Exclusive State-Of-The-Art Facilities, Personalized Service & Award-Winning Culinary Offerings.

We spent last night at the SAHARA Las Vegas Hotel/Casino and had the most wonderful stay. We were scheduled to be in the World Tower, but were bumped up to the Lux Tower. We'd stayed at SAHARA Las Vegas before in the World Tower and enjoyed it, but the Lux Tower (soon to become the W Hotel) was fantastic! The decor was so charming, the room was much bigger, there was a huge sofa in the room, robes and slippers-- the works. We felt quite special! Everyone at SAHARA Las Vegas is so friendly and helpful. We ate at the Northside Cafe for dinner, and it was good. We gambled and that was fun. It was just the best stay. We love the SAHARA Las Vegas!

We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

What Our Customers Are Saying

Written Review

"LOVELY ROOM"
Because I only stayed for one night I can't say too much about the service accept check-in and check-out was easy and the reps were pleasant. The rooms are very lovely and different depending on what tower you're in. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. The parking can get a little busy there if you're driving but otherwise it's a very nice place to stay. I love all the themes with the monkeys. The Northside cafe located on the casino level has some of the best Asian Fusion food I've ever had in my life. I can't wait to return so it you are in Vegas no matter where you stay try The Northside Cafe. You will not be disappointed!
"Good"
Never stayed anywhere else when stopping in Vegas so hard to compare , Room spacious . Easy access to metro and Duce buses. Starbucks across road , and wall art not far. Sls clean , and far enough away from the strip to get peace
"Good mid size hotel"
Really enjoyed this place stayed at many others in the past this place was not to big and not over bearing however had all one needed. Really enjoyed the Pizza restaurant at this place. Nice quaint pool area
"SLS is the best!!!!"
My Partner treated me this may to a trip to Las Vegas!!! We settled on the SLS and we are more satisfied. It's located a little bit outside the strip but you are 15 minutes away by metro. The hotel has been renovated in full: nice crispy ultra clean rooms, pool, and multiple restaurants to suit every tastes. There is a night club which host a big party Las Vegas style with renowned DJ. We had a beautiful view of the Las Vegas desert from our room. We would go back
"Pleasantly Surprised. Boutique Feel with a Ton of Good Restaurants"
For someone who wants a nice private getaway, but yet wants to be close enough to the Strip, this is a great choice. Especially if you can get in at the right price. I thought the size of the room was very reasonable and the modern furnishings gave it a nice touch. It definitely has a chic feel although I can see why some people are skeptical and refer to it as "Lipstick on a Pig." I disagree. I think Starwood did a wonderful job modernizing the place and turning it into a trendy boutique atmosphere. And the restaurants in this hotel are among the best. The Perq Coffee Shop was a great place to start my morning. Umami Burger was a solid lunch spot that also has a sports bar feel. And Northside was a great late night diner that has really good Chinese food. I didn't get to try Katsuya or Cleo, but those look to be great spots for folks who want a more high end dining experience. But the other restaurants I mentioned were reasonably priced. The pool area does look nice, although I didn't get a chance to take advantage of it in the winter. Very solid place that I highly recommend. Especially to Starwood members who want to earn points while in Vegas!
"Very nice hotel"
I stayed here for business the other night for the first time. It was a great experience. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. Every interaction I had with any of the employees was delightful. (From the front desk staff to the restaurant folks to the staff working the casino tables) The hotel has a very modern and luxurious feeling. It is actually attached to the W hotel. The room I had was spacious and very clean. The decor is very modern and edgy, but also tastefully decorated. My room had floor to ceiling mirrors on the two walls opposite each other. There were buttons on both mirrors and when pressed, the whole floor to ceiling mirrors lighted up. This created the look of several images duplicated over and over in the room. My room did not have a tub but it did have a very large shower. The bathroom was well stocked with nice products, towels, and a hair dryer. The mini bar was well stocked and my room had a huge, flat screen TV. The casino is on the smaller side but It has everything you need. I did notice a lot of the slots were penny slots, but there are tables and special "high roller" VIP gaming areas if you need high stakes. There are several restaurants. Many are quite swanky, but the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and atmosphere. I would say this is a romantic hotel. The hotel is located near the stratosphere hotel in the older end of the strip. However, the hotel is very new in it's feel. A cool tip is to check out the main bar area in the casino. There is a hologram which comes down from the ceiling towards the patrons at the bar. I saw a giant hand and at another time, a large, rubber ducky hologram , in 3D, drop from the ceiling. It is pretty neat. I didn't visit the pool but there is one on the property. My colleague told me the work our room is very nice as well. I will certainly return to this property. Ps they are a member of SPG (Marriott if your account is linked to SPG) frequent point program.
"Amazing rooms"
The rooms and the decor were great. We were happy to stay away from the strip but if you are looking to stay close, this is not the hotel to stay at. The walk was about an hour to get to the strip or a 10 min cab ride.
"AWESOME HOTEL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
I will start by saying that I am actually a front desk supervisor at my Marriott (#1 in our city on Tripadvisor) so good customer service is something I always look for and acknowledge. Karla checked us in and when I told her it was a special occasion she gave us a great room with an amazing view of both the mountains AND the city! She then threw in a nice food & beverage credit which she didn't have to do. She was very sweet and went above and beyond for us and we are so appreciative of that! Special mention also goes to Frank. A few days into our stay we noticed incorrect charges from our minibar on our account. There was over $70 worth and we hadn't touched a thing except one $5 beverage. When I brought it to the front desk, Frank corrected the charges without hassle and also took care of the item we actually DID purchase! He did not have to do that, and I know it was no big deal to him but it meant a lot to us that he took that extra step in ensuring our satisfaction. We had a king in the World tower and loved it! Very modern design with lit mirrors across from each other that created a cool illusion when you looked into one of them. It was clean with full size amenities and our housekeepers were very attentive all 4 days of our stay! I initially chose SLS because it is a Starwood property and we just merged with SPG. The next time I return it will be not only because of that, but because of the great environment and people!
"Nice Chic Rooms - Amazingly designed."
It's an unban upscale chic trendy hotel. If you don't like new design and prefer boring chain hotels so go somewhere else. Enjoyed the room, Chef restaurants, classy bar and great design in Lobby as well.
"Avant-Garde Hotel Rooms"
The World Tower in the SLS is spectacular. The elevator bank is surrounded by mirrors and there are mirrors on each side of the room which are double sided so you see 10 mirrors lit all at once. The king room is comfy for 2 with a couch at end of bed. 4 people in a double bed room is a bit too crowded. They upgraded the whole Sahara Hotel within the last couple of years and turned it into a completely different hotel (SLS).
"Loved it! Will defo be stopping here again!"
We stopped at the SLS for two weeks & had a great stay. We were checked in by a lovely lady called Kristina who couldn't do enough for us, which was great after travelling 15 hours from the UK. We mentioned that we were getting married and got a slight room upgrade. The room was modern, clean and plenty big enough, the only down side would be that the wardrobe really wasn't big enough for all our clothes. However I appreciate most people don't stop as long as we did. We ate in Umami Burger, Northside Cafe & 800 Degrees Pizza all of which were exceptional. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, having visited Vegas many times before we liked that we could easily walk downtown or to the strip as we were basically in the middle of both. We always felt really safe walking places from the SLS however we made sure we got taxis after dark just to be on the safe side. My only criticisms of the hotel would be that house keeping, although brilliant at cleaning our room daily, kept taking away all cups so we had nothing to drink out of on a number of occasions. Also our photographer dropped off our wedding photos at front desk and when we went to collect them no one could find them. After checking with the bell desk, concierge & the front desk we were told nothing had be left under our name or room number. It was only later when we went back to the bell desk that some actually bothered to look in the back and found the package. It was very disappointing that nothing had been noted under our room on the computer as the package was clearly marked with our name and room number. Over all we had a great stay. I would not recommend the SLS if its your first time in Vegas due to the location, however if like us you have been before then the SLS is perfect.
"My new FAVORITE in VEGAS!"
Honestly we booked this Hotel cuz we had an Expo Stand at the Convention Center and we found a pretty good deal online, and the rooms looked very nice. It was the best decision of our lives. It's very nice!!! A lot of details very well kept, safety, good Casino, good food options, monorail access, comfy and modern rooms, nice staff everywhere. I have absolutely no complaints, when I go back to Vegas i'll definitely stay here again! For sure!

"What a wonderful stay we had!"

"Nice setting and staff"
I feel like I had a very different experience than most reviewers here. I thought my room was very clean and well appointed, and my encounters with the staff were very pleasant. The hotel was a ghost town last weekend but I can't hold that against the establishment. The value for what I paid was great, didn't spend too much time in the casino but was serviced well when I was there. I stayed in the world tower, well designed room in my opinion. Full glass shower and a lot of nice details (lighting and such) would definitely consider another stay.
"Stylish and appealing to my divatude"
I loved our room! We stayed in the world tower in room 31910. I loved the abundance of mirrors we had in the room. Was great for an impromptu photoshoot and doing our makeup. We ate in Katsuya and the sushi was excellant. Diamond was so nice and personable and we enjoyed talking to her at check in. I like how we were on the Las Vegas strip but away from the chaos. Would definitely stay here again.
"Trendy on the Strip"
Formerly the Sahara the SLS takes trendy and fun to a new level on the Strip. And...it's about to transform part of the property to a W brand hotel. Walking distance to the convention center too. Three towers of rooms to choose from. Monkey Bar is a great lounge for a drink too.
"Super Worth it!"
Having been around different cities, in different continents, I would say that SLS surpassed my expectations. Had a very comfortable 3 night stay with friends. The rooms is modern and well designed with only black and white color. The TV flat screen is huge, and wifi is super fast. The bathroom design is sleeky, i like it that it has massive one way mirror, and the toiletries are super nice. Aside from the structure, SLS is staffed with people with excellent customer service orientation. You really feel special and served well from the concierge front desk staff, and security.
"Marvelous Stay-cation at SLS!"
Truth be told, this was a freebee! Due to being a member of CODE (the gaming club at the property), I received an offer for a one-night stay in November! WOW! We love hanging out at SLS, but--considering we live seven minutes away from the property, we've never booked a room. This offer was fabulous! Loved the swanky, contemporary room that was nicely decorated in black & white. Comfy bed, couch, bottled water & okay toiletries. Room was spacious & quiet/peaceful. Lots of crowds at the hotel due to the weekend marathon festivities, but it really didn't get in the way of a lovely evening. Also was offered $30 off of a dinner w/my upcoming birthday...so, we had the opportunity to celebrate a few weeks early at Katsuya, which is an awesome dining experience! We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a swanky, enjoyable visit to Vegas! Truly a wonderful treat--thank you!
