Stayed here for 2 weeks with 3 friends. This was my second stay here and it didnt disapoint staff are very helpfull and rooms cleaned every 2 days cant wait to go back to tenerife and i will be staying here again.

    "Tidy place to stay"
    Been to Laguna Park several times and whilst perhaps some of the decor could do with bringing upt date, overall the apartments have everything needed for self- catering as well as the rooms being cleaned with new towels etc at regular intervals. The pools are fine ( though we tend to go to the beach area) and the Staff helpful and friendly. Well positioned for taking lovely walks both down to Los Cristianos and also Fanabe & La Caleta. Haven't had one bad holiday and would recommend staying here to anyone. Central and close to the beach & other amenities.

    we have just arrived home from the Laguna Park 1 we stayed 7 days half board the room looked like it had been updated very clean and tidy maid in 3 times to change the linen/ towels pool area immaculate plenty of room (even though the towels went down before 8am) all the staff very helpful and friendly. We did not starve and we did not eat out WILL go back again in January

    This is the second time I have stayed here. Second time was the better one by far . Staff were very friendly especially roberto the entertainer very funny bloke. there was some people complaining but to be honest if you expect 5 star go somewhere else . I like the place the cleaners are always working hard . The rooms are clean public areas are always clean . Most important sheets are spotless . Location of the hotel is spot on bars and beach are within "wobbling distance". R lass and I will be staying there again .

    I have stayed in this hotel 3 times now and i am going back in october i just couldnt imagine going anywhere else! rooms are a good, location is amazing, pool is fab! staff are friendly! i would highly recommend these apartments
    "Great location"
    This was our 3rd visit to this hotel. We always go self catering as it is cheap to eat out eg. Chaplins is only2.95 for a nice breakfast and El Puerto just down the hill by the beach does a 3 course menu for 8.95 and the food is nice. Rooms are dated but clean and you do get what you pay for.we will go back again though as we have not had any problem with any of our stays.

    Good sized room with enough space & equipment for the 20 days I stayed. Never ate in the restaurant as I was self catering. A few local supermarkets but the one next to the block quite reasonable for the basics. Some nice restaurants / bars close-by. Very hard to get a sunbed as others are out at 7am to grab them even if they do not use them until many hours later + most of the offenders are Brits. Walking distance to the market / beach / Siam Park & the Aqua Park. Yes will have some hills to climb but can't have everything. Some local bars with live turns on quite close.

    just had our 5th stay at this hotel, check in was quick and easy very friendly staff. Always stopped self catering but this time half board. The breakfast was lovely but the evening meal is very hit and miss. Had breakfast most mornings but gave the evening meal a miss most nights. We had booked a pool view but we stayed in block C on the 3rd floor we did get a pool view by straining our necks but was ok as we had a good view of La Gomera. The staff are lovely and the hotel itself is spotlessly clean. We came back one night to have a drink at the bar but there was about half a dozen people in, I think they do need to improve on the entertainment side of things but again didn't really bother us. We had another lovely meal in francis which is below the hotel 7.50 euros for 3 course meal cant fault it. We would definitely stay here again

    Just returned from Tenerife spending Christmas at Laguna Park 1 we had been previously been In June where we were self catering which was fabulous, so we decided to go half board. We had a wonderful time I asked for a sea view and we got one and the food was beautiful and the waitress was fantastic. This is an ideal place with its brilliant location and value for money definitely return next year.

    ive rated this as 5 based on value for money staying here now budget holiday over Christmas I'll keep it simple don't expect to use the pool in December as its brass monkeys Break ok lunch ok tea ok Listen you get what you pay for in this life and its well worth the money I've paid staff are responsive and all pleasant and manager a gentleman and pleasant So if you go remember it not the ritz but worth the money Thanks Laguna 1

    "great base for self catering"
    overall a very clean complex, rooms are well decorated and clean, free TV and safety box is a bonus, the staff are very helpful and see to things swiftly, the pool area is very clean and sunny and has a bar, the bar prices are reasonable I cant comment on the food as we ate out everyday, the location is great to go out and explore and has restaurants and bars close by, all in all we had a good stay well done to all the staff.

    We arrived at the hotel at 22:00.We were helped to our room with our bags. We made use of the pool 5 times in our week stay.The pool is salt water and it is not nice to swallow any.The depth of the pool is not a good for wee ones and is to deep for adults to.We went self catering and would love to try the all-inclusive.

    Stayed here on the 9th nov for a week , wasnt expecting much for what we paid but was really surprised when we arrived are apartment was lovely with sea view room 211b , had everything we needed it as we was s,c , the rooms was lovely an clean staff very friendly an josh the entertainer around the pool really gets on with it involves everyone .the pool bar very good as well weather was good bit cloudy but still very warm , very cheap to eat out at.... most places cant go wrong, big market there to on thurs an sat worth a trip down to just walk along the beach to it. well worth a visit .....

    Had fab week from 8nov four of us self catering. Rooms were spacious an clean. Pool area good and most of all a big thanku to marco in pool bar what a great bloke u could always have a laugh with the guy he made our hol special wud return but only if marco is there

    We stayed here last Nov/Dec, it was great the staff were friendly. We found the cleaning staff amazing always on top of the apartment. My Mother and Father in law did find the pool side music to be very loud. So when we noticed the pool was practically empty we asked for it to be turned down and the did lower the volume. Would definitely return here. Pool was very cold tho. But still lovely and very clean.

    Ok, so all staff are friendly including reception, cleaners and the pool team are fun. They have an entertainment group for (adult) games throughout the day. Nothing too in your face, just things like table tennis or darts match or pull a card from a pack etc. The bar man is good fun and has a great attitude. Food and drink at the pool is cheap and a reasonable selection. We only went self catering coz of other reviews and glad we did. There were plenty of places to get food nearby really cheap. There's a supermarket just outside the reception door with quite a selection and fresh bread every morning for just 0.50c. As you walk out from reception to the right, there are a number of restaurants where you can get a really good breakfast for just 2.95c. We just got a 1 bed apartment. It was adequate for us. The pools really big, and plenty of sun beds. To get to town, take a left out reception down to the roundabout then right. Follow it to the bottom and theres the beach. It's about a 10 min walk but there's plenty to see on the way. Tip: Now, when you get to the bottom there, there's a big shopping mall to the left with a lift that you can take to get back up that first hill. Sian Park is an amazing water park to go too as well. And you can get a free bus to and from the park, right out reception, across the road and a two min walk there's the Sian Park bus stop for both pick up and drop offs every half hour from 09:45. It's only a 10 minute bus trip. Really well worth a day trip. You can pay 33 for adults and 24 for kids on the door, or, we made a deal with an excursion co at 32 each and we didn't have to queue to get in. We'd definitely go back. Lots to do and we didn't get to see everything.

    My family and I travelled here in August 2014 for 2 weeks on all inclusive basis, it wasn't the best all inclusive food we have had but it was edible,the breakfast was the best that was served in the restaurant, lunch was served at the pool bar area and evening meal was back in the restaurant again. There was a choice of chicken, pork and beef that they cooked for you fresh,there was also fish, vegetable, chips and potatoes and nuggets and sausages for children and different pasta with different sauces and a different soup every night. You could always find something to eat and if you are a Vegetarian they will try and cater to your needs you just need to ask. The staff there are very nice and helpful especially our friend Marco. We had a lovely room on the 5th floor overlooking the pool and we also had a sea view, At night it could have done with a bit more of varied entertainment but it was ok. When the all inclusive finished we went across the road to the Rumpot that had late entertainment and buckets of bud or alchopops for 10 euroson and free wifi, also an Irish bar across the road with free wifi and if you turn right out of the hotel there's a sports bar at the end called Alex bar thats reasonably priced and free wifi a euro for a pint of beer can't beat that. The pool is saltwater but that wasn't an issue and there is no wifi at the hotel but if you sit in reception you can sometimes pick up the ones from across the road. The hotel is in a fantastic location and you must go to Siam park and jungle park. All in all a great holiday and I would go back again but maybe not for two weeks due to the food being very repetitive and the all inclusive finishing at 10.30pm.
    "Brilliant stay at the Laguna Park 1"
    We have just got home to Newcastle after a week at the Laguna Park 1 hotel in Costa Adeje. We arrived with my mother who is a little infirm walking and were given room A103 which was what we had asked for but didn't realise it was still quite a walk for her so a quick word at reception and they gave us room A121 which was excellent. We hired a wheelchair from right outside the hotel for 35 for the week. Rafael and Celsco (not sure on spelling) couldn't do enough for you they were brilliant. Rooms were basic, but clean airy free safes, fans etc made them much better. The food was fine for myself but my wife is a fussy vegetarian eater and although there was pasta and fish fingers, this soon got repetitive after a couple of days. The cost to upgrade from self catering is only 22 per day adult and 11 for kids so still worth it. I would rather pay say 25 and have little better choice at main meals. The catering staff again were excellent and very hard working with special thanks to the manager who took special time to ask how my mum was each day, nice touch. The bar staff and cleaners all work effortlessly again to make your stay great. Josh the entertainment rep who is super hyper did an amazing job of keeping everyone entertained both adults and kids alike, very nice bloke taking time to chat to people round the pool and give you his version of the UK weather for people going home lol. A must is Francis restaurant just up the road for quality food. Brilliant holiday by all.
    "Vista Sur appartments"
    My best holiday ever. Very spacious Apartment overlooking the beach. Large terrace with loungers, table and chairs. No kettle was its only fault. Would stay there every year if I could get a booking. Always fully booked up early.
