"Awesome Staff"

"Close to beach"
Spent a day here for a quick visit. Hotel is about a couple of blocks to the beach meaning, you walk down to the next hotel and walk way to the beach is only a couple hundred feet away. Rooms were very good, staff was friendly and walking distance to a couple of other areas such as Ron Jon's Surf Shop. Hotel has a pool and hot tub. A free trolley stops by the hotel every hour which takes you to the Cocoa Beach pier which was a plus since the only other hotel it stops at is the one next door.
"Excellent place to stay before a cruise"
Typical Courtyard... very clean, well staffed with friendly, knowledgeable people, great bistro, great location with easy walking distance to the beach and dining/shopping. We will definitely stay here on our next trip!
"Awesome place to stay and exceptional service"
I am here for a business meeting and I have stayed at this hotel for many nights in the past, the facilities are awesome, but the service is exceptionally better, during this visit Marylin stood out. She ensured all was above par with the breakfast and lunch, she engaged people through out the day by greeting and making small talk. Thank you Marylin, you made this visit great with your outstanding attitude and personality.
"The front desk and management were helpful and terrific!!!"
We had last minute travel due to a death in the family. Even though most of the hotels in town were booked, the management was able to find a lovely room for us. The evening manager, Chris, was particularly sensitive to our situation and made sure that we had everything we needed, giving us a tour of the facilities, offering us a late checkout, and helping us get settled. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful as well. The hotel itself is beautifully nestled in and amongst mature tropical trees and foliage. Our family is very thankful for this experience. When we next visit, we plan to stay here again!!
"So close to the beach..."
We stayed two nights prior to our cruise out of Port Canaveral. We arrived early, and were provided a room right away. It's a typical Courtyard, with all the amenities and functional/comfortable set up, but the location is what makes it stand out. Just a short walk to the beach. There's also a pool on the property, but we didn't use it (too busy at the beach : ) We had breakfast at the bistro, as well as another meal there. Great food at very reasonable prices. We reserved seats on the shuttle to the Port for our cruise and it arrived promptly, and made a quick trip to the ships.
"Work and Leisure"
The service over the two days we spent at the facility was outstanding. Every single encounter we found was positive. The staff was engaging, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. The dinners we had were wonderful. A great place that we will definitely return to.
"Great Beach Gem"
This hotel is a true gem. I love the way the parking lot is integrated with the beautiful live oak trees to not take away from the wooded environment. The beach is a short walk across the parking lot and down an access way, which we enjoyed thoroughly. The bistro is very popular and served great food. Every staff member was terrific and friendly. We definitely want to visit again.
"Pleasant stay"
We spent two nights here in mid February. The hotel was very clean, and rooms were pretty spacious. The staff were very kind and met all our needs. We requested extra coffee, cups, and towels for our room daily. We had 4 adults and 2 children who stayed in the room. The hotel had some nice outdoor space however the area was pretty busy because of wedding bookings. Pretty centralized location. The hotel is Oceanside, however only about 8 - 10 rooms would be considered ocean front and I am not for sure if you can see the ocean from these rooms. (This is a little confusing if you are not familiar with the area. I was not.) You had to walk about 150 ft from the hotel to the ocean. Pathways are provided. The beach in this area was very nice and clean. Not too busy at this time either. The pool area was pretty big, it was also clean. Mineral, not chlorine. The day we left we found out that guest at the Marriott could also use the pool at the Hampton Inn which is directly behind this hotel.
"Great Value and Great Location"
Excellent value for your money. Hotel has a full restaurant and lounge area Starbucks coffee in the early morning. Rooms well cleaned and serviced. Only a very short walk to the beach. Definitely recommend and I would stay here again.
"Very good lunch"
We spent 2 nights before our cruise at the Marriott, had lunch twice at the courtyard. It was very good. Convenient location so no driving was needed. That was definitely a plus due to the high winds those days. Great service and very relaxing atmosphere.

my wife and I stopped by for one night. hotel is very well maintained and the staff was really friendly. the night we stopped there was supposed to be a space launch that got cancelled, so the whole area was super packed. the hotel has a nice bar/lounge area.
"Quiet location and great staff"
This is a nice quiet and tucked away Courtyard near the action of Cocoa Beach but, not too close to the noise. Not beachfront however, has beach access within walking distance. Ocean views are available, but you'll need to request a high floor. Anything above floor six.
"Great stay and exceptional service and food"
I was very pleased with the entire stay here which began with Dee who checked us in to a room which was very spacious and clean beyond the norm. We are a couple meals which were excellent and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it another day. A great hotel in Cocoa Beach.
"BEST 9 DAYS EVER"
I travel all over the world, stay in so many hotels; I'd give the Courtyard more then five Stars. Location, Comfort, Bistro they have on premises, every meal, was excellent. Staff, top notch, here's a shout out to, MORNING CREW, TERESA, LYNDA, KIMBERLY. EVENING CREW, DIANE, AND RITA. YOU ALL ROCK! THANK YOU, FOR A FANTASTIC STAY, before my 13 Day Cruise.
"Have stayed many times"
This hotel is a sister hotel to the Hampton Inn Cocoa Beach. The amenities for Hampton (aside from the pool) are located at the Marriot. They have a tiki bar, pool, hot tub, food, drinks, fire pit, etc. They recently purchased new equipment for the gym - not big but better than Hampton's. I have always found the rooms clean, the staff friendly, although not completely attentive because they are busy, and the computers available to use and print. I regularly eat here and use the fire pit. The alcohol is expensive but they will make the drinks strong. The rooms are expensive for what you get but you'll find that kind of pricing in all of Cocoa Beach. They cater to families and cruise participants like most of the hotels here.
"Holiday visit."
I come down to Florida every year for Christmas and always make sure that I spend time in Cocoa Beach and I always stay at the Courtyard Marriott. Anyways Christine the manager Always takes care of things that I need during my stay and makes sure and asks me if I'm enjoying my visit and of course I'm always enjoying my visit. I highly recommend the Courtyard Marriott in Cocoa Beach. Got everything you need especially the location friendly people friendly faces.
"Wonderful at prior to a cruise!"
What a wonderful place to stay in Cocoa Beach! Elegantly decorated in modern tones, the Courtyard Cocoa Beach is a great place to stay to either experience Cocoa Beach, or a place to stay prior to taking a cruise from Port Canaveral, as it is very close by. The room was spacious, the hotel was right on the beach (via a walkway), and the staff was super friendly, from the front desk staff, to the bar staff, the the General Manger, Tom. I highly recommend this hotel, and we look forward to making a return visit in the future!
"Comfortable, clean, and attractively decorated"
We booked this Courtyard for a short stay because of our good experiences in other Courtyard hotels around the country and overseas. They have always been clean and comfortable, and reasonably priced in their category, but the Courtyard in Cocoa Beach is a cut above the others. The modern and efficient registration desk is the prelude to walking into or through the expanded lounge area which features comfortable seating, a full-service bar and several flat-screen tv sets throughout the spacious area. We did not have dinner there, but the dinner menu was diversified and pricey. We did have breakfast there, though, with a minimal selection and somewhat high prices. The room (and common area) was amazingly clean, with modern fixtures and furniture, and space). Very friendly and helpful staff.
