand Oaks Hotel. There was only one misunderstanding with a room. Management did their best to accomodate the guests immediately. The ladies were quite pleased. All the staff I had contact with were friendly and helpful. Our tour customers were quite pleased with the rooms. They especially appreciated just waving the key in front of the lock instead of having to insert into the lock. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were in Building Two. The breakfast area was large enough to accomodate our group. I found there was enough variety to please our customers. My business partner plans to use the Grand Oaks for our next tour to Branson. It has a great location for shows and other attractions. One restaurant across the parking lot from Building 2.
"We we pleased with our stay here."
After I'd already made & paid for our reservation, through Branson Tourism, I read a really negative review. That sort of scared me, and wasn't sure what to expect. But we were very pleased with every aspect of the hotel. The room we had, bldg. 2, was clean & as roomy as any average hotel room. The breakfast wasn't IHOP, but hey, it was free! What can you expect. We were just glad to get a free meal per day & it satisfied us. You can go back for more if you're not "filled up" the first time around. Overall, we were happy with the whole experience there and would not hesitate to stay again. Very quiet!
"Great Place to Stay"
We were booked into Bldg @2 and found the pool was closed for the season. Called the front desk and they immediately changed us to Bldg 1 just 2 doors down from the pool. Our room was very spacious, extremely clean, wonderful linens and loved the soap dispensers. The beds are very comfortable and good sized TV. Great variety for breakfast. The staff, expecially the front desk was excellent-----so very helpful. We'll definitely stay here our next trip to Branson----also great value-far more reasonable considering the quality provided.
"Great hotel! Nice Breakfast!"
We were staying across the street and they couldn't accommodate us for 2 nights so we checked Grand Oaks never thinking we could afford it because it is much nicer. Well the price was actually a couple dollars cheaper and the rooms were 10 X nicer. The room we stayed in was very plush and very comfortable. Like my wife said "I think we have found a new favorite hotel in Branson!"
"The friendliest staff I have ever encountered!"
My dad and I had to stay there about 2 wks after our condo got flooded. The staff are the greatest there! They made sure that everything was right for you, and they were very accommodating! They rooms were also very clean too! Definitely worth the money to stay there.
"A Hotel Not To Be Overlocked"
A great facility with a convenient location just behind "The Ducks" on the Strip. My wife's high school classmates got together here for a reunion. The rooms were recently renovated after a tornado and are top drawer. The beds and bedding were exceptional.. Our group was blocked in building 2 with a meeting room provided. A hot breakfast was also provided conveniently on oor floor and also off the lobby in the main building. The staff were notably friendly catering to their guests. Got to commend Scott who was our host in April when we were looking at properties for the September reunion. He even greeted us when we arrived and helpful during our several day stay. A great value, a great location for ease of getting around, a property not to be overlooked. A return visit is being considered.
"Louann s"
We stayed in building 2. We found it very comfortable and clean. Very comfortable beds and loved the pillows. Decor looked new. Breakfast so so but filling. Room service good but a little late . 3pm We liked being centrally located. . We would definitely stay there again.
"Good Hotel for the Cost"
We stayed in Bldg 2 and had no problems with cleanliness. The rooms were clean and welcoming and every night when we came in the beds were made and there were fresh towels. The beds are very comfortable and everything looks new. The rooms are a decent size (double queen) although the toilet/shower area is a bit on the small size. The breakfast is not fantastic, but filling and plentiful. The alternate biscuits and gravy one day and scrambled eggs and sausage the next. The location is fantastic and the staff was friendly and welcoming, we will definitely be staying here again for our next trip to Branson.
"Exellent Stay"
Very nice especially for the money. Basic continental breakfast, great location and very friendly staff most definitely stay there again. Pool and Jacuzzi very nice as well. Parking lot very well lit nice covered area for check in.
"Grand oaks hotel"
This is the best place to stay right in the middle of the strip close to everything good access for walking if u want and a Walmart right next to it. Friendly workers, nice pool and never a disturbance pluse a great free hot breakfast
"Very nice property in the heart of Branson."
We stayed here two nights on our visit to Branson. The rooms were nicely appointed and had all the amenities expected. There is a pool and a laundry on the ground floor where we stayed. The breakfast buffet featured eggs and bacon one day but not the other. There is a hostess there who chats and does coffee refills and helps pick up plates. The have an incredible pancake maker where you press a button and pancakes come rolling out the side. One morning and entertainer from a show dropped by while we were eating with a short sample of her show. The service people were nice and helpful. This is a good choice in Branson. There is not a restaurant on site. The property has two building and we stayed in the main building. I am not sure what the conditions were like in building 2.
"Great place for a family reunion."
Stayed here for 4 nights for a family reunion and it was a delightful stay. Hot breakfast every morning was very good. Pancakes, sausage, rotated between scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, several cereals, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, toast, sweet buns, juice etc. Very good. The breakfast, front desk and all hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. We used the breakfast room several nights to play cards and even had our own pizza party there for dinner one night. Would highly reccommend this facility to anyone. Very clean too and convenient to all activities in Branson. Ride the ducks were right next door. Had a great stay in Branson. Everyone was very friendly.
"Great Service"
While staying in Branson, MO for a 4 day stay, I requested that only our towels and washcloths be changed out daily. When we would come in from our long day of going to the local shows, we would find our room neatly cleaned and trash removed. The lady who works in the Breakfast area, serving the continental breakfast was a pleasure to be around every morning. She was always cheerful and talking to each and every guest even though it would be very busy in the dinning room. The automatic pancake maker was a great idea, rather than the old waffle iron that you see in most Hotels. I consider this Hotel very family friendly. The staff at the front desk were always willing to help you whenever you needed help. I would recommend staying in this Hotel when in Branson, MO. We will stay again for sure.
"Turned out to be a great place!"
I was a little worried after seeing a bad review right before we left but there was no reason to be. Turned out to be a nice hotel, clean rooms and comfy beds. All the Staff are top notch...especially the front desk staff. They were always willing to help with whatever we needed and had good recommendations for places to eat and visit. We were in building 1 with the indoor pool and it was very nice after a hot day sightseeing. The breakfast was just ok, but it was free and gave us a great start to our day. We would definitely stay here again!
