We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

    What Our Customers Are Saying

    Written Review

"Supervisor or manager not sure of title awesome"
Had a problem with my reservation through Travelocity but the front desk work miracles and made sure I was well taken care of I would like to say thanks and keep up the good work for putting your customers first
    "Nice and clean"
I was extremely nervous to stay here after reading reviews. I called ahead and was very open about my concerns and requested a room in tower 3 as others have suggested. Our room appears to have been renovated in the last year or two. It is clean and I'm actually pleasantly surprised by how nice it is. I can tell the place is in a bit of transition and the grounds need some love and care. If you can get a good rate and a room in tower 3, I would recommend staying here.
    "Excellent Place to stay"
I stayed here with two of my friends thru interval exchange, the place was plenty big for the 3 of us however i do not think 6 would fit comfortably in the space as advertised. Area was extremely clean which is excellent in my book as cleanliness is the most important to me. Full kitchen and dining area is always a huge plus. The only complaint I have in its entirety is there are only two beds total. For some reason I read somewhere there would be two beds in the second bedroom and I called the front desk and they advised all of their rooms only have two queen beds total but the sofa was a pull out. That would be my only issue with this resort. The pool is clean and moderate nothing huge or fancy. Very close to Disney World which is were we spent most of the time for our trip. Now here is where they get an "excellent" rating from me. I had made a mistake when booking, I mixed up the dates and only had our room until sunday and we were not flying out until monday night. The woman working the front desk was amazing. She was able to extend my trip the extra day and also keep me in the same room which was a huge relief and I know it caused a ton of extra work for her. It was really fantastic of her to go the extra mile instead of just saying it couldnt be done. I really really appreciate her help!
"Plenty of space for large families or groups!"
If you've ever stayed at a timeshare vacation villa in Florida, then perhaps you've stayed at "better" places. Fantasy Villas II may be a bit dated, but it is not so horrible if you are looking to accommodate a large family or group at a price that won't break your wallet. The villa we stayed in comfortably accommodated 6 people (plus an infant)...and if you are traveling with a little one, they do have pack-n-plays which you can borrow, as well as high chairs (which we didn't borrow). The unit we stayed in had 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen (like most timeshare units) was fully equipped, but some of the utensils were not clean. I do not know if this is due to the fact that there are no cleaning instructions (other than to take out your own trash) listed in the binder or if housekeeping just didn't bother to look. So, if you stay here, please wash your dishes thoroughly for the sake of the next guest! The resort is close to restaurants along 192 and there is a Wal-mart very close by as well.It is also situated close enough to 535, which it makes it very easy to get to the Disney theme parks and shopping. I-4 is also close by, which will take you to Universal, Sea World, and International Drive. We stayed here during the summer, so the prices were comparable to (if not cheaper than) hotels within the vicinity. If you are a large group, then staying in a vacation condo is much more preferable than sharing a hotel suite. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay, the staff didn't treat us horribly, and despite a few dirty utensils, our unit was clean. We will definitely consider staying here again during our next visit!
    "Comfortable, fun vacation!"
Although we are owners at Vacation Villas II, this was actually our first time actually staying there. We normally exchange our timeshare for vacations elsewhere. However, this year, we decided to go to Universal Studios with our cousins. We had a BLAST!! The room was beautifully decorated and clean, clean, clean!!! While on vacation, we don't lounge around the room. We were out and about EVERYDAY and only stayed in the room to sleep, eat, or make snacks for the park. Who cares about amenities when you have Universal and Wet and Wild to visit, right? We did walk by the pool, and it was nice and clean. We did have a few little issues (the front tv didn't work, a remote was missing, and there were a few drops of blood on one bedspread..which were very hard to see). Whenever we called the front desk to fix issues, they came to our aide as fast as lightning. Who could ask for more? We stayed in the third tower, room 134. It was very nice, and we can't wait to go back to Florida!! Hopefully, we'll stay in the same room again!!
    "Very nice!"
My wife and I and another couple just returned from a week at Vacation Villas at Fantasyworld II and was pleasantly surprised at our rooms on the 4th floor in the 3rd Tower. It was clean and having 2 showers and 2 bathrooms was a nice amenity for my wife and I. Yes, there are not that many amenities at the facility, but we don't go to a resort to sit in the room or go to a gym to work out every day. I'm not a "sit by the pool all day" person, as the pool was nice and clean when I did go use it. The other couple with us wasn't that happy having to go by the office for computers or wifi, but I did not need that with my phone. You are so close to so many places to eat and things to do...I don't know why people would want to stay in their rooms.
"It's pretty good overall, but lacks amenities."
I'm actually an owner here and we used to be able to use the pool area at Fantasy World I. This was my first time coming where you had to pay $25 per person per day, so we didn't do that. The pool is really the only amenity. The only wifi you can get is in the lobby which surprises me. BUT - it's Orlando and there so much to do and going on, that we weren't in the condo that long anyway.... so it wasn't that bad. I've always liked it here, but now that Fantasy World I charges for pool access... it's not nearly as good as before. Also, time for new beds and pillows!
    "Timeshare property"
We have owned a timeshare at Vacation Villas at Fantasy World II for years and have always found the condos clean and comfortable. Shopping at a local grocery store and making meals saves us the extra money from eating out. There is a nice pool and a small play area for young children but nothing for older children.
    "Good Time"
I recently came back from getting married in Florida and we stayed in our timeshare. I was worried about what our experience would be like after reading other people's review. My husband and I were very pleased. Our accommodations were very nice. The condo was clean, the dcor was pleasant. The kitchen was fully equipped, you had everything you needed. We stayed in the two bedroom condo which had a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. The second bedroom had their own bathroom as well. There was a third bathroom as well. Plenty of space, a balcony with a great view. We were very pleased.
"Excellent time, fantastic resort for the whole family"
I felt I needed to share our experiences while at this resort. I was very hesitate after reading the reviews on the resort. When we arrived we had a very helpful extremely friendly gentleman named Jose. Our room wasn't ready however he was very informative while we waited giving us important info. The check in was only delayed for a short time. We arrived at the villa 1102 and much to my surprise the Kitchen and baths were updated the decor is a little dated, however the villa was clean and very spacious. The actual facilities for the the children are increditable. You will not be disappointed should you decide to book here. There is also a happy hr at the bar which offers lots of choices for cheap cheap prices. The location is also really good, in the car you are about 10-15 mins from down town disney, magic kingdom about 10 mins, restaurants and shops walking distance. We have traveled plenty of destinations and many hotel stays and this by far was the best.
    "Wonderful time!"
We stayed at Vacation Villas at Fantasy World II March 2nd to March 9th 2013. We had a wonderful time. The place was very clean, and plenty of room. The young man at the desk when we checked in was very helpful with info etc. I do wish they had wifi in the units. The pool was very nice. Location was awesome!
    "What a wonderful family vacation!"
We usual stay at Disney, but couldn't get the deal we wanted (Canadian thanksgiving, so no deals, darn you disney!), so we took a chance, and booked a 2 bedroom condo/unit here... Easy to find, although Orlando/Kissimmee traffic signs suck... but still a handy map got us there in less time then it takes me to get to work in the morning, so no worry! Check in easy, yes very busy, but at the front of the line, saturday's are their busy time, but expected, read that in reviews before. Our unit was an older unit across the street, wasn't thrilled at first, a 5 minute walk from the pool.. but in the end, that walk wan't bad at all! Unit was not one of the updated ones, but it was still nice, yes the mattresses need to be replaced soon, and the couches were ok, seen years of customers, but still no rips, tears, stains.. all ok, kitchen was ok, fine for a unit this size and our family, we're not making any turkey feasts, so it was a perfect apartment size kitchen! great for spagetti our first day, and breakfasts. Heard no noise or smells from the other units. TV's were great, relaxed every evening, while the kids watched cartoons on their tv.. perfect. Every morning, our son would have his breakfast on the screened in patio, very nice idea of the screened in patio! There was a pool, just a regular inground pool 100 feet from our unit, but used much, and tennis courts.. but the main attraction was the main pool across the street! perfect for kids, spent many many many many hours there every day after and before disney! the lazy river was fun and relaxing, the main pool was nice and perfect for kids and large!! and the water slides kept the boys occupied. Lifeguards are good, the girl was a bit picky, but it's her job.. (everybody had to wear the wristbands they were given for access to the pool/slides, etc.. and ummm they don't stay on little kids arms well, so instead of throwing them in my backback with the towels I had to essentially wear 3 wristbands on my arms but hey, it's her job to make sure people are safe obeying the rules). In the end, yes this unit was in line to be updates (they were doing ones across the parking lot when we were there, so we know it was coming), but it was still nice, we loved it, had a great time, pools were amazing for families, food nearby was great (arby's and all you can eat pizza right behind the hotel!!), shopping and very very easy access to disney!. Next time we go to florida, we will most definately be back at the same place! Entire family loved it, and the kids still talk about it!
    "Perfect Place...Perfect Location"
My family of 5 spent a week in one of the newly updated townhouses. It was perfect. The 2 small ones had their own room. The teenager had the pull out in the living room. The master was very nice and gave us an idea on how we would like to arrange our closet at home. The front desk was very helpful. The new pool area is great for fun but there are side pools and at certain times of the day one can have it to themselves! Hot tub included. All and all I am very happy that I picked up this timeshare off of the resale market for a steal...
"The hotel experience was a blessing from the beginning to the end."
I was very impressed by the staff members, the facility and the villas. Because I booked the villa online, I did not know what to expect. However, when I arrived, I was greeted by a young man and and a young lady. Unfortunately my reservation was not in the system. when I called the airline, they were very patient. After the airline verified my reservation, they made an extra effort to find a place for me and my family. The villa was clean, stocked, and spacious. There were five of us. We were never crowded in the space. Everything that we needed was there. I highly recommend the villas to anyone! You should not be disappointed.
    "We Love This Place"
We stay at this resort almost every year since 2004 and we love this place. We feel at home when we are here and love the location, which is not right on the main roads but just off of them lending to it being just a bit more quiet. The appliances are great and the rooms are now improved with flat screen TVs. The only internet access that we found was down in the owners area at check in but who wants to be on the internet when you are on vacation. I am not sure what others are seeing that we miss every year but I guess you can't please everyone. I think that for the price it is great! We have checked into some of the higher end places (Marriott, etc.) and find that for the value we are fine being in our comfortable condo. We don't need a 5 star luxary condo when most of the time we are out sightseeing anyways. We love the fact that when we do want to stay in we have the option with the kitchen to cook dinner and sometimes breakfast. We would definitely recommend this place but if you want 5 star luxury you should probably look somewhere else because this is more like being in a very comfortable apartment.
    "Great Time"
We've been on roughly 27 vacations in over the past 8 years and have never slept in more comfortable beds. We go out occasionally when we vacation but my husband really enjoys finding the food bargins at the stores and cooking for us. We found the kitchen to have everything he needed for food preparation. The rooms were very clean and the place was well stocked with more towels than we could use along with the usual bathroom accessories. The place had 3 tvs, 3 baths and everything needed to make the stay a pleasure. We really enjoyed the fact that the rooms were "no smoking". It made for a more pleasant stay.
    "pleasant surprise"
Booked Vacation villas as a timeshare exchange and only as there was no other accommodation available. After booking read some pretty dodgy reviews so went not expecting anything special but were very pleasantl surprised. Located close to the junction between the 535 and the 192 this gave easy access to disney, international drive, old town etc. We were late arriving and were initially given a room on the bottom floor of block 2 which we discovered led straight out to the pool - this may have suited someone with a young family but we prefer something quieter and were given a 3rd floor room in block 3. Nice view of the pool and gardens. unit had a kitchen, dining area, sitting area, bathroom with toilet and shower, a double bedroom with jacuzzi tub and ensuite shower and toilet. Clean and well presented but could possibly be given an update. I believe block 2 has already had a refurbishment so this maybe on the cards. All in all great place to stay and having checked the rates we could have stayed there for the two weeks for almost the same as we paid for the timeshare exchange. If you are looking for somewhere comfortable with easy access this could be for you - but its worth mentioning that it was out of season and there were very few others staying which made for a quiet place to stay.
    "Great for a family!"
I booked this hotel after I could not get a reservation with the resort I usually stay at in Florida. I found this hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, check -in and out was a breeze. The main pool is very nice with 2 pool parties per week. The best thing about this hotel is no one bugs you to buy time shares etc. during your stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget taking a family to Orlando.
    "Excellent Facility and Location"
Excellent location and Service. Great Place to stay with family and enjoy Orlando attraction as well as beaches, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful.
    "Excellent!! simply a great deal"
The unit, or better I should say, the apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed, utensils, towels, shampoo, lotion, it is wonderful and very quiet. It is close to all the atractions, and of course, there is a Walmart supercenter close by, so that, you can save a lot in groceries and not eat out everyday, which saves you money. The lock out unit was perfect for our friend to stay and get privacy. You should see this property, ok not luxury, but a lot more than what a hotel can give you.
    "what a great holiday"
we stayed in vacation villas at fantasy world in june of 2004 and our youngest was thirteen months old. we had a 2 bed townhouse which had comfy beds washer and drier and dishwasher and it was spotless. we had a hire car so didnt use any public transport but is situated just behind the us192 which has umpteen eateries so no need to cook, plenty of swimming pools dotted around on the complex so felt like had own pool on some occaisions. staff really helpful and great location. definately would recommened it
    "Brilliant holiday, in great accomodation."
Vacation villas is in a lovely, well-maintained resort off highway 192. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance and 'Old Town' and Pirates Crazy Golf are just a 30 minute walk along the road. 5 minutes along the way there are helicopter rides and go-carting which are both quite inexpensive. A supermarket is also just a 10 minute walk away. The villas themselves are very clean and tidy, comprising all the utilities you could ever wish for including a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer. The villas are 2 bed 2 bath and sleep 6, there are also 3 TV's and a VCR, maid service is weekly but can be more regular on request. There is also ample parking to the front of the villas and a porch with lounger and table and chairs to the rear. There are 3 pools at vacation villas and a very hot hot-tub which is really nice, there is a bar at the main pool which serves alcohol and does nice ice drinks for the kids. There are also 2 pool tables inside and a games room, you can also sign out games equipment for free and a playstation or other games consoles for a small fee. There are also regular free shuttles to Disney and Universal which are very convenient. Please note that Universal is a little further and takes about 40 mins to an hour to get to. We had no problems with the villa or the staff and were very impressed, we had a great holiday and would love to go back.
