Just got back from a 4 night stay in October. The waterpark was sensational - my kids and I loved it! The staff was friendly, the breakfasts were more than adequate. There was nightly activities over the weekend for the kids, with movies. The rooms were large, clean and the housecleaning & front desk staff were super friendly and attentive.We will come back!

"Great stay"
Had a great experience at this hotel-the front desk personnel were extremely helpful, to the point of calling a restaurant to check on the wait time for us. An above average Hampton in a great location. This whole area was amazing during "leaf peeping" season.
"Good Hampton, solid staff, aging facility"
We showed up on a Monday following a busy weekend and pool showed it. Very good staff, easy check in and friendly service. Rooms are good - nor the very best of Hampton Inn I've stayed at but good value for the price. Would stay here again.
"Very good hotel"
The hotel is on a motel/hotel strip leading out of town, so the location is not charming. However, we enjoyed our night's stay there. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with a free breakfast which could be better. The reception staff were able to recommend places to eat dinner within walking distance, which was helpful. If we were in the area again, we would stay here.
"Excellent stay"
The staff was excellent, the service was great and the room was modern and clean. The stay was very enjoyable and I highly recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting North Conway, NH. The Hilton brand is among the best hotel brands that exist.
"Lovely Hampton"
Spent one night at this hotel. We booked a suite which was very spacious. We look for suites as we enjoy having a sofa to watch tv on rather than a hard chair. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Our only complaint was it was difficult to make a left out of the parking lot. The traffic in North Conway is terrible especially in leaf season.
"Huge room and extremely friendly staff"
We loved our stay in North Conway. The staff was extremely friendly from the moment we walked in. There was coloring set up for the kids and a craft. We had the king bedroom with a sitting area. It was like staying in a small condo. The kids slept on the pullout couch, and we had our own room. Definitely worth the extra money. The water park looked like a lot of fun, but my kids were so tired from Storyland that we didn't have time to enjoy it.
"Very nice hotel"
We came to North Conway to take a long ride on the Train. We come to this area a lot every year...maybe 10 times. This was our first stay at the Hampton. The lobby was clean and very welcoming as were the people at the desk. I enjoyed the free coffee and hot chocolate too. The room was pretty spacious and when we asked for a roll away, a blow up mattress, sheets, and blankets were delivered in 10 minutes by a very friendly young man. Breakfast the next morning was good, hot, and varied. We went early enough to beat the crowds...and they did arrive later. They also have a kiddie swim area. My kids enjoyed it for about 20 minutes because while their were two slides, there really isn't a pool to swim in. The only pool is a small area for the slides to empty into....nothing for adults. I'm not a swimmer myself but my kids ( preteen, teenagers) were surprised. Overall, great place. We are Hilton honor members so we will come again, but will probably just avoid the Pool area.
"A Good Overnight Stay"
We are fans of Hampton Inns because, with one exception in 3 years, they provide consistent, comfortable accommodations for a reasonable price. This Hampton was just what we expected. The exception here is that the front desk staff went over and above in friendliness and helpfulness
"Great stay"
Wonderful hotel, with friendly staff and management. Rooms are good size and beds are comfortable. My kids really enjoyed the indoor water slide and I enjoyed the location. The Hampton Inn is close to Storyland and restaurants and other fun attractions. I won't stay anywhere else when I'm visiting North Conway. Keep up the great work!
"Good room, good nights sleep"
Stayed in 217. Nice, clean tidy room. Comfortable beds and slept very well. Too tired to go for dinner so got a McDonalds from next door which had a great kids area. Discovered the pool/fun area in the hotel but too rushed to use it. It looked great. Scrambled eggs at breakfast had a most unusual texture and flavour. I would give them a very wide berth!
"Pool, hot tub, slides"
What a great hotel. We arrived with a tour group and they got out the red carpet. Fabulous service. They put on wine and cheese to welcome our group. Also free coffee and cookies all day. We had room 422 which had a great bathroom, massage head shower and really nice Nutragena toiletries. And lots of towels. Guest laundry, $1.25 per load. Microwave and fridge in room. Quiet room, great sleep. Fabulous hotel surrounded by restaurants, shops up the street. Staff were great.
"Great Front Desk Service"
Driving from Nova Scotia to Michigan.....did not know much about this area, which is beautiful. That said it was a good hotel, everything you would expect from a Hampton Inn. The check in girl was great....gave dinner spots to try, hikes and drives to do, she is really an asset. All in all we would stay there again just have to come to terms of the cost in that area.
"Very Nice place"
Great clean room, water slide was fun even for overweight grown ups. Motto in life, always slide down the water slide and sit in the hot tub, no matter how bad you may look in your swimsuit. Morning breakfast was a cut above the normal "free" breakfast fare. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area.
"Great Place Good Location"
My husband and I spent two nights at The Hampton Inn and Suites North Conway, 28th and 29th September. Our suite, room 426, was extremely clean and comfortable, so much so, we wished we could have stayed longer. The bed in particular was so huge and so relaxing. The young lady who checked us in and out, could not have been more helpful. The location of the hotel, is in easy walking distance of several good eating places and also the factory outlet. All in all, this is a super hotel with everything going for it. We will definitely book here again when we come back to visit from our home country of Scotland. "Highly recommended"
We stayed at this property while on our ski vacation. The hotel is very nice, very well maintained. Rooms are clean, bright and well furnished. Breakfast was very good and convenient. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
"Dog Friendly"
This place is amazing, and allows our furry children to join in the fun. It was very clean and the set up of our room was perfect. Our dogs were welcomed with treats at check in and check out, as well as treated wonderfully throughout our stay.

Hotel staff simply amazing in making you feel welcome and at 'home'. Put on a cheese & wine spread while our bags were delivered to our rooms. Hotel has an indoor heated pool & Jacuzzi & water slides for the kids & is within easy walk of the many Brand name outlet malls in the town. Also as always Hampton provide tea, coffee & chocolate drinks in the lounge 24/7 & complimentary breakfast lovely.
"Very welcome!"
We have been staying for one night only, on our way to Vermont. But the staff is really really friendly!!!! Very close to the outlet. The room was really big and the bed too. There is very nice pool for children and also for adults, nice jacuzzi, and the gym contains only 3 machines (bicycle, elliptic an treadmill). Good place to sleep! P.s very nice and free breakfast!
"Hampton Inn"
We stayed in a King size bed suite was very spacious and worked wonderful with one child sleeping in the pull out sofa bed. The pool area was fun for our 2 year old and really enjoyed the shallow kiddie pool and slides! The complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well.

We recently returned from a five night stay at Hampton Inn North Conway N.H. Got the same room (327) as last year. Made us very happy and our stay here gets better and better. Words can't say enough about the staff, who are very friendly, courteous and accommodating. We hope the Hilton Corp. appreciates their employees. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet as well as the whole facility itself. The breakfast is great and the pool area (Hot Tub) are very enjoyable. Ed and I would like to a few of the staff that go above and beyond for the Hotel guests. "Great Personalized Experience on our Anniversary"
After another hectic year, we needed a little getaway for our anniversary and decided to head to the mountains. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff was welcoming and friendly. We didn't realize the hotel had a water park, but we were pleased and took advantage of the facilities. It was relaxing and fun. The staff at the water slides was friendly and attentive and encouraged us to play even though we left the kids home for this trip. When we returned to the room after dinner, a personal card and some goodies were hanging on the door wishing us a happy anniversary. The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant experience and as usual I was pleased with the Hampton experience and accommodations.
"Excelent family friendly hotel"
I'll start by saying that I am a diamond Hilton member and have been for several years - I travel a lot. My family and I visited this hotel for the second year in a row this past weekend. We were very pleased. We will be back. What a great location in the middle of an amazing part of the country. The hotel is very nice for a Hampton, definitely on the top end. Rooms are clean with newer Furnature and fixtures. The pool with the slides is awesome. What makes this hotel are the people - they are so nice and very warm. They went out of their way to make our family get away amazing and relaxing. From the life guards in the pool to the cleaning lady. We will be back!! Great hotel.
"Great hotel, friendly staff, lots of visitor services in the area"
I was completely satisfied with my stay at this Hampton Inn. Very friendly front desk, nice big room which, even though it was near the water park, was very quiet and had a nice woodsy view. Breakfast ticked the boxes (who knew oatmeal would be so much fun, what with all the dried fruits and other goodies to customize it), location was great for exploring the White Mountains, absolutely no complaints at all.
"First trip to North Conway"
My wife and I were very pleased with the cleanliness of room and cooperation of staff. The room was large and very accomodating. This hotel is also very pet friendly which is one of the reasons we stayed here. We would have to rate this as a first rate hotel.
