We love this resort and have been going over the past 8 years. The staff is wonderful..starting with Gabriel, Diago, Gerogio, Carlos, Fleix and then the bartenders at the adult pool Mario and the other one (sorry forgot his name). The housekeeping staff are very accommodating too. The hotel is very clean, food is good and rooms are big. The only recommendation would be that there are no dressers in the room to put your clothes away so basically you have to live out of a suitcase for the entire stay.

"Park Royal Cancun 2017"
Park Royal Cancun Mexico was a great overall hotel. The waiters at the restaurant were top notch and went out of there way to make you feel comfortable. The room maids were amazing and keep the room looking great with all six of us in the room. The front desk seemed to lose interest in assisting us after we turned them down numerous times to attend their three hour time share meeting.

"Lovely visit to Park Royal"
We recently had a family gathering at Park Royal and were incredibly impressed with everything about it! First, the staff is incredibly friendly, interactive, and helpful. None of us had anything but very positive experiences with the staff. Our favorites were Armando and Arturo; they recognized our group by Day 2 and really showed us a great time. The resort is very clean and well-kept. The grounds are smaller than other resorts, but it offers a chance to get to know other travelers and staff much more. There is a large kids' area that is very nice for the little ones but the whole experience was very family-friendly. We liked having the option of the pools and the beach for sunning and swimming. We also used the soccer field and volleyball courts on the beach. The restaurants were well stocked for meals; the fresh salads and fresh vegetables and fruits were great. The desserts were all premade, so that a little disappointing but still good. It was also advertised that we could access food 24-hours but food options closed at 9 or 10 every night. This complicated the days we did later activities but it was fine. I utilized the gym and would have liked the option of more treadmills as there was a constant line while I was in there. But it was adequate. Any of the negative aspects were far overshadowed but all the lovely aspects of the resort and the stay and I will definitely be staying there again!
"Park Royal-yes!"
We have stayed at Park Royal many times over the past 10 years. The service is excellent. They are making improvements, especially in the outdoor areas. There is a lovely children's water park on premises. There is a new restaurant being built which will improve dining options. Our favorite meal is the breakfast buffet and supper at the Italian restaurant. The facility is impeccably clean and we noted more evening entertainment this year. . WiFi has improved. The location with places nearby to walk to and ability to take local buses is excellent. We used the travel agency ther to schedule tours which were superb.
"Awesome!"
Had an awesome/magical time there for my honeymoon. Loved the room, dining/snack area, Italian restaurant, pools, etc. Met some awesome staff like bell boy Alex Garcia. I did not take photos. I captured memories. Hope to return soon.
"Lovely hotel with lovely staff"
Lovely hotel, very clean, good location, exceptional service, nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to Mario, Armando and Martin in the top pool bar. Always had a smile and a joke and were interested in you and your family. Would recommend this hotel and would be more than happy to return.
"Excellent for a quick trip to Cancun !"
Great location right in th middle of everything. Short ride in from the Airport, rigt in front of the best shopping mall in Cancun and with a magnificent beach when you have little time to explore. The Hotel is smaller of what it appears thus making it easy to roam.
"Our stay at Park Royal hotel"
Having stayed here from October 21st to October 28th ,we can honestly say that the best part our holiday was the very warm and excellent service by all the staff in the main restaurant where we had an all inclusive package deal I was apprehensive of this at first but every day there was an excellent choice of foods on offer and we all thoroughly enjoyed each and every meal there The waiters, especially Diego Lopez, were first class and we cannot praise them highly enough The bellboys, Alejandro and Eduardo, were brilliant and extremely helpful and catered for our every needs The reception manager, Jose, was very accommodating and managed to secure our rooms to our total satisfaction as we finally got our dream room on the first floor overlooking the pool and the sea We will def be coming here again in the near future Thank you to all concerned for making our holiday extra special !!
"Great place to relax"
Great place to relax; enough going on if you want to join in but also a nice quiet beach and pool for relaxing. Food was very good with a good variety. The Italian restaurant was wonderful. All staff wee very friendly and helpful. The ladies at the buffet were very cheerful. Uvaldo, Gabriel, Manuel and the rest of the wait-staff were very attentive and taught us Spanish!
"Home Away from Home"
Just returned from 10 days in Cancun at the Park Royal. Overall it was our usual excellent stay. We have stayed there so many times the staff remembers us which is really special. We can not say enough about the host Eduardo at El Mirador for great service and Erick our waiter who went overboard to meet our needs. We also enjoyed all the special service Alphonso provided us in the buffet restaurant. He is a fine gentlemen! Mario, Manuel, Jorge, Benjamin, Martin and Arturo were exceptional bartenders who go above and beyond with their service for us! We will return again in April to our home away from home!
"Vacation 2017"
I spent 19 days @ the Park Royal Cancun. It's just like my second home. It's always clean, the employees are always friendly & helpful, & they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed & do everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable. . The food is awesome. Especially the breads & deserts, talk about guilty pleasures. A wonderful place to relax, play & pray, truly a little peace of Paradise. The magic of our own Mayan Ruins right on the complex. One of the most Beautiful stretches of Beach on the whole island & 2 of the best life guards ever. A wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone who wants a break from the daily grind.

nice rooms, nice personnel ready to do their best to serve you!! onsite there are just buffet and one good Italian restaurant, but because all inclusive price is not expensive, you can afford to go out and try many beautiful places just 5 to 10 min walking distance.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days with my girlfriend. Perfect location in the middle of the hotel zone of Cancun. Nice room well furnished and very good breakfast. Excellent overall stay ! we will come back soon !
"Perfect Vacation as Always!"
Park Royal Cancun was awesome yet again! We're already planning our next trip. Their hospitality is the best around! Special shout out to the activities staff, Benny, Denise, Angel, Luis and Arturo for making every night a party, and also to the bar tenders, Jorge, Arturo, Martin, Mario, and Benjamin for keeping the drinks cold and full! "Great location"
Great views and great location. Service is good and very family oriented. The rooms are big but older. We still were very comfortable even with a family of five. Bring slippers because the floors are cold in the room. Beware the timeshare salespersons. Cancun is now one of my favorite destinations. Thanks to all the hard working locals they are awome.
"Good hotel, great staff"
We booked the hotel taxi a few days prior to visiting. This was good value for money. Reception staff were friendly on arrival and Yazmin on the Club members desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was basic, clean and was a good size for all 4 of us. The is a pull down double bed in the lounge area, which was comfortable. Toiletries were available and towels were changed daily if you wished. A bit of a watch out, if you take straighteners, they won't work as the there is only 110 voltage plugs. Pool areas were good, with daily entertainment from the team. Pool towels are also available. The top pool is adults only, but they allow older children in there. Our children are 15 and we're allowed. Food in the buffet restaurant was good. The only thing about it, is that there is limited food for children. Service in the restaurant was excellent. There is an Italian Restaurant also, which you can visit as many times as you wish. Food and service again were excellent. Long trousers are required for the men and have to wear closed shoes. The reception bar and seating areas are good. The service at the bar was very good. Very friendly. The only thing about the bar is that you have to drink out of plastic cups. We couldn't see the reason for this as it's very far away from the pools. The beach is fantastic, white sand and turquoise sea... beautiful! Sun loungers are available for hotel guests. The staff that were outstanding with their service and I would like to mention some here, Mario and Almardo (lovely jubbley)at the Adult Pool. Luis and Manuel at the Reception Bar. Gabriel and Felix at the La Veranda Restaurant. At the Italian restaurant Fred, Pedro and Edwardo.
