Beautiful peacocks strut around the grounds. They were a pleasant surprise. The heated pool and large hot tub were refreshing. The hot tub was located in a covered gazebo. The huge order trees on the property added to the welcome shade. The room was fresh. It was decorated in a colonial style. All appliances worked fine. If you needed anything an employee was sent immediately.

"Relaxing"

"Great Place"
I just came back to Canada from a one week stay in Kissimmee. I was there with my 8 year old child. It was fantastic! The room was huge and clean. The grounds were beautiful, and the staff was outstanding. Huge thank you to Danny for going above and beyond. He was incredibly helpful as I was there alone with my child. He helped with directions to and from Disney. Offered restaurant recommendations, etc. I would stay there again for sure. All the staff were great, but Danny is irreplaceable. I hope this place recognizes their staff!

"Unexpected Tranquility"
This was our first time staying at a villa resort in Orlando, we had no idea what to expect since we usually stay at hotel suites when we go. The entire experience from checking in to the check out was perfect. Luc, the front desk agent was extremely welcoming and even gave us a courtesy call at our room to make sure we were completely satisfied and settled in our 2 bedroom villa. The surroundings and resort grounds were magnificent, including the tiki bar at the pool and breathtaking lake. We felt very relaxed, disconnected and unplugged from the busy world. That's what I look for in a vacation!
"Relaxing, quiet, and convenient resort amidst busy Kissimmee"
We stayed here 2 years ago and liked it a lot so we stayed this year again for 6 nights.When you swing in from the busy Kissimme streets, you come in into this quiet, refreshing little community. Reception was very accomodating and engaging. We also got a welcome package with water, cookies, maps, coupons, and tourist magazines. Staff had excellent customer service. Technical services and housekeeping came quickly when we needed extra toiletries or needed the TV fixed. The resort had 2 refreshing pools, jacussis, and a kiddie water play area. Fitness center was adequate but you can have a good jogging route around the little lake inside the grounds. They offered family activities, free movies& popcorn, etc,but we did not have time for them. . It had basketball court, tennis court, and game room. Peacocks and other birds freely roam in the small streets so one has to be careful driving inside. We also saw an alligator in the lake last time. We had a one-bedroom unit adequate for 4 people.Washer/drier was in excellent condition and dishwashing detergent were supplied in the full kitchen. Complimentary toiletries and towel change functioned well as well as our request for extra pillows.
