We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

What Our Customers Are Saying

Written Review

"NOT A RAMADA FAN, BUT........"
I will not usually stay at a Ramada property, because of previous problems from years back. We booked here because of a meeting at the attached Convention Center. I will say, this property was well kept up, and we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of fluffy pillows. Everything was in working order. The front desk personnel very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Several eating places are within walking distance so you can avoid the traffic. They offer a nice breakfast in the morning.
"great location"
The property is older, but also less expensive. Staff was always polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
"Great Customer Service"
Have to give this Ramada a HIGH FIVE in their customer service. We wanted to get away for the weekend and the very 1st night there the hotel was filled with several youth groups coming for a convention. Kids were loud and up half the night, I did not get any rest at all that night. Went down to talk with Manager and see if there was anything he could do. Monique and Brad were big helps. They moved us to a sister hotel that was up on the top floor actually with a bigger room. Rest of weekend away was great and noise free. Thanks to Monique and Brad for making our weekend away relaxing. Kudos for great Customer Service.
"Winter Getaway"
We had reservations for four nights. We arrived around noon time our first day. they let us check in early. Everyone was nice and very efficient. Very clean. Nice stay.
"Great place to stay"
I would recommend this place to stay because of the fact that the location is awesome!. The hotel is very clean. It is an older hotel but is well kept up. The staff is very accommodating, and have been there for a long time. We see the same friendly faces and help with whatever we needed.
"Great!"
My husband and I wanted a quick getaway for New Year's Weekend! Room was very clean and neat. We were on the second floor so no elevator was no problem. Great location and friendly staff! We will be back hopefully in May. We booked 4 weeks in advance and got a fabulous deal!
"Good value"
We stayed in a family suite the week of Christmas. The two bedrooms and baths were exactly what we needed. The living area with the fireplace and jacuzzi was nice. The rooms need a little updating, but were clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. The young man who checked me in was most accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping was satisfactory--Chelsea was most helpful and friendly. The maintenance man was very friendly wishing everyone "Merry Christmas" on the sidewalk. We didn't need him to fix anything, but he was very cheerful. The breakfast was good. I will stay here again.
"Stranded motorist saved by a great accomadating Ramada Inn South Pigeon Forge Tn"
A little over a month ago I found myself experiencing car trouble that forced me to spend a night in Pigeon Forge Tn....I figured a room in a nice motel would cost me an arm and a leg but to surprise I found a very nice clean and comfortable room for an excellent rate at the Ramada Inn South in Pigeon Forge.....Besides the room and rate being excellent the continental breakfast was wonderful and I even took a dip in the heated pool and hot tub...But what I think was the best part of my stay was the friendly staff and a very special shoutout to Monique Gulley from the Guest Services staff who even worked things out for me if I needed to stay just a little while past their normal checkout while my SUV was being repaired.....The way she treated me and the concern and help she gave to me was top notch.....I do know this is the only place I will ever stay in Pigeon Forge whenever I make a return visit....Thank You Monique and all the staff at the Ramada Inn South Pigeon Forge TN for helping me turn a bad situation of a broken down vehicle and turning it into a very good experience and overnight stay
"A Weekend Getaway"
We have been going to this hotel for 4-5 years, it feels like home to us. Marianne always has breakfast ready for us in the morning. All the employees are always friendly and helpful. The hotel room is always clean. There are microwaves in rooms now!
"It worked for our extended family"
We normally stay at condos or cabins, but this was a quick, one night weekend trip & with there being seven of us, we all wanted to stay together. We found this two bedroom suite and decided to go with it. The room was a little worn however, it was clean and all four queen beds had zip mattress protectors, which I love, and beds were very comfortable.. The front desk staff, especially Stevie (I believe was her name) was great. We ask for extra blankets and she personally brought them up to our room without hesitation. Check in and out was fast and efficient. All in all, our stay here was just fine and it was great for us all to be together.

"Convenient location close to Park, helpful staff"
Unable to honoe first floor request but ext. door was not too bad on second floor, esp. for more than one day. Decent mattress and housekeeping and desk wonderful. My chief gripe was the policy of not just holding the room with a card but charging the first night right away as a deposit. This led to a late payment on my card due to travel and cost me $38. No more advance reserves moret han a week fro now on as o travel there during slow times. Pool open into Nov was a plus. OInternet times out quickly.
"RECENT TRIP"
Several eating places close by. If you like KK donuts and KY fried chicken you don't even have to drive to get them as they are in parking lot. Cracker Barrell is within a short walking distance
"Pleasant Surprise"
Had an unexpected emergency and needed a room overnight in Pigeon Forge and checked the reviews for the Ramada and headed that way. Explained my situation to Mona and right away she booked my sister and I into a very clean room with comfortable beds and a refrigerator. The facility is a bit outdated but for the price and the length of stay, I was well served. Mona also supplied us with necessary hygiene products to help us out. The breakfast the next morning was warm and delicious with a good variety! Our stay was enjoyable and would recommend to anyone and will stay there again.
"Stay at Ramada"
The room was comfortable and the staff was the best I have seen in quite some time. They worked very hard to make the arrangements I needed. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.
"Clean Rooms, friendly staff"
It started off not great, it was not until 4:30-5 pm that I was able to check in to my room because I was told they are short handed on house keeping and that is why check in time was so late. The room was average and clean, the thing that was really good was the Lady who takes care of the breakfast, she was so kind and friendly and she seemed to really love the area, she was giving out all kinds of great information on things to see and do and her personalty was just a joy to be around.
"Good"
All was fine about the room . couldn't sleep for a dog running and barking outside our room and passage way.
"home away from home"
The people here were the greatest; Greg Pressley and Heather were just awesome host they went above and beyond to help to make our stay the greatest. The hotel is located close to attractions like Dixie Stampede, which is excellent, Dollywood, and anywhere you want to go in Pigeon Forge. The continental breakfast is great, Mary Ann takes care of the breakfast. If you don't see it, ask her and she will do what she can to help you.
"Timmy thomas"
Me and my wife are staying at the Ramada Inn in Pigeon Forge South for our 1 year anniversary it's our first time staying here but it's a very nice place with very nice people in the office we will be staying here again we love it and it's very clean.
"Our Stay at the Ramada, Pigeon Forge South"
The stay at the Ramada was a high light of our trip. To start off we were surprised to find a Microwave in the room as there was no mention of it before our arrival. The refrigerator was adequate for our needs. We found the premises to be clean and inviting. The staff was warm and friendly and the woman in charge of the breakfast room went above and beyond basic service. It was a pleasure to go to the office and speak with any one on duty there. We are looking forward to being able to spend time there again.
"Rod Run"
We stayed a the Ramada in Pigeon Forge and it was great.the staff was super friendly, could not have ask for anything better. Breakfast every morning, clean room, great A/C excellent pool and sauna. Close to the rod run easy in and out. Tons of thing to do and see in walking distance. Just make plans to ride the whee at margarita villa, closed in seats and A/C you can see all of pigeon forge from the top, and the fountain at night is fantastic.
"Nice place to stay"
While overall we were happy with our stay here, there were some minor complaints. The beds are not that comfortable. They are far too firm so I had trouble with that. They never gave us more plastic cups the whole time we were there. They give you a nice refrigerator to keep your drinks in, then nothing to drink out of. We did use the cardboard coffee cups, but they were very small and it seemed wasteful. The continental breakfast was good. My only complaint was they have pastries, muffins, and butter on ice, which was rock hard, but no microwave to heat anything up. The waffle maker was awesome! And the yogurt, fruit, donuts, etc were all very good. If they just had a small microwave to heat the food in and warm the butter, their bar would be excellent! We ended up taking our food back to the room and heating it in the microwave there. The rooms were clean and they kept us well stocked with towels. It was great to have internet available as well! We were able to look and book attractions right from our room. And we had a Jacuzzi in our room so that was awesome! We had no hot water when we tried to use it, so we called and they fixed the problem quickly. The staff there was very friendly and helpful offering suggestions for attractions, food, etc. The location was great! Very close to every thing! Overall it was a good stay and we would definitely stay there again.
"GOOD place to stay"
The housekeeping services were great, he really went out of his way for us. The complimentary breakfast made the room fee well worth it. Its first on the list if when we come again.
"Joyful Time"
I would like to say this is a very nice motel. It is located upper end of Pigeon Forge great location. Our room was 3 queen beds which had separate room with balcony. I would like to say this was a comfortable and very nice place. They offer continental breakfast which was very good. The lady who works in there was exceptionally nice. I would highly recommend this place.
"Wonderful staff"
This is the best staff of a hotel that I have come across in all my hotel stays. It was a very busy weekend for this hotel but they found time for some handy cap children to use the pool.
"Had a good stay"
We stayed here the week of rod run and our room was very nice and clean! I'm not sure what other rooms look like but 229 is great!..staff was very friendly as well...it's not the newest and some things need updated but it's was very nice...would return
"Great Stay"
First of all lets start with check in. William was a very big help. He explained everything very well. Even said if i didnt catch everything that the front desk phone number was 0. Very thorough. After going to our room and finding the need to go to a dollar store, when asking directions, William did not just tell us, he pulled out a map and pen and marked the map for us and telling us turn left at stoplight number 7. And X marked the spot. Ramada was not a palace, but for the money it was an eleven on the scale of 0-10. Very clean an comfortable. In room free safes are a big plus. Restaurants next door was awesome after a long drive. Pool was small but clean and family enjoyed it. Enjoyed the gravy biscuits for breakfast. The pet area equipped with disposal bags was very convenient. The multiple seating and social areas made it easy to get to know the other guests. And as happy as we were with the room, the staff was even more awesome. With William leading the way as a General Manager should. Will i stay again? As long as there is a General manager like William there, you better believe it. WELL DONE FOLKS!
"A wonderful time"
My husband and I stayed on December 1-3, 2015. We were able to get the same room we stayed in when we were here in September this year. It was absolutely wonderful. I had just had surgery the week before our stay and the night manager, Anthony, was great at the indoor water park as he gave me a rubber glove and tape to protect my hand that I had surgery on from getting wet so I could enjoy the pool. We love staying here and will keep coming back.
