Great place to stay when in town for a volleyball tournament! Housekeeping staff is extremely friendly and thorough. Grounds and interior are nicely maintained. Breakfast was a great start to the day and, due to early wave assignments, accomodations were made to start breakfast earlier, so all players were able to get food before leaving the hotel.

We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

What Our Customers Are Saying

Written Review

"Great for the money!"
Clean, staff was extremely nice, great variety for breakfast (cereal, yogart bar, hot items, eggs, bacon, bisquits and gravy, bagels, muffins, oatmeal and toppings, fruit, and waffles). Pool was clean and warm, great location, only thing that was a disappointment to us was the shuttle. Only ran at certain times and never really went with our schedule. If walking go into the exits for both parks, it's much closer walk! Parking was great, right next to door and building. Best hotel I could find that did not charge for parking, breakfast, wifi and shuttle. Great stay, just wish hotel would have had their own shuttle that ran every 1/2 hour or sooner, our only complaint.
"Great stay"
Stayed at this hotel some time ago during a busy holiday weekend. Certainly was busy during the morning breakfast rush however the people were equally distributed in the dining room pretty well. The service was ok at the front desk, could be a little more courteous with inviting smiles. Close to the theme park was a selling point for me. Will stay again if come back.
"Great Location"
Hotel appears to be fairly new, outstanding location, convenient to all major attractions. Found hotel to be extremely clean, staff was professional and accommodating, breakfast was included and the normal offerings expected. Not sure what hotel negative reviewers visited, but it was not the one I stayed at. Would return without hesitation!
"Modern Rooms"
I liked the layout of the rooms which included a powder room and a separate room for showering. This worked well for our family of 5. The breakfast was just okay but better than nothing or spending a fortune on breakfast at the theme parks. The hotel was very clean.
"Nice but a few issues"
Very nice grounds, connected with the Calypso Inn and what I assume also a Time Share. Multiple swimming pools, and a very nice outdoor bar and grill. The pool towels they have are just slightly larger than a hand towel. Hotel is near the amusement parks so could get very busy. Staff were very friendly. Of the 2 elevators it seemed like one was always out of service. The complimentary breakfast was not the greatest. We have had better at other Springhill Suites. Room was comfortable.
"Great value"
Stayed one night. Only stayed in Springhill suites one other time, and that was in LA, Cali. They did not disappoint! Great checkin comparable to line Marriotts. Great room. So well laid out and spacious and clean. Location convenient to lots. This would be great for longer stay bc laundry downstairs, microwave and frig in room. Also, breakfast very nice. Building Location was quiet but could hear noise from hallway and across hall in my room.
"very Good Hotel, Perfect Location!!!"
I stay one night at this Hotel and dont have any complaints... The staff its very friendly and the Rooms are very comfort and very modern... The front desk give me some Menus of some restaurants that make deliveries and i find to have a very good Meal from a Restaurant named Chicago Pizzeria UNO... Never tried before but very nice!!! The Breakfast at the Restaurant its very complete and with plenty of options!!!
"Great rooms. Clean. Quiet."
Nice rooms. Spacious. White bedding. Living area with another TV. It took a while to check in with inly one employee taking care of multiple guests at once. Three pools as this hotel shares with another resort. 2 sets of short slides which would entertain smaller kids. My 6 and 8 year old kids were disappointed. If you're planning on being at the parks all day it may not be an issue. Breakfast. Eggs, ham, while fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, it's if bread/pastries. If your gluten free it's limited.
"Good Quality and Good Price"
This hotel is a little remote from the Disney-type events, but its price and the quality of the rooms and breakfast makes it worthwhile. So you need your own car to drive to/from Disney World, etc. Rooms are clean and well kept. All the services work as they're supposed to. Rooms are quiet. And staff is nice. But be sure your charges are done properly. We had a real challenge sorting out the room charges. It all worked out in the end.
"Great Stay!!"
Excellent place to stay while in Kissimmee. Close to all attractions! Great breakfast! Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Rooms were spacious and clean!! I definitely recommend the Springhill Suites Kissimmee!
"A lot to like"
I stayed for business and was alone during a relatively light tourism season of early fall. So, I was probably not a typical visitor to this hotel. With that said, there was a lot to like about my stay. I had ample parking, a solid fitness center, typical Springhill breakfast options and very nice staff. I did not use the pool, but it seemed quite nice. I found the hotel to be quite clean as well. My only issues were that the shower leaked badly and the water was not good
"Pretty Nice Place"
I actually enjoyed this hotel more than I thought I would. some of the reviews were on the fence, but when I walked in, I saw a nice lobby and was greeted by a very friendly front desk receptionist. I was recognized as a gold elite member, and was given a nice corner room. The room was pretty clean, and was always serviced by the time I got back. Some days the housekeeping was better than others, but I was never especially disappointed. I had to call down for extra towels every day, and would have appreciated if the front desk simply made a notation to tell housekeeping to give us more every day but I'll live. it was more of a hassle for the hotel staff than it was for me. they were always quick though. One of the three pools they advertise was closed, but we never went swimming. We did eat and drink at the pool bar that is part of the shared amenities though, and I found the staff there to be very friendly, and the food to be reasonably priced and quite good. I would definitely stay here again, and I thought it was a bargain for what we got.
"Quick Stay in Kissimmee"
Stayed with family for one day so we could check into a Disney property the next morning. I was impressed as this hotel looks recently renovated. I would venture to say the actual room looked better than the Disney property that we checked in. The 2 Tv's in the room helped because we had 3 kids and they were able to watch what they wanted. I would definitely stay here again.
"A Solid SpringHill Stay"
This hotel delivered exactly what you expect from SpringHill - nice large rooms - enough room for our family of 5 - a standard free breakfast and friendly staff members. Hotel is relatively new and clean from top to bottom. The pools were a nice treat and the smallish water slide was a nice little extra. To get pool towels though you have to sign them out and sign them back in at the front desk. This was a bit annoying since we didn't realize this until we were already out at the pool and then got directed by a grounds keeper to the gym of another hotel right next to the pool to get towels only to get directed back to our lobby. The location is great - super close to Disney with Publix, Walmart, lots of gas stations, an Outlet Mall and lots of food choices all around. Another review said that the Wi-Fi was bad but we didn't have any problems. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
"Good location and very nice pools"
This hotel has ample parking (free) and shares pools with two adjacent properties so that guests can enjoy a total of three pools instead of just one. There is a pool suited for families with children, and one that is more quiet, for couples, or just to relax. I thought that was very nice. We didn't check out the third pool. Some food and shopping is right around the corner so that you can actually prepare small meals in your room which has a fridge and a microwave. We had asked for a room on the top floor and we got one, very quiet. I loved the bathroom in particular, it was very spacious and had interesting lighting. The lobby looked nice and overall the property felt very new and in good condition. My only complaint would be the line at the breakfast buffet. For some reason they had only one of the two waffle makers in operation. The waffles come out shaped like a Mickey Mouse head, so all the kids obviously wanted one, and we had to wait quite some time until it was our turn. The breakfast options were okay for one or two mornings, however I would not eat the same thing three or more days in a row. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
"Amazing Disney Vacation"
Myself, My Sister, her husband, and 2 Daughters (ages 7 and 2 years old) had an Amazing time at this hotel!! The employees were very nice always asking if we needed anything. the housekeeping was extremely friendly and did a top notch job. My 7 year old niece really enjoyed the make your own Mickey Mouse waffles which were very quick to make and were very accommodating for our trip to Disney. My nieces also enjoyed the pools especially the one with the two slides she made a lot of friends and never wanted to get out of the pools.. also the splash pad made it easier to watch my 2 year old niece when we couldn't go in the pool with her!! We will definitely be returning to this hotel and staying again soon!!! Thanks
"Simply A Great Place To Stay"
It is rare for me to give any hotel a 5/5 rating, but I must do so for this hotel for several reasons, even though it still had some flaws. First, the rooms are in great condition and smell wonderful when you first walk into them. It was nice to come in after a long day at one of the parks and our room was clean and smelling fresh. Second, although this wasn't the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel, it still was nice to be able to get up and go to the lobby and enjoy a wonderful breakfast that was very filling before we tackled the day. Our children especially enjoyed being able to make Mickey Mouse waffles for breakfast. (Hint: If you want to avoid the big breakfast crowd, you need to get down there before 9:00. Any later than that and you might not find a place to sit.) Third, having access to three pools was wonderful. Our children were disappointed the first time they went swimming and the slide for the "crab pool" (what my children called it) was closed. However, there is another pool that has two slides and they had a blast at that particular pool. Fourth, the staff was wonderful. They were always greeting us and asking us if we needed any help. We arrived 2 hours early before the 3:00 pm check in time on our arrival date and the gentlemen at the counter allowed us to leave our suitcases at the hotel while we ran some errands. Fifth, they had great washers and dryers. One of the things that our family relies on when we go on vacation is the ability to be able to wash and dry clothes because we don't take a lot of clothes with us since we are a family of 6. Therefore, it was nice to be able to use some quality washers and dryers at a hotel that didn't take a great amount of time away from your day. Again, this hotel was not perfect. It had a few minor flaws, however, for the price we paid and the services this hotel offered, my family and I will be using them again should we head back to Orlando in the near future.
"Decent hotel for the price"
Hotel is located in a fairly busy area but you don't hear the noise. Lobby area was always bright and clean. Room was spacious enough for two adults and a child. Beds aren't that comfortable but that's all a matter of personal opinion. We were on a floor that had some noisy kids that would yell and slam doors but thankfully it didn't last long. Room was clean although we must have been back in our rooms napping late afternoon when room service came around because one day they left a bag with extra towels, toilet paper, and toiletries which we thought was great! The free breakfast is decent, waffles are good. Eggs and sausage weren't my favorite but they had other options and you can't be too picky when it's free! Staff was always pleasant. Disney was just a 10 min or so drive, so it wasn't to far. The Wawa gas station was great being so close for milk and drinks or snacks! I would recommend this hotel for guests with families.
"It's a good value in the Disney World area."
Quality Inn & Suites Eastgate delivers good accommodations at reasonable prices. Our room was clean and well stocked. The maid service was a bit sketchy but adequate. The pool was clean. The hot tub was down for repairs / winter. It's more suited for the vacation traveler than the business traveler. We would stay there again.
"Recent Stay"
I had the opportunity to stay overnight at the SpringHill Suites in Wisconsin Dells. I chose this hotel because it is fairly new opening earlier this year in 2016. The rooms are all suites and are perfect for a business traveler or a family. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is wonderful as it is large compared with the normal hotel bathrooms that are barely a cubby hole in the corner of the room. The one thing I think that people may not like is that the TV is positioned at one end of the room making watching TV in bed hard for the person (in a 2 bed room) who happens to have a bed by the window vs the door to see the TV. However I feel that this was done in order to separate the sleep area from the TV watching area which is accessorized by a small couch as you enter the room. Each room has a microwave and a small refrigerator. They also provide a breakfast which consists of scrambled eggs, pork sausage patties, turkey bacon, toast, muffins, croissants, & you can make your own waffles also. In addition there is cereal available, some fruit, juice, coffee, & milk. There is plenty to eat and it is included with your stay. There is not a restaurant on site so lunch & dinner will need to be elsewhere but there are plenty of restaurants in the area. They have an exercise room as well as a pool (no hot tub). I was very pleased with the accommodations and the helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again. They are located directly across the street from the Tommy Bartlett attraction.
