Perfect location. Hotel was always very clean. Very fun, friendly staff. Especially loved Ann, the bartender. Very friendly and hospitable. Thanks, Ann! Walking distance to everything. Food was very good. Wish breakfast was not an additional cost as well as valet parking a little expensive but that might be a Savannah thing. Overall, wonderful!

    We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

    "Great location"
    I was on a tour of the south and spent two nights here The location was great, next to the city market and a short walk to the riverfront and the many fine restaurants in Savannah. The breakfast was the best and the staff was polite and helpful.
    "Couple of little quibbles, but worth an excellent rating"
    This hotel is located perfectly in the heart of downtown in a bldg inspired by an old railroad repair bldg (this was a big rr town),so many of the decorations, including wonderful black and white photographs, represent that site. The hotel is (or at least seems) new, and everything, including lobby, rooms, etc. is top rate. The staff, especially at the desk (and the concierge) and at the bell desk are super helpful and friendly. The kitchen folks are a little more beleaguered and not as attentive. Amazingly for a HGI property, this place has lots of full-sized luggage carts, and tons of them. (Many others went the dinky route with those airport-style three-wheelers that hold one suitcase and a garment bag if you're lucky.) The breakfast was super -- Savannah-yummy, with grits, terrific buttery eggs, and even fried chicken. Great choice in a wonderful city. The nits -- the room, and especially the bathroom, was quite small. And the hotel plays annoying music right overhead in the breakfast room -- albeit somewhat softly. We like music, but not with our meals, and not music that someone else picks.

    "Location, staff and accommodations"
    This hotel has it all. Make sure you talk to Apryl at the front desk and Charlie, concierge will help you plan a wonderful visit. Comfortable bed with the best pillows. We had a delicious breakfast. One of the best buffets. The scrambled eggs were moist with large curds. Charlie had the Old Savannah Trolley pick us up at the hotel. The hotel is on one end of City Market and close to River Street restaurants and shops. When you're ready to leave Tiffany and Vincent valets will get your car and send you on your way.

    Stayed here one night in our travels. Excellent location, easy walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment. Excellent service, clean and nice room and hotel. Will stay here next time we are in town.

    Had such a good time at Savannah that I will be coming back very soon to continue to see more of the area and the people. My family had such a good relaxing time that they too want to plan another trip.

    This hotel is in a great location - a block or so to River St and to City Market. Super close to everything. We did a quick a trip in Feb (mon - wed) - it was pretty dead, which is OK. The hotel was really clean and staff was really nice. The valet guys were awesome, very friendly! We didnt eat at the hotel (there are too many choice in this great town). They also have a little snack area with food in case you need something quickly. Parking was ilke 32 bucks a day but there is alot right next to the hotel for 20 bucks a day.... we did inquire about this and was told their parking was more secure.

    Great location for walking the city. The staff was super helpful and great. Rooms have been renovated in the last year or so and were really nice. Had the breakfast buffet and that was a good quality as well.

    The guest services here are amazingly personable! We were particularly impressed by the valet parking attendants, John, Bo, and Corey who made the in-and-out work easy. Check-in was quick, which allowed for more tour time. Would definitely go back!

    Check-in was easy, valet parking was perfect. This hotel is within walking distance of many attractions breakfast was top notch. Room was clean and very well appointed this will be our go to hotel or staying in Savannah
    "Anniversary weekend"
    Stayed Hilton Garden Inn, wanted to stay close to the river and city market shops. This place was close to all, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions for places to eat and see. Would definitely come back to this hotel next time visiting Savannah.

    The hotel manager and staff are fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and accommodations were as you would expect at a Hilton Garden Inn. I have stayed here a few times recently and I will be staying here in the future!

    We stayed here & the staff was amazing, especially the Valets Vincent & Tiffany! Great people. They were very helpful and provided great information on the area. We will definitely be staying there again. Can’t wait to go back.

    Easy access to all sights and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Shopping is just down the street. Not on the water just a block back. Parking could be a problem so I would recommend just walking.

    Vince did a great job as did all the valets. Great hotel and location adjacent to City Market. Restaurants, pubs, tours, something for everybody. Kudos to the valets, especially Vince! Highly recommend this hotel. Thanks!
    "Great overnight stop!"
    My husband and I were traveling with 52 other seniors and this was one of our overnight stops. The hotel was wonderful. Immaculately clean, quiet and conveniently located as we traveled throughout the Golden Isles. We were in Room 215 which was tastefully decorated, spacious, great bedding, lots of room with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Lots of amenities at the hotel. Delicious morning breakfast. This is definitely the place to stay while visiting Savannah. Located next to the City Market, one block from River Street. Walking distance to restaurants and the shopping area.
    "Valet"
    Everything about the hotel was great ! I highly recommend it . But I would like to bring to everyone’s attention a particular person I met at the hotel , his name is VINCE DAVIS he works in the valet dept. upon my arrival I was emptying my truck when a bottle of wine that I had in a bag fell over and broke inside my truck . You can’t imagine the mess I had in my truck , Vince quickly came over to help me ,seen that I needed towels and something to clean up the broken glass . He left and returned in a flash with everything a car detailer would have in his shop ! While the other valet agents attended to the other guests Vince stayed with me and wouldn’t leave until HE was convinced my truck was clean from the spill and that all the glass was removed and everything was wiped clean and my truck didn’t smell like a winery .VINCE’s professionalism and caring personality was that of a 5 star hotel . This man is an absolute asset to the Hilton garden inn cause he is the first person you meet there and after meeting Vince nothing else could go wrong ! that day I made a new friend !! So when you stay at the Hilton garden inn at savannah and you meet Vince tell him chris said hello !!!
