The best place near Orlando. This is our 6th time with my family. We always leave the resort thinking on the next time that we will come back. We really feel at home when we stay at Tuscana. When the resort was acquired by Aston we were worry about changes, but the place make lot of upgrades in many aspects: TVs, WiFi (a special mention here), Swimming pool, gate entrance. They still have to make some improvements and updates in kitchen elements, but nothing of greater importance. The same for towels. But I strongly suggest families from every part of the word to stay at Tuscana.

"Great stay with the family"
The best place near Orlando. This is our 6th time with my family. We always leave the resort thinking on the next time that we will come back. We really feel at home when we stay at Tuscana. "Just one night"
My wife found this resort on a travel site and on first glance it was not good as we are to fly out of SFB in the morning early and this resort is advertised in the Orlando area and is actually in the southern area. The condo was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The overnight amenities were fine and we had a nice relaxing stay even having to get up a bit earlier to get to the northern side of this area. Very reasonably priced. We are glad we stayed and will probably inquire for our next visit in this area. Ciara at the front desk did a great job but needed a little assistance from mgmnt but she was very friendly. Thanks for that.
"Fantastic Holiday"
The pool/bar area is really good with cheap drinks and excellent food. It's good if you like sports and I watched the champions league final there. The girls behind the bar were great.
"Great place!"
We stayed here for 12 nights. The condo was extremely spacious with 2 bedrooms, dining and sitting room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with all the necessary appliances. A washer and dryer, iron and board and a vacuum. It was perfect for us, it was like a home away home. We were just a short walk from the pool and bar area. There was music in the poolside bar every night which was great. There is a Walgreens and Publix grocery store very close to it. It is situated just off the I 4 interstate so ideal for touring the area. Everywhere is less than 30 minutes drive away as in all the theme parks, (rush hour takes longer so avoid rush times) I would highly recommend this place if planning to Orlando. We would definitely come back here if in Orlando again.
"Reservations Have Been Fantastic"
We are arriving on 17th June and have been communicating with Reservations before our arrival and I have to say they have been absolutely brilliant!!!!! They have been ultra prompt with replies and have answered our questions and dealt with our requests with such kindness and professionalism.

This resort is great the condo was very very clean and had everything we needed even down to a iron (made me happy), can't fault it at all, the staff was lovely and very helpful and the pool area was fantastic, I would deffo recommend this resort to everyone young and old, would deffo go back, this resort made my holiday even better, thank you
"6th time & have already booked for later this year"
Stayed for 16 days and couldn't fault this lovely place again. The 2 bed condo we always get has been well and truly upgraded,The pool is spotless , the sun loungers and cabanas are all new , the pool bar's food is still as good value as ever. The reception staff are always very polite and helpful roll on October 1st.
"Golf Heaven"
We were surprised when we arrived at Tuscana. The houses we stayed in were like new, Everything you could want was nearby. There was a restaurant and bar on sight and also restaurants within walking distance. We were fortunate to have the use of a second pool which was barely used by others. The golfing was exceptional and easy to find from our resort. the resort people were very accommodating.
"wonderful 2 week stay"
we has no complaints whatsoever with Tuscana. the staff were all friendly and helpful, any little concerns (room keys not working, no DVD player in the room) were quickly and efficiently sorted out. we stayed in a 3 bedroom ground floor property. apart from a few footsteps of excited children running upstairs, we were NEVER bothered by any noise or unruly guests. the place is perfectly placed within walking distance of shops and restaurants. perfectly placed just off the I4 for driving to Disney, Universal, I drive etc. I would definitely return here.
"Disney Trip 2017"
People as usual made me nervous with their mixed reviews. This resort more than lived up to our expectations. We booked this through a vacation club my parents own. It was a very spacious condo with bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo. We had a nice balcony that backed up to the woods. I feel like I am on HGTV for saying this, but you can hear I-4. It isn't a deal breaker. We loved the pool area. There were plenty of chairs and a nice bar area. You could order cocktails and drink them by the pool. We had a great stay. The only thing I could complain about is that in the smaller bathroom the water didn't come out of the shower head great. But I survived! I would have loved bar stools at the bar area of the kitchen, but I know they were probably worried about people kicking the wall. If you have a chance to stay here do it.

Had a condo here for two years... brilliant rooms.. clean pool and enjoyable staff. Highly recommended. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you are in florida visit this place or stay there, close to the outlet store and UNIVERSAL and DISNEY land.. must go.
"Great Family Vacation"
Family vacation. 3 bedroom condo. Clean, spacious, full kitchen, everything is close by. Gorgeous resort like pool. Would definitely go back. The Condo was big enough for the 6 of us. The sink broke but I would not say it was their fault. They fixed it as soon as they could, it was Christmas so staff was scarce. All and all very happy with the stay and would go back.
"9 years on and still going back"
Tuscana Resort by Aston is one of those gated resort accommodations that you never seem to tire off even after 9 years the apartments have been maintained at a very high standard. I normally stay in the 2 bedroom apartments on the forth floor that way you don't have anyone above you tramping around on you ceiling. Both bedrooms have on suite facilities one with a bath/shower the other with a walk in shower. There are 3 TV's one in each bedroom the third in the living room area the apartment has wifi however you do have to pay for it $10.00 a day there is also a cleaning charge $79.00 for the week. Those are only extras that you have to pay. There is another charge if you leave the apartment without getting rid of you accumulated rubbish. You do have to leave a deposit on a credit card which will be returned if everything is ok it's around $300.00. The beds are comfortable however you do have to make them yourself each morning no room service. There is fully fitted kitchen fridge freezer cooker toaster kettle etc. Washing machine and dryer iron & ironing board. Plenty of parking the parking area has been recently resurfaced The pool area has also had a face lift with new sun loungers and gazebos very smart there is a pool bar for refreshments pool towels are in plenty there is a hot tub and a mushroom the mushroom is only for the brave or insane the water that cascades off the mushroom is ice cold not recommended for the faint hearted + it's in the kids padding pool You are handy to the I4 at ext 58 for champions gate there is a publix's for general grocery shopping a couple of fast food outlets Wendy's and McDonalds a pizza place UPS store for sending parcels a couple of restaurants I can recommend chills or the ale house. If you prefer a bit more luxury there is the fountains villas which are part of the Astons group have never stayed at them but have looked them up on the internet they seem very plush however I try not to spend to much time in the accommodation on holiday I get enough of that at home.

We stayed in a very confortable and spacious room, great service and locations, near from disney parks. the kitchen has everything we needed, and the pool area was perfect to spend the afternoon. No complains, and very recommended.

We had some issues when we first arrived: rooms weren't ready by 4:00 as promised, and items not provided in our rooms. However, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and provided with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Ciara and Abbey at the front desk were very apologetic and helpful when our room wasn't ready and got us into another 2 bedroom villa. When that villa didn't have the items it should have had, Graziella and the housekeeping supervisor, Letti (sp.?) made sure we got what was missing and more. Paul, the manager, took time to meet with my husband and make sure all issues were resolved. We had a lovely villa that we shared with our friends from Clearwater and ended up having a nice time. We would definitely stay again. Our only criticisms were the screened patio was a little small, the windows didn't provide enough light for the size of the unit and the bedrooms needed full drapes to block the light in the early morning. But the kitchen was large and really nice as were the dining area and living room. Housekeeping made sure we got the right amount of dishes, glasses, dish soap, towels, hot pads, a cutting board and knives,, and even provided extra frypans and large bowls when we had another couple over for dinner one night. They were really accommodating. We loved the bedrooms, each with a walk in closet and tons of storage and each with a large bath attached. In room washer and dryer were also a plus!
"Great services and pool"
We stayed in a 2 bedroom top floor condo in March 2017. We were a bit nervous after reviews but were pleasantly surprised. The pool area was top notch and spent a lot of time there. The pool was heated, very clean, had free sun shades, and a gradual entry for little kids! The condo was in good condition, had great appliances and granite counters, huge bathrooms. Our only problems were the beds were squeaky and uncomfortable should be updated. Also the rooms don't have black out blinds so bring a sleeping mask! Other than that we loved the area, services and staff were great. We had no a/c one day and they fixed problem in 2 hrs. Would stay here again!
"Great locations- Great Staff"
Really good family resort- 3 bedroom room was spacious and they did have some amenities for the kids. Staff at bar and restaurant were great- Jenny, Marie and Craig were great and accommodated dinner for 30 on Saturday night!!!! Great food and even better service! Thank you
"Very clean and friendly staff"
Very nice and friendly staff would come back again for another visit. Very clean bug free. Semi close to Disney plenty of things to do around the area. Does not mention but has washer and dryer in the place
