Why Stay Here?

100 Metres From The Ocean.

Adjacent To 27 Holes Of Championship Golf.

Winner of Prestigious 2013 Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence.

We stayed here 3-10 May 2013 and had an excellent experience. The complex, staff, grounds and apartments were all perfect - cannot fault them. The location is nice too - far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Los Cristianos and Americas but near enough if you want to venture out. The 483 bus is direct and takes about 20 mins or it is 20 in a taxi. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

    What Our Customers Are Saying

    "Christmas in Tenerife"
This was a return visit for my wife an I. Once again, the apartment was excellent with everything we needed. During our visit I had the misfortune to have my wallet stolen by a pickpocket. (At the bus stop close to reception.) Maria at reception deserves our very special thanks for the very professional help she gave me following this. We had a wonderful Christmas dinner in the restaurant. The food and the entertainment were spot on. The weather during our first week was windy and chilly but the second week was much calmer and generally sunny - just right for Christmas. We found the local minimarkets quite expensive but knew there is a Lidles nearby. We rented a car for the first weekend and stocked up from Lidles. This was much cheaper than the local shops, not to mention how much cheaper than home in UK. We are both looking forward to visiting Royal Park Albatros again.
    "A week in December"
Searching for a week of sunshine before Christmas found the Royal Park Albatros and the worst weather in Tenerife for over ten years! However the complex was clean, tidy and attractive with well tended gardens and swimming pool aria. The hotel is well located to access the near by resorts of South Tenerife.Overall we had a an enjoyable week in spite of the weather, especially at the cost.
    "sunshine heaven"
loved it, stayed in 215b apartment block 4, the apartment was very nice and cosy, very well equiped. The balcony was in the sun most of the day, loved the pool and bar/resturant. we had meals out around the hotel would recommend the wild geese and aberdeen steak house. There is bus stop near the hotel and we went out everyday on the buses.
    "Relaxing sunny break."
Very impressed by service and facilities at Royal Albatros. Weather was lovely and room 332b was sunny on the balcony from 11am until sundown everyday. Apartment was slightly dated in style and dcor but very clean and well equipped with everything in good working order. Particularly enjoyed the Jacuzzi each day and the restaurant pool area was a good sunny spot to eat and drink during the day or at night. We enjoyed the coastal walks and the various routes into San Blas. We enjoyed Pancake Caf on the front and Nawaab Indian. Two favourite restaurants were Dabda Tapas where we had a lovely evening meal but you do need to book and a nice daytime walk to Los Abrigos takes you to La Languistina fish restarant where the seabass and grilled king prawns were magnificent. We will certainly return to the RPA.
    "Enjoyable week"
Nice apartment, helpful staff, super restaurant. Close to landing flight path of airport, but this wasn't too intrusive. Frequent bus service to resorts. 2 golf courses very close, shops & restaurants nearby. Day trips also available, and car hire.
    "Nice Little Hotel"
We booked our room at Royal park Albatros on January 2013 just for my birthday. The room was very clean and spacious with balcony and self-catering facilities. Pool was also great. I received a bottle of bubbly for my birthday from the hotel management which was really nice of them. Yes there is no beach around but it does have a little beach with pebbles which is very cute. We found this place very relaxing and really beautiful. There are plenty of restaurants around and if you wanna visit busier place then Los Christianos is not that far away. We have even booked our room again for january 2014 for a week which I am looking forward to :) Definitely would recommend this hotel. Though, if you are coming to Tenerife only for party, then this place is not quite for you.
    "Nice Return"
This was a return visit for us having stayed here previously so we had an idea of what to expect and were not disappointed. We were allocated an Infiniti 'Club' Apartment which was a pleasant surprise as there was air conditioning in the spacious lounge supplemented by a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The view from the balcony was excellent with views of the sea, harbour and pool area. The unusually shaped pool was very clean and not particularly busy - although the sunbeds (of which there were more than plenty) were! Daytime activities were well organised by the lively Katje, who was always on the go with Kids.Club,Table Tennis, Killer Pool and the exhausting (to watch! Water Aerobics. During Happy Hour Katje also arrange quizzes and Bingo. She is a tremendous asset to the resort and it would be quite a loss should she ever move on to pastures new. We went for half- board in the very pleasant restaurant where the food was good and plentiful particularly on the themed evenings. The restaurant also has a small stage for the evening entertainment, which was quite good most evenings. With regard to the apartment which was more than adequate for a couple and has lift access there was a much appreciated welcome pack which included water - more than welcome after our journey! The apartment was immaculate and cleaned 6/7 with replen every day. Without exception all the staff were helpful, polite and very, very friendly. A reminder that there are water dispensers on site which provide water considerably cheaper than the local supermarkets. Have I forgotten anything? Yes! There was a lovely large.flat screen TV in the lounge with a smaller version in the bedroom - both with British channels. Would we go back? We are! Give Park Albatros a try - who knows you might win a trip on the submarine at the welcome meeting! .
"A walking week in the sun"
Very pleased with the apartment. Requested a high floor with a sea view and this is what we got. Clean and well equipped. Kitchen had full cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. Kitchen towel, washing up liquid, scourer, tea towels and dish cloth provided. Water, milk and tea and coffee on arrival. Friendly and helpful reception staff. House keeping arrived on the Wednesday afternoon (we booked Saturday to Saturday and were not expecting the apartment to be cleaned during our stay as there were spare towels and sheets in the wardrobe). As we were in the apartment, we said not to bother with the cleaning but the lovely cleaner changed our towels for us. On arriving back at the apartment the next day we found that it had been thoroughly cleaned and was immaculate. Supermarkets and restaurants just outside the back gate. Steps were not a problem for us ( but we are walkers) and were grateful for the lift up to the fourth floor The apartment suited us very well.
    "well worth the 109 spent!!"
My fiancee and i bought a deal from KGB deals for 7 nights accomodation here for 109 which by any standards is a bargain. the hotel itself is very nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. the room was lovely which had a spacious double bedroom, seperate toilet and shower room as well as a huge living room/ kitchen that lead out onto a big balcony. we were above the reception area as apposed to down near the pool which was fine. the complex oversees the pool area/gardens which is nice. the pool is nice but has very little room for sun loungers which causes crazy scenes first thing in the morning with people queuing up around the barriers before 8 am to get seats, ive never seen such a crazy dash to get sun loungers!! the hotel is also situated very close to the merina and if you go out the hotel using the back exit it takes you out on the main street where that are plenty of restaurant / bars. it is also close to a few golf courses if you fancy getting in a few rounds in the sun. there bus stops are just 2 minutes away from front door as well which can take you to waterparks etc
    "CHARGE YOUR BATTERIES HERE"
Just got back last night from a weeks holiday with three grandchildren (3, 4 and 6) plus parents,7 in total. This won't take long because there was nothing to moan or complain about. We enjoyed the whole experience from the location, staff, food, entertainment, cleanliness and atmosphere. This is a part-hotel which consists of timeshare apartments, privately owned apartments and hotel accommodation.Don't be put off by the mix as there was no pressure or in our case no one contacted us about buying an apartment etc. The hotel is relaxing and we all agreed that for the money it was a good decission and a memorable week in the sun. Thanks Royal Park Albatros.
    "Would Stay Again"
We stayed at the end of January when it was a bit quieter. There were 4 couples so we had 4 apartments all of which were comfortable and well cleaned. The pool is large and caters for all. We mostly ate out but when we did eat in the restaurant, we had no complaints. Free WIFI is available but only in the reception area. The surrounding area has plenty of Bars & Restaurants to keep you from getting bored.
    "Another great Holiday"
Just returned from a week at Royal Park Albatros, Service and food in restaurant excellent. Well done Jose and staff. Room good and air conditioning in living room worked wonders! Ceiling fan in bedroom was nice and quiet if left on overnight. Reception staff very helpful, new addition of small shop was useful when checking in late on an evening.
    "Perfect for a quiet holiday"
We were checked in efficiently and were told we had an upgrade. The one bedroom apartment was excellent, spotlessly clean, modern & bright with air con. In the kitchen we found all appliances that were necessary for our stay, we found to our delight bread, eggs, milk, tea & coffee, ham & cheese and bottles of water and wine had been provided. The maid came in on the 4th day to change bedding & towels and clean the apartment. The complex is very secure (room key required to open security gates). It is very well kept with lovely gardens, unfortunately not suitable for people with mobility problems as there are many stairs from reception down to the pool and restaurant. The pool area is small for the size of the complex which could be an issue at peak season. The pool itself was very clean and a life guard is on duty throughout the day. We only used the restaurant for lunch on a couple of occasions and what we had was very good, the waiters and bar staff were very friendly. The location is quiet, not much in the way of nightlife other than a few bars and restaurants, perfect for our needs. The issue some people have made about the planes isn't as bad as you would be lead to believe. We enjoyed our stay so much we would happily pay full price to go back again.
    "A Perfect Holiday"
Spent 7 nights with my daughter and partner and we really enjoyed our stay in the resort. Excellent customer services, secured and peaceful environment. We will definitely go back there and would recommend to our friends.
    "Lovely place to stay"
I stayed in Royal Park Albatros for 3 days or work and had a really nice stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much or them. The apartment was very good and spotless, with a lot o space (I had a one bedroom apartment) and a large balcony with table and chairs. The Hotel has lovely well kept gardens, beautiful! I had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Restaurant, the food is very good. Breakfast is buffet, with a lot of choice (hot and cold) and the croissants are amazing! A lot of variety with all meals. Dinner was specially amazing, the food is great. Restaurant staff is also very friendly. Wi-fi worked perfectly in the lobby, I did not use the apartment wi-fi. Had a wounder full stay and will definitely recommend Royal Park Albatros.
    "Relaxing sunny break."
Very impressed by service and facilities at Royal Albatros. Weather was lovely and room 332b was sunny on the balcony from 11am until sundown everyday. We will certainly return to the RPA.
"Best 89 ive ever spent !!"
Weve just returned from Albatros, we got a week through KGB for 89 and what a fab place, the other reviews are correct saying its quiet but thats why we went, there are certainly plenty of places to visit within walking distance to cater for every taste. The pool area is lovely and clean, our apartment (411a) was a little dated but certainly adequate for 2 adults, a great welcome basket which tied us over til the next morning when we went to Lidl (u may laugh) but when you can get a pretty decent bottle of wine for 98c (about 1.10) and lovely fresh fruit it was worth a taxi ride (approx 20 euros return trip) to stock up for the week !. The meals at Albatros restaurant were really lovely, hubby had the paella and couldnt finish it as it was so rich and full of seafood and so tasty and I had fresh salmon with champagne sauce and it was divine. Kids pool was clean and with the lifeguard watching its very safe for them to play and the swipecard entrance is great and very safe if you have a young family. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, met some lovely people and would highly recommend it (so much so were looking to buy an apartment there).
    "Great Vacation....but VERY QUIET..."
I stayed at the royal park albatros in Tenerife. Its a very nice property. Not very close to any "city" centers but they have a daily shuttle that runs twice a day to Playa de las Americas which has plenty of shopping, restaurants and the beach. The island is made up of volcanic rock so the beaches arent very traditional. Lots of climbing/hiking to beaches. At night you can hear a pin drop. VERY VERY quiet. I dont even remember hearing the waves off the coast. If you are a younger couple looking for lots of excitement...this isnt for you. Most visitors are older british couples. Other than that the island food and attractions are nice and serene. I stayed 7 days..I could have only done 4 and been satisfied. Me and my friend got a little bored on the island after day 4. Nonetheless if you are looking for quiet and serene surroundings..this is for you.
"Quiet, Clean, Comfortable, Secure and Really Enjoyable"
Stayed in the RPA from Sept 8 to 15th. First impressions checking was quick and friendly. Had requested a high floor pool view room when booking and that's what I got. To enter the complex you either use the manned reception or a locked gate which you could access with your key card. Our apartment had a decent sized bedroom, large bathroom, kitchenette with full 4 ring hob cooker and oven, open plan living area with TV, DVD, stereo and a pool view balcony. We are a couple in our early 40's and chose RPA based on reviews about its location, quietness and staff and we were not disappointed. If your looking for a good base close enough to the large resorts but far enough away to allow you to relax then this might be the place for you. We hired a car and there was no problem with parking. Lots of little restaurants within 10 mins walk. If you stay in the area call down to the Golf Park Pizzeria ( turn right when u come out of reception it's just 5 mins down the road). It's small and doesn't look much from the outside but the man and woman who run it are pure gems and the food is excellent. Check out there orange or lemon ice cream dessert it's only divine. The only added extras we had to pay for was in room wifi at 20 for the week but it was free in the reception area and 15 for the code to the safe in our room. Our room was also spotlessly cleaned once during our stay. We wanted a clean, quiet, reasonable cost base to discover the island of Tenerife and the RPA ticked all the boxes when we booked. Having stayed there now it exceeded my expectations and I'd definitely recommend it to those looking to relax. If it's hopping nightlife that you want then the RPA is probably not for you but then again you'd be guaranteed a peaceful daytime sleep there. The world is to large for me to return to the same place on holidays more than once but based purely on our experience I'd recommend the RPA to friends who plan to visit Tenerife
    "Cant wait to go again"
Came back last week from our 4th visit to these apartments and as always had a wonderful time! We love everything about this place, the staff are so friendly and helpful, its very clean and well maintained. The restaurant food is very reasonable and they even do a takeaway menu now which is very handy sometimes when you've had a busy day and cant be bothered to dress up for dinner. The restaurant staff are all so friendly and helpful! Katya is always busy entertaining both children and adults alike, she works extremely hard at making everybody's holiday as enjoyable as possible! Check in and out is extremely quick and efficient, and the reception staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely returning as soon as possible!
    "Lovely place"
Loved every moment I stayed in this modern furnished, air conditioned 1 bed apartment which overlooked the well gardens. When I have stayed in self catering accommodation before I have needed to shop for breakfast provisions as well as washing up liquid etc upon arrival, not here, it was all provided. There is also an on site laundry, which is great for a family or if like my partner and I, you travel with minimum baggage. The resort is quiet, some pubs and restaurants and of course the golf clubs! We like to hire a car so we could travel to different areas but I believe the bus service to Las Americas is quite good, the bus stop being a few metres from the hotel. All in all a fantastic place for us. Bought as a KGB deal but after a call to Petchley Leisure were not compelled to attend the 'informal' meeting.
    "excellent holiday"
really enjoyed our stay at the royal park albatros hoel , very friendly staff , quiet location even though the planes go over the hotel it was a lovely relaxing holiday.... the food was very nice and the drinks at the bar reasonably priced. Night time entertainment is more for the older generation i would say but there are bars and nightclubs nearby. the beaches have no sand but that didnt really affect us at all :)
    "A nice week away"
Busy hotel with one main pool, you'll have to be up early for a prime tanning location. Ideal for a fairly quiet holiday, approximately 20 euros in a taxi to Los Christianos and the beaches as No beaches within walking distance to the hotel, but nice restaurants and bars around the corner. Some unsightly unfinished hotels but they don't distract from a pleasent holiday. Overall. If your after a clean, friendly and quiet holiday. This could be for you.
    "Paradise on a budget"
The Park Albatros is a wonderfull place for both family and couples with no children, The compex itself is lovely with thr swimming pool &restaurant are set in the middle of the complex with all the apartments built around them i a circle shape. The Staff were excellent more than helpfull the food was good and great value for money. Entertainment everyday, but the best thing was that all music was turned down after 10pm so if you wanted an early night you could sleep. But if you wanted to hit the town there was 'SAN BLASS' which is a 15 minute walk along the coast from the complex or a 10 min taxi ride to other parts. The swimming pool was a good size with rules and regs so everyone can enjoy it. The aprtments are clean with everything you need. Me and my partner won our holliday on a scratch card so we had to attend a timeshare meeting which takes approx 3 hours but it was not to bad, We enjoyed it so much we are booking up for next year. Well done to all the staff and thankyou all for a great holliday.
