We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

    "Would definitely stay here again"
This hotel is a great place to stay the price is reasonably, the rooms clean and comfortable, and quiet. The staff is friendly and breakfast is great. Will stay here again. The rooms are tastefully decorated and appeared to have been updated recently.
    "Great Property"
We were taking a cruise out of Charleston and stayed here for the park and cruise package. Our room was clean and very spacious. The staff was always very pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was the typical items and the area was kept clean and stocked. I would most definitely stay here again.
    "Vacation October 2017"
We stayed here for a week. The hotel was very very clean and the staff was excellent.Very friendly and helping. I had a problem with the outlet to plug in my breathing machine and within 5 minutes after we called on a Saturday night check-in the maintenance man was there and had fixed the problem in not more than 10 minutes. The main desk person Brittinai was so pleasant and helpful. She was a treasure! Joanne in the food court was also a gem. She gave us insight on what restaurants we should try and was very helpful. She did a dynamite job in the food court. We tried 2 of the restaurants she recommended and they were the BEST! The only Con to the hotel was there is no dresser to put any clothes - so we had to Live out of our suitcase. Plus the back door was not working so if you needed to park back there you had to walk all the way around. It was well light though.
    "Brittainai was awesome!!!!!"
My husband and I are travel agents. We visited this property this weekend and really enjoyed it. Whenever I visit a property and receive good service I have to acknowledge the staff. This time I am recognizing Brittinai! She was magnificent!!! She was there for everything we needed. She is the perfect picture of supreme customer service. We loved her! We stayed in room 408. Thank you Brittanai!
    "Excellent hotel"
Excellent location, close to all the local attractions. Wonderful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, pet friendly hotel. Extremely good breakfast. Really enjoyed our recent stay. Great price on the room.
    "Robin always provides superior service"
I have visited multiple times this summer and Robin scores a 10 each time. She provides concierge style assistance. She has provided resource information for the area, surprised a guest with a birthday gift, booked rooms at other locations for subsequent travel, accommodated special needs to name several WOWS. The housekeeping staff, kitchen staff as well as maintenance staff are friendly. Rooms are always clean. Great value for the price.
    "Great place to stay!"
My family and I spent one night here since we were leaving the next morning on a cruise. Check in was fast and easy. Room was super clean. Breakfast the next morning was great. They had many different things to choose from. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
"We were looking for a peaceful quiet night when we happened upon sleep inn charleston sc"
I went in to inquire about availability, first floor and possibilities of two queen beds. We were very lucky they had all we were looking for for the night. Kristina W. also went out of her way to find us a shower stool, as my husband is handicapped. She was so caring and wanting us to have the best the Sleep Inn had to offer. The very next day before we even had the best breakfast a motel has made available to us, we booked the next night also. Thanks again Kristina.
    "Clean and close to Attractions"
This hotel was great. We have a room with a king bed and the room was clean and large enough for two people. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was a perfect size for 2 people. The breakfast each morning was very good. Saved a lot of money. The hotel was very close to all the attractions which was great. We would stay at the same hotel again as long as the price is right.
"Might be the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at"
The hotel was very nice - seemed new - very clean - staff extremely friendly and helpful: One of the front desk people even printed out directions for me to a restaurant. I loved how well equipped the room was with every amenity I could have wanted. The air/heat unit worked great and looked new. And I didn't expect a ceiling fan! The breakfast was wonderful, especially the sausage and the eggs with salsa. The shower was very clean and the controls were very customizable. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and very clean. Checkout time was very late which I loved on my last day when I slept in! The only thing I wish the management would work on is the electronic room keys: They were very "hit and miss"; I had to swipe it several times in different directions, and I saw other people doing the same thing. But it was only a minor inconvenience that was outweighed by the overall excellence of the hotel.
    "Great Place - Great Price!"
Had a 4 night stay here and it was fantastic! Rooms were gorgeous and service was exceptional! Employees were very friendly and eager to help. Room was clean, spacious and beautiful - everything necessary for a great stay!
    "Value for money"
Nice and quiet, modern hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast is standard. Pool is shared with next door hotel. Staff is very friendly and professional. No trouble with early check in. Lots of parking places at the back of the hotel. Just 10 minutes from downtown Charleston. Will stay here again without any doubt.
    "Charleston Visit"
This hotel was by far the best one we have stayed at on our road trip. They are very conveniently located to historic Charleston and the hot breakfast was awesome, from biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. , and the staff was very nice. We would definitely stay here again!
    "We'll be back!"
SUPER friendly and helpful staff! The rooms were clean and the location is handy. We had originally booked with a much more expensive hotel down town and after touring around we were SO glad we had found this hidden gem. You are close to grocery stores, restaurants and all the attraction without the CRAZY price tag! We loved Charleston and plan on staying here on our return. Thank you! ps.. yes the rooms are a little smaller and the bathroom is not huge but think about how much time do you really spend in the room?.... save some dollars and go out for a nice dinner or a harbor tour!
    "Very friendly and helpful staff"
We couldn't ask for a more friendly and helpful staff. When we said we were going to the tea plantation close by, Marcus Poinsett told us other places to visit in the same area. The breakfast was very good and plentiful and was the responsibility of one lady, Kim. She kept everything filled so you didn't run out of anything. We would definitely go back again.
    "Super friendly and helpful staff!"
The hotel was fresh, clean and quiet! We checked in, went to our room and proceeded right back out the door to dinner. On our return, I stopped to look at some tourist brochures. The custodian (I didn't get his name), asked what I was interested in. He gave me the best suggestions on ghost tours, carriage tours and when to visit Fort Sumter! Our next day was filled with every possible tour we could fit in. Breakfast at the hotel was as complete as I have ever seen. Omelets, pancakes, waffles, sausage, cereal, Danish, toast, English muffins.... okay, you get the point.
    "Citadel Graduation"
Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Within 5 miles of Citadel. Room was clean. Thank you for letting The Williams family check in early to be able to make graduation. Hotel has complimentary continental breakfast. Pool area is very relaxing. Citadel families this is a great place for the money. We've enjoyed our four years.
    "Best Sleep Inn yet!"
I came in with a group travel with a total of 10 people for a tour, and as soon as I walked in I knew I was going to love this spot! The hotel is clean and has a lot of accessibility to amenities and close by walking distance to great stores and favorite restaurants, The Glass Onion. As a tour it's been stressful even with calling weeks in advance to confirm reservations, and the past hotels haven't been this good! Nicole was just the sweetest very genuine, but all receptionists were, true southern hospitality with a twist, stellar customer service. This never happens, but my keys were ready with all passenger names on the keys, all on the top floor and together-the simple things that make group travel better-I wish all Sleep Inns and hotels did this. The only thing they said is they wished the breakfast was a little different or switched up. It perhaps is a southern thing, but the last week every hotel is the same: waffles, pancake, eggs, biscuits and main staples. They mentioned is it like this everywhere? I'd just suggest to switch up some things still keep the southern twist, but maybe hash browns, bacon, or ham. Other than this the rooms are very nice, and there's plenty of parking for trailers and buses upon request, they'll block off an area for us.

"Four fun days in Charleston for two distant friends. Massachusetts and Japan."
Our trip to South Carolina was now a reality. Two friends finally getting together after 20 years. A hotel was needed so I picked The Sleep Inn in Charleston SC. Best plan from the moment we walked into the lobby. We were greeted with a big hi how are you from Brandy. She is the hostess at the front desk. Room wasn't ready yet, we were early. Brandy took my cell number and said she would call as soon as it was ready. She suggested a really great diner for lunch. Close by. Delicious! Always polite and ready to assist with anything we needed during our stay. Thanks Brandy! Marques works there as well. He is a house man. Best tour guide I've ever met. Marques knows all the places of interest and is a wonderful man. Every night when my friend and I returned from a long day of sight seeing, Marques would always take time from his work to ask about our day. Each day giving more welcomed suggestions. Fantastic places and a real nice man. Thank you Marques you made our trip enjoyable knowing we had great advice as to where to go and what to see. The last day at Sleep Inn I wanted to print my boarding tickets. The printer for public use had a small problem. No problem though for Stephanie at the front desk. She helped fix my dilemma right away. She helped me print them out right there at the front desk. Charming young lady. Thank you again Stephanie. I loved Charleston and would return to and recommend the Sleep Inn in Charleston SC. Two friends from Massachusetts and Japan
"Very nice views from the upper floors"
This hotel is a little tricky to get to because of its location on little jetty of land that goes out into the river. Look at Google maps first and it will help you get into it from any direction. Hotel lobby is on second floor but parking is down on first, there is an entrance on the first floor that has a internet center and workstations and several couches and chairs in front of a fireplace, which is nice in the winter Then you can take either the stairs or the vator up to the 2nd floor to check in. I loved the rooms bed comfy a fridge and nuker and mine had a door out to a small balcony and window opened a bit. I always like sleeping in fresh air when possible. Slept great, folks that work there are nice, very, garage and outdoor parking. Overall a really nice hotel secluded location yet within 1-2 minutes of downtown (once ya figure it out) Little pricey so if ya want to splurge a little I would say this one is worth it. Wasn't thrilled with breakfast nothing special it was okay, but overall I would stay here again.
    "Great Location, Pricey"
I stayed in mid-May during the Citadel and College of Charleston graduation weekend. We stayed from Thursday-Sunday. The price went from $169 to $269 starting Friday night. There were 16 of us total with either 2 or 4 to a room. Nobody had a giant complaint about the hotel or the rooms. We took advantage of the balcony on the 1st floor and the pool/Jacuzzi. Each room had really comfy beds and a sleeper sofa. The A/C was flawless in each room. We really enjoyed the location because it's less than 5 minutes from downtown which means that you don't have to worry about parking or downtown traffic. They have a convenient shuttle service that dropped us off at the North end of Market St. The elevators are the slowest things I have ever encountered.
