Each Room Is Equipped With A Cozy Kitchen

We stayed there for only one night but wish we had for more. Our room was spacious and very clean. It is so well situated to downtown Savannah, short blocks to the Trolley station and museum, we walked everywhere. We felt safe walking on the streets. We parked the car on the street, and there was no problem. The free breakfast served in the morning had great variety and it was tasty. The pool was clean and they have a fire pit outside where you can sit and enjoy . All and All , I recommend this place.

We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

    "Great dog friendly hotel!"
What a great place to stay with a dog! The rooms are large and beautiful. There is a beautiful private courtyard with a pool and sitting area. The hotel is across the street from a park and very convenient to walk into the city. Loved the "mix" time on Mon-Wed evenings.
    "Great place and well situated!"

    "Charming"
This is great place to stay if you are visiting the historic district. An easy walk to various sites. The snacks, and food were all fresh and good. The courtyard, pool area are especially beautiful. Sufficient free parking. This is a pet friendly hotel.
    "Discovering Savannah"
We picked the Residence Inn because of their unique cottage accommodations and we were not disappointed. The room was comfortable and spacious and well-appointed enough for our 3 day stay. Besides the great location on a quiet street in the historic area of Savannah (and right across the street from the very helpful Visitor Center), the highest of our stay at the Residence Inn was the genuinely friendly, helpful and cheerful staff. The courtyard in the cottage area featured a garden atmosphere with a pool, a fountain and quiet seating for anyone to enjoy during their stay. Special mention of Zeppora at the main desk, Ladean (the valet, the greeter and our general go-to staff for her cheery and very helpful nature), and to Willie, the desk manager. Other hotel staff not mentioned were all pleasant, friendly and dedicated to our pleasurable stay.
    "Great place to stay"
Great staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast is good. Wife and I along with our fur babies stayed here. Wonderful visit. The welcome cell is across the street. Not a lot of parking here. They also have valet parking available. It is close enough to walk to the market and river street.
    "Perfect location !!!"
We stayed for a couple nights and it is always a pleasant place to stay. Service is excellent, room are comfortable, clean as same as bathrooms. It is located a couple blocks from the historic downtown so it is easy just to walk.
    "AwesomePlace!"
We stopped here on our way down to Miami for one night. Hubby is a platinum member so we were offered a free upgrade to a cottage by Theresa at check in. This hotel has a fire pit, a pool, a beautiful courtyard, and offered free dessert and drinks that evening. .All staff were pleasant and professional. Our cottage was quite large with a nice kitchen and a comfortable king bed. It was clean, warm, and inviting. Breakfast was free and better than normal with bacon, eggs, grits, oatmeal with all the fixings, and more! I highly recommend this property.
"Pleasant chain hotel in an excellent downtown location with very friendly and helpful staff."
The hotel overall has a new or recently updated feel to it. Quite clean with pleasant and large lobby, swimming pool in a garden, large and well kept rooms. The location is also excellent - within easy walking distance of the downtown historic district, restaurants, and businesses. Staff was extremely helpful. There is a charge for valet parking (in a secure lot across the street from the hotel), but we found spaces on the street right outside the hotel. The price on a Saturday night was extremely reasonable and substantially lower than many other hotels we looked at in the area.
"Nice spot and kind, professional staff"
Stayed one night on our way to Florida. We were greeted by the valet who helped with our bags and got us oriented with the hotel. Check in was speedy and polite. We found our dog friendly room clean and comfortable. There is a courtyard in the center of the hotel that not only was nice to break the chilly winds during dog walks, there was no security concern with being downtown in the city. The heated pool looked great but would need to wait for a warmer stay. Our room was comfortable, we were pleased with how quiet it was. Plenty of hot water, towels, etc. We were happy to find coffee in the lobby, even after breakfast hours. The valet who brought us our car the next morning was again very polite. On a side note, was wonderful to see the staff dusting baseboards as we were checking out, the attention to detail is a must but often missed! Would recommend and return.
"Amazing service for a great price"
(Full disclosure, I am a Platinum Elite Marriott rewards member, so my experience may be a bit different that others). I want to thank Dana for taking such good care of us. We were automatically upgraded to a cottage on the north side of the property (facing Tricentennial Park), which is perfect for us, as we have a dog. When we decided to stay a couple extra days, she guided us through the process of using our points to stay for free. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and full kitchens. The breakfast is pretty good for what it is (standard breakfast buffet). We had a suite with a separate room and two TV's, but have stayed in the studios, and there is not much difference. Both are much bigger than what you would expect for the price. If you want to take a trolley tour, you could NOT be closer to the visitors center where all the tours depart from. There are also some GREAT restaurants within 1/8th mile, including one of the best in the Country, The Grey. We also really love the Cuban restaurant, Rancho Allegre. All in all, great value and a nice experience close to a lot of the fun to be had in the historic district!
    "Warmest welcome"
Cleveland the bellman/parking guy was great! Could not do enough for us, especially lugging our luggage up three long flights of stairs (elevator was out of order), always with a smile ! The front desk person was also quite helpful in locating a room for us immediately, giving directions to a nearby restaurant in a blinding thunderstorm.
    "Perfect hotel for visiting Savannah"
We stayed at this Residence Inn Marriott 4 nights for visiting Savannah and its neighborhood. The hotel was perfect for our needs: It is located at the edge of the historic district (just cross the street, then you are in the historic district circle), and it was very easy to reach there by car and park the car in front of the back entrance. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, which was very clean and specious, complete with full kitchen, had one TV in the bedroom and another one in the living area. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the ones in the breakfast area. The bus stop of the free shuttle for historic district is just 100 meters to the hotel, and the free shuttle is a good alternative if you would like to go directly to the riverfront without visiting the historic district. Otherwise, it is a 20 minutes walk (but an excellent stroll through the historic district). Very good value for money. Highly recommended.
"Only one night but a good night!"
A great hotel! Didn’t realise when we booked it that there would be a very well equipped kitchen area In the room, it was in a lounge area and then the bedroom/bathroom were separate. Also a tv in both the lounge and bedroom which was great as my husband wanted to stay up watching the news. The bedding and bed itself were luxurious!!! Breakfast was great, a help yourself style affair, good quality and fresh. The highlight of the stay was a the lovely Cleveland! He moved cars around for us when we arrived so that we could park right outside the hotel as we had a lot of luggage. He was friendly, courteous and a great ambassador for the hotel! Well done to him!!!
    "Perfect Pool"
We stayed here while visiting Savannah, and while it is a little removed from the restaurants and busy area of the city, we enjoyed the location in Historic Savannah and the walk to the busier area is not bad at all. The cottages are quaint and the courtyard view is amazing. Since it was hot (in July), we regularly used the pool and there were many areas to sit and relax. The room, while a touch on the older side (our door sticks very badly and we have to force it open every time we go in and out), the room was clean and the staff incredibly friendly.
    "Wonderdul and clean"
The hotel was immaculate. The rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast was really good and the kitchen area where it was served was clean. This hotel allows pets, but I never would have known it. No signs if pet smell, hair etc. Very clean. The inly down side was the parking. Its either street parking or a costly $15 valet fee. Otherwise, I highly recommend!
    "Good stay in Savannah"
We stayed for three days and it was a pleasant time, the cottages are the best and comfortable, room are clean, bathroom, kitchen and seating area excellent. You can find a parking space in front or back of the hotel and avoid paying for valet parking and the street is safe to park, You can also enjoy a happy hour in the afternoon. Great location away from the hassle in downtown.
    "Pleasing stay in Savannah"
Just returned home after spending 4 nights at this property. We found it to be perfect for us. All the staff were so very friendly from housekeeping, breakfast personnel and most of all Cleveland who always greeted us with a smile and kind word as we left or returned to the property. The breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked each morning. One evening we used the grills on the patio for a cookout. We also enjoyed using the pool in the attractive courtyard. It is also conveniently located within walking distance of everything within the historic district.
    "Awesome Pet Friendly Hotel"
My husband and I were traveling and needed a place that would take us and our two dogs. This hotel was the best!! Super clean, incredibly nice and accommodating staff, really nice architecture that blended with historical Savannah and museums right next door. If you’re looking for a great hotel with no surprises, try this! It was really great!
    "Best Residence Inn We've Experienced"
This is a wonderful property, much better than we expected and than what is typical for Residence Inn. The lobby and breakfast area are very nicely furnished and the breakfasts served there were quite good. The pool in the courtyard is beautiful, and was a great area for relaxing. Early in the week, there are appetizer buffets which we really enjoyed. And we found the location to be within walking distance of all of the sights we wanted to see, in spite of the hotel being at the edge of the historic district. All of the staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
