My husband and I stayed at Holiday Inn North- Airpark this last year on our way to Sedona. The customer service at this hotel is truly the best we have ever received anywhere. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and quiet.I would like to mention the names of: Katy, Steve and Krystal. They all were part of making our stay exceptional. We would stay here again and wish more hotels had a staff like theirs.

We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

"Visit for surgery at Laserspine"
This was a great facility. The staff were very helpful and friendly, great workout room, food was fresh and well prepared. Breakfast coupons were a great added benefit. Of special help were: Robert, John, Darlene, Steve, Krystal, Ivy, JJ, Chef John, Diane, David, Karen, Danielle. Robert was terrific. Mo the shuttle driver was wonderful. Front desk was especially helpful on coordinating on shuttle trips over to Laserspine. Ivy and JJ helped a lot with meals, very personal service. Great places to walk all around the hotel and within walking distance to Walmart and restaurants. We had a great experience here and would recommend!
"Great Place to stay, even better restaurant."
Stayed here for 1 week on a business trip. Rooms were pleasant and comfortable. White sheets, very comfortable. 1 complaint 8s the A/C units are loud in the room. So I had to shut it off before going to sleep. The restaurant food was surprisingly yummy. Very good food. 1 particular server, Ivy, was super nice and very courteous. Since I've been there a few nights in a row. She actually remembered what I like to drink without even asking. Ivy is awesome! I plan to stay here when I'm in town for again.

Fantastic customer service from the moment we entered the hotel...thanks Steven P and Crystal. Our room was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Used the Fitness Room and found it clean and well equipped. Our breakfast the following morning far exceeded our hotel food expectations. We will definitely stay again if in the Scottsdale area!

Steve at the front desk was a great help! He was friendly, professional and very courteous! He made our stay extra special! The food was good at the restaurant! Place was on a quiet location and easy to get to. Overall a great place to stay.
"Diamond in the ruff"
In town visiting corporate HQ. Hotel offered much more than anticipated. Steve and Jonathan were very knowledgable and personable upon checking-in. They also provided on-site and local area suggestions. Chef John and his staff offered more than I expected from menu selection, to good tasting food and all-around positive energy. JJ, working the bar, was also great. My room was spacious and the exercise room offered free weights, 2 ellipticals, 1 treadmill, 1 recumbent bike, 3 exercise balls, mats, water filtration system and towels. Each cardio piece also had its own tv to go along with the main tv within the room. They also have a pool to fit the size of this type hotel.
"Wonderful experience"
Just a great hotel with a wondeful overall staff. Front desk always welcoming and friendly. Danielle and Crystal were always warm and friendly in the morning, Steve was quick with my parties reservation to check us in while also not rushing and making sure we knew every detail of the reservation. Gary was always nice and a wondeful conversation. Restaurant only had 1 meal as I was busy but breakfast was wonderful Karen was quick and on point. Everyone on staff was just friendly. Wish i could remember more names, but just good people. Wifi was quick especially for hotel wifi. Just a good hotel for a fair price
"Pleasantly surprised"
Upon are return to Phoenix for are annual soccer tournament the team booked us at the Holiday Inn. Not knowing what to expect we arrived at night hungry and decided to eat at the hotel. Are waitress Ivy was very engaging and honest about the menu. I had the Tuscan chicken that was really good. They had a limited amount of beers on tap but she recommended the SanTan IPA that was very good. And then she kept raving about Chef John chocolate cake that was handed down from his grandmother. It was one of the best cakes I have ever had. The next night after dinner outside the hotel I came back to watch the NCAA tournament and was served by JJ. He was also very engaging and new his basketball. Of coarse I had another slice of cake before I retired to my room.

Clean...in and out. Quiet, comfortable, spacious rooms. Danielle (sp?) at the front desk was especially helpful and attentive to our needs. The food was good, although, not complimentary.Location was ideal to our areas of interest in and around greater Phoenix.
"Soccer tourney happiness"
I recently took my soccer teams to Arizona for a tournament. We had breakfasts set up in a separate room. Ivy took care of us along with a few other people. She was awesome. Dealing with 25 or so 11/12 year olds isnt easy but she did a great job and took good care of us, along with the rest of the staff, would definetely stay there again
"Spring Training - Wonderful Stay"
After checking out all of the reviews for a hotel near Salt River Fields and Sloan Park (to see some Cubs games), we decided on Holiday Inn - Airpark. We were delighted with our stay. It is very convenient to the areas that we wanted to visit and it was in a nice quiet area. The hotel and our rooms were nicely decorated with appropriate amenities. The staff was exceptional throughout our 5 day visit. Jonathan and Krystle at the desk were gracious and helpful during check in and checkout and answered our daily questions. We used the hotel shuttle service to visit Taliesin West and out for dinner each evening. That was such a great service. Ramon and chef John were wonderful in the hotel cafe, as was the food. This was a first visit for us, but we hope to come back again soon. We would highly recommend this hotel.
"Steve at the front desk & Ivy in the restaurant are AWESOME!!"
I screwed up our reservation for the week (booked the wrong days), and Steve rescued me/us! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a room that night and for the rest of the week (golf tournament in town). His calm and positive attitude about the situation brought my blood-pressure way down... he is a true super hero! Ivy took it from there and made sure we were fed and entertained even though it was late and time to close; service with a smile was greatly appreciated!

My home away from home last three months. Hotel staff is incredible, rooms clean and food excellent. Hats off to Steve and Stacy ( front desk), Ivy, JJ and chef John( food and beverage ) and Robert( maintenance and van driver). Thank you all for treating me like family during my stay.
"Perfect as Usual- Excellent Value"
Brand identification brought us here and this location exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the on-site restaurant, nice area for walkers, excellent freeway access and exemplary service. They provided us with a wonderful hiking guide which lead us to the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. The hotel is bright, cheerful and very clean. The staff seem happy to be there.

Spent a week here for work. What an amazing time I had thanks to your team. From start to finish everyone was so helpful and made sure we had all the knowledge of the area and had what we needed to make our stay the best. Special shout out to JJ, Chef John, Ivy and the best person ever Katy! These 4 made sure we knew what to do and where to go while there. Thank you all! Also the pillows and beds were out of this world!!

I spent the last week at this hotel and it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! I have never had such a comfy bed in a hotel. JJ, the night time bartender was outstanding! He made my whole group feel at home right away. He was a fun, friendly, and you could tell he enjoyed working there. Katy, the shuttle driver, was also fantastic! She knew the area so well and gave us a ton of excellent recommendations. She was a blast to ride around with! Also very friendly and again, could tell she really enjoyed what she did.
"Great staff and service that was above and beyond"
We had a large group of us thanks to a local hockey tournament we attended. The staff was really accommodating, above and beyond many others hotels we've stayed at in the past. I want to give a shout out to Dick Jones for being amazingly accommodating eery morning with one of the conference rooms setup with a buffet for the team (and we were able to use it for "parent time" in the evenings so we don't make noise in the rooms). The "congrats" milk and cookies plus the sign was a plus!
"Easy to See Why they are Number 1!"
What an incredible property! From the grounds to the lobby to the restaurant to the rooms and especially the staff, this place rocks! We will NEVER stay anywhere else during our yearly trip to Scottsdale. Wish we would have discovered it sooner. Great location right off the 101, easy to find and easy to get around from this location. A 5-star ++ stay for sure. Love it. Stay there!
