From the moment you walk in the lobby, you receive a warm welcome. I stayed at this property for two nights and stayed in one of their king bed suits. The room was clean and smelled clean. The pool area was clean and very relaxing. The hotel has a nice fitness room and lobby lounge area.

"4 day stay"
We found all the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. All the way from the front counter staff, to the restaurant staff to the van driver and janitor staff. Everything was neat and well kept. They made us feel wanted and even remembered our names. If you like Italian food this is the place to go and stay for a visit.
"One Night Stay"
We stayed one night at this hotel. Check in Process was very easy and staff were very helpful. our room was a good size and very clean. A huge bonus was they offered a shuttle to the shopping complex near by. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. Our checkout process was easy and again great front desk staff. As we were in a rush we were unable to sit down and enjoy breakfast at the restaurant but the servers were fantastic and packed up our small order to go quite quickly.
"Very nice place"
The hotel was good. Rooms clean and large, beds comfortable,furnished like a hotel. Plenty of power outlets. Bathrooms kept clean and neat. Everything was you would expect. Lobby nice. Quiet hotel with lots of stuff near by. For those that are interested, 15 or 20 minutes from the beach.
"Pleasant Stay at Holiday Inn Sawgrass Mills"
We stayed at this property for one night prior to flying out of Fort Lauderdale following a week diving in Key Largo. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and adequate. The hotel is a little older, but it is very well maintained and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. It's about 20 minutes from FLL.
"Comfortable, Friendly Hotel"
We stayed here 2 nights while waiting to take our cruise to the Bahamas. We came here with good expectations based on everything we'd read about it. I wasn't disappointed. The room we were given had a balcony which was a nice place to escape to after our long drive in. The room was spacious with a really comfortable bed. I didn't want to get out of bed the next day because I felt so good in it. The bathroom had enough room for both me and my boyfriend to be in there comfortably. The restaurant was fantastic! We ate there for every meal. I had a marinated vegetable and meat salad that is definitely in my top 5 of all time salads! I wish I could get the recipe from them. The calamari we tried was tasty and not overly fried and the bread with olive oil.......What can I say about the bread? It was warm and crusty and delicious and abundant. They never not once let us down. The waiters were friendly and the chairs comfortable after a long day. We also used their shuttle to take us to the outlet mall. That was just an ok experience because they are on a set schedule and we ended up waiting a long time for one, which was more our fault then theirs, but would have been better if it was a little more flexible. Love the lizards everywhere and wanted to take one home, LOL, This is a hotel I would definitely stay in again. I mostly look for clean and quiet and they went above and beyond my expectations.

"Great Times"
Was in town for business, stayed 4 nights and was treated like a king. From the front desk staff to Housekeepers. But I think the most enjoyable person and now a friend is my Fla St. Seminole buddy Kathy. She served up the coldest beer in town and the gift gab with the best of us. I have heard rumors that she is a mean karaoke crooner, even if she runs out of gas. All in all my stay in this hotel was the highlight of being in Sunrise. Thank you to all.
"Great hotel at a great price"
Stop by the bar here, the bar tender Kathy is great! She remember your name, your order, and is very friendly. They also have a great new menu. So much fun here, it is like an extended family! I've been here 2 weeks and it has been a wonderful experience. If I come back to Florida again soon, I'll definitely stay here again! A+++

"Super Holiday Inn"
Booked online and used our points for a free stay. We stayed one night and was very happy with the accommodations. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would be great if they could offer breakfast. Would stay again!

We had an awesome experience. There was an hotel employee by the name of Russel at the front desk. He always greeted & was very nice! Great customer service when entering! Thank you for everything! We enjoyed our stay being that we were from Chicago!!!
"Nice Hotel"
This is a great place to stay. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are very nice. We travel to Florida at least twice a year to visit our family and this is the hotel that we chose to stay each time. The only thing I wish they would do is have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. You have to keep going down to the lobby if you need to warm something up. There is no free breakfast so you can count that out. But if you desire a nice and clean place this is where you would stay.

"Excellent 2-night stay with the family"
We stayed at this hotel for a convention we had at the BB&T center during the month of June. We rented to rooms next to each other because we were traveling with our 5 kids. It was nice that even though the rooms were not connecting rooms, the balconies are all connected and we were able to easily go from one room to another through the back door instead of having to use the front door constantly. Staff was friendly and hospitable. The hotel offers free parking and Wi-Fi. The pool is heated. Also, even though they do not allow outside food around the pool area, I asked since it was from a local pizzeria listed in their room binder, and they allowed it. When we visited, the Honduras national soccer team was also there training for Brazil so the hotel was really busy. However, the staff was very accommodating and apologetic for the buzz around the hotel. The soccer team was super sweet and signed autographs for the kids and took pictures with them. Overall our stay was awesome, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we didn't have a mini fridge in the room. We ended up buying a small cooler and getting ice from the hotel machine to keep our stuff cool. When we arrived to check in some people were complaining about the limited roll carts available to them for their luggage and another gentleman was requesting a different room since the water heater in his room was not working, in my opinion the staff could have been more accommodating to their needs; however, we didn't run into any of these issues. "Great location"
They have a beautiful lobby. The staff are great. Decor has lots of soccer memorabilia. Rooms are very clean. Pleasant, spacious rooms. Located away from freeway noise (nice & quiet).
"Good value!"
Stayed here for one night to go and see the Panthers game. Ok, location for Panthers hockey and Sawgrass Mills. U have to have a car(who travels in the US without one?). The pool was great, small, clean and HOT, loved that. Average, but clean, room. The breakfast was not included, that was too bad though. We paid for the breakfast but it wasnt that good. Would recommend the hotel, not the breakfast.
"Soccer, sun and storms!"
I stayed at this hotel with my daughter and was pleasantly surprised at the size of the bedrooms, the oh so comfortable beds and the hot, powerful shower. Only downside was the lack of balconies. My son is staying at the hotel with his soccer team (Storm FC) over the summer and we went out to visit with him. The Honduran national team was also staying there at the same time so there was an abundance of soccer players milling about! The staff in the restaurant were all so helpful, a special word for Felix and Kathy in the bar. An added bonus was the shuttle bus which took us to the Sawgrass Mills Mall, as we didn't have a car and my son was at soccer training every day. Weather not too good, but obviously no fault of the hotel! Will definitely be back and will recommend the hotel to our friends who are visiting South Florida
"Wonderful Surprise"
My husband and I checked in to this hotel after leaving a bad hotel down the street. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was either brand new or had been completely remodeled! It is the nicest Holiday Inn I have stayed in. The hotel even has a really nice restaurant too with affordable prices and excellent food. I highly recommend staying here. It is beautiful and worth the price!

first i want to say that the hotel it self i and is a was a beautiful place to stay. the employees were very polite. Kathy was the best of all!!!!!!!!! a big smile to welcome us every time we seen her. Angie, GG, And Johnathan were welcoming too. but Kathy was the best of all!!!!! my next vacation will be here.
"Almost a 5 Star Stay"
We stayed overnight after a show at the BB&T Center after finding that our usual go-to hotel, the Hampton Inn was full. Our room was just fine; A king bed, extra pillows as requested, a large bathroom and clean. We requested a balcony room overlooking the pool, which was a very nice upgrade for a around $10. The total price was fine at about $100. For $5 extra dollars we booked a breakfast for 2. The vouchers we received were valued at $15/each. We opted for the $15 buffett and only paid for the tip. The buffet was just fine with melon, citrus, milk, eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, etc. I noticed that they have a full bar and offer lunch and dinner items. There is a spacious, private courtyard in the middle of the hotel layout with palm trees, tables and chairs and a large, clean pool. The only down side was the noise of the A/C unit in our room (530). It was so loud that it awakened me every time it cycled, which was a bummer.
"Great base for the shopping outlet"
We stayed at the Holiday Inn pre-cruise because it was 'close' to the shopping outlet at Sawgrass Mills. Actually it was a ten minute drive away but then nobody walks in America. The room was comfortable, quiet and it overlooked the pool and outdoor centrum. However in really hot weather there may be an issue with the air conditioning vent over one of the beds. In March that's not a problem. The staff were great and put themselves out to help you and it's amazing what a smile will get you. Food was OK if service was a little slow at dinner. There is a large car park adequately lit. Entry into the hotel from the road can be bit hairy if you don't know where it is and Holiday Inn would be well advised to put up a direction sign a bit before the junction, so as to prepare for the turn, especially as that's the way you would come from the airport. We would definitely stay here again pre-cruise again - Beachfront Fort Lauderdale is just one big car park!

Wow if the hotel is judged by its reception staff 2 thumbs up! Both Josh and James treated us on our two stays with exceptional service and professionalism. We will definitely stay there again it was great place to stay. Staff all very accommodating. Lets hope that these two are recognized. Its not often I write reviews but felt this time it is merited
"Amazing staff! Love Renee, Kathleen & Allison!"
I was here for 4 nights with my elderly mother who is in a wheelchair. The property is good and what I expected from a Holiday Inn, but I was unprepared for how wonderful all the staff where to us. Everyone went out of their way to help us out, but in particular Allison wouldn't rest until she made sure all was in order for pool accessibility for my mom, Renee in the restaurant was amazingly kind & generous & full of great suggestions, and Kathleen at the bar guaranteed a fun close to our night. Thanks for making our first visit to Florida such a pleasure.
