"Pleasantly Surprised"
“It's my first time staying here and I'm surprised it's only has 3 1/2 stars. This place definitely deserves a higher rating. I checked in on Tuesday the staff is amazing and very friendly. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are big, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The food and drinks at the bar were very good and I am extremely picky and judgmental so I was impressed. The location is great everything is close but not to close me and my husband took a Lyft everywhere and all the rides range but nothing more than $8. We will definitely come back here for our family vacation and I will definitely be booking my husband's business stays here as well. Now time to check out!”

“We haven't stay in this Hotel. We were due to stay there a week before our cruise trip with Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas however due to an unpredictable circumstances with the cruise lines. Our whole trip is cancelled. I want to "Thank" to the hotel manager, he/she let us cancelled our hotel stay. This is a sign that this hotel went above and beyond to help one's in need . Thank you so much for your very understanding.”

“I'm not much for writing reviews, but in this case its a must. I have been staying at The Point Hotel & Suites in Orlando for the past year, about 6 times. Every time I've been there, I have been treated like royalty. The general manager, Yolaida Rivero has made sure anything I've ever asked her for, she did without hesitation. I can't say enough about this place. My last visit we had a small incident where there were a couple of wasp's collecting in the corner of the balcony. As my wife & I love sitting on the balcony with some coffee and relaxing, she was uncomfortable with the critters flying around. One call to the desk and explaining our problem, there was a gentleman named Tim there in 5 minutes who took care of the situation and we where able to relax for the rest of our stay. There wasn't multiple calls or waiting for an hour for him to arrive. Boom, he was there right away ! I don't care if I have a meeting 30 minutes away from this place, I wont go anywhere else. The pricing for what you get is unbeatable, the cleanness is top notch, and there service is exceptional. Five starts is not enough. Well done guys !

“Staying 4 days, and this place has been amazing since the beginning. The staff is great super friendly and very helpful. We had an issue with an in room order so tje mgr Taylor personally took care of it and brought up what we needed to the room. The grand one bdrm suite is great! So big so nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was good, not the best I have seen but definitely not the worst. Enough hot food to get you full and ready to start the day. My ONLY complaint... the shuttle service to the theme parks. They dropped us off in the wrong spot of the park, then told us to meet them at a different spot to be picked up(again...wrong spot .. so had to walk amd around about 20 buses trying to find the right one) and driver was late each time. But again this is the shuttle service not the hotel. I will be back to stay here again!!!!”

“My husband and I needed a much needed break in the sunshine and booked through Expedia. Have never stayed here before but that will change. We had the best vacation! The room was great, with all the amenities you need. The staff anywhere we went were great, from check-in to check-out. Never made it to Disney as we were content just hanging at the pool and relaxing. This is a great place to stay.”

“we had a deluxe suite and it was absolutely spot on, very clean and well fitted out. very nice location, nice pool, nice bar with very good food. friendly helpful staff. breakfast was very nice as well. we had issue with washing machine in our suite and straight away maintenance man came called tim, very good and efficient and was a great help in general he even arranged a kettle for us so we could have our cups of cha, really nice chap.”

“I visited this hotel with my family and we couldn’t chosen better; with good location, good service and great amenities. This is it. The staff is very diligent, everything we needed to be delivered to the room we got it on time. The room was taken care by Alejandra whom we never met but she did a great job changing the towels daily and organizing the beds. The pool area is very nice, although the bathrooms at the end of the day were awful but the whole area is inviting, the bar serves nice drinks and thumbs up to the wings and burgers! We’d love to come back again soon.”

“We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a family of 4. The pool was great and the room was large and clean. The hotel has breakfast that I highly recommend. Yaritza, Rosa & Carmen were great and made sure the food warm. If you are traveling to Orlando with your family I highly recommend staying here.”

“My family and I stayed here for a family getaway during spring break. The hotel and room were clean, and well maintained. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly. The location is nice and close to Universal, and surrounding attractions and restaurants. We happened to meet the GM, Yoli,when we were on our way down the elevator to leave. She was so nice, and wanted to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. My children were upset that we had to leave and go back home. We frequently visit the Orlando area (only about 1.5 hours away from us),and we will definitely be back. I'm so happy that we found our home away from home.”

“Isabella was the best and greeted us for check in. She gave us great information about the area. We were in town to watch college tennis matches. Our suite was very clean and spacious. Everyone was very kind to us. We will be back next March! The only thing we noticed was that the treadmills were starting to age, but we were happy to get in some exercise.”
