We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

What Our Customers Are Saying

Written Review

"Wonderful"
We stayed 2 nights. We got the king rooms with the private balcony. We did learn once we arrived the king rooms are the only ones with private balconies, the queen rooms have semi-private balconies. Just FYI because they don't advertise that clearly. We loved the room. Beds were decent and bug free. They looked pretty new. The view of the river was fantastic. The only thing that was kind of annoying was the shower head made a loud squealing noise. But, that's not a huge deal to me and i am sure they don't all do that. We chose to stay on the 5th floor thinking it would be a better view, I would honestly stay a little lower we had to stand to see the river. Overall, it was wonderful and I will definitely stay again.
"Nice Room"
Stayed for two nights and was pleased. Staff was very nice. My only complaint would be I wish they had spare pillows. We stayed on the campground side where the balcony's on that side are little bit private then the other ones. The Elevator is slow and the maids were kinda rude but other than that and the Wi-Fi for some reason cuts in out but I could stay here again.
"Great place to stay!!!"
I looked into other hotels, but waited until the last minute to book something for valentine's day weekend (my bday) and must say I'm glad we got this place!! It was a great stay. Very clean. We got the room with two king size beds. They have the bathroom dividing each side and with two tvs. Perfect for my daughter and myself. The hotel overlooked the river which was peaceful and beautiful. The wifi didn't work too well, but we we're so busy we didn't even need it. The only downfall was there was only one heat unit on one side, but my daughter didn't complain. Said she was warm. The microwave cord was too short sitting on top of the fridge so I had to move it to plug it in. Other than that great stay. I'd def stay here again and especially for the price- two night stay $150.
"Nice place"
Nice, clean rooms, decently priced. Balcony on the river with nice views. Close drive and walk to anything we needed. Will return again for future stays in this area. Office staff was nice and helpful.
"Anniversary getaway"
My husband and I went to the Smokies for our anniversary over the weekend. This was our first time at this hotel and it won't be our last. I really loved the way the beds were separated by the bathroom for a different layout. The main reason I wanted to stay here was the balcony above the river. The room was clean and the office was very friendly.
"Clean rooms, friendly staff"
First, the rooms are outdated, so if you are looking for the Ritz Carlton, this place is not for you. However, if you are looking for an inexpensive, clean room with lots of room for a family, this is the place for you! We stayed for 5 nights during off peak times. Our room for all 5 nights totaled $348.00, including tax! My husband and I slept in a private bedroom on a king size bed, my daughter slept on a queen bed in the front room and my son took the pull out couch in the living room. We had 3 separate sleeping spaces! Awesome!! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Answered all of my questions before our arrival and during our stay. We will stay here again.

"Second trip"
My Mother & I stayed in this location in July of this year & had a problem with the location of the room. I was offered an incentive to come back & we did that last week. We were not disappointed. Due to the need of a ground floor room, we were placed in their location behind Creekstone (Rivers Landing). The set up of the room was better & the ease of getting to the room was much better. It was clean & the staff are extremely nice & friendly.
"Love it !"
We LOVED our stay at Creekstone Inn ! We stayed 3 nights the weekend of Thanksgiving and couldn't have been more pleased. 2 King Size, very comfortable beds and plenty of room. We enjoyed going out on the patio every morning to feed the geese by the river. Also very quiet. Wish I had found this place years ago. Highly recommended !!
"Nice stay"
I took my grandchildren on a mini vacation and stayed at the hotel that was close to the campground. They enjoyed being able to be around other children their age and also enjoyed the creek that was right outside the hotel. The room was nice and we enjoyed being able to catch the trolley and not having to drive.
"Nice and cheap"
Great room, clean, quite and nice. tv in every room. not fancy, but we did not come for fancy, just a clean place to sleep and that we got. not five star by long shot. we got in late and out early so this was the place. went to dollywood, which is couple miles away and spent the entire day there, so just needed a clean place to sleep,,,and that is what we got. clerk at front desk very nice and took only couple minutes to check in. would stay again if just needed a place to sleep. the view over the creek was nice, although not private as a "screen wire" separated your room view from your neighbor.
"In summary, our visit was everything we expected. The Hotel was convenient to all of the surrounding area."
Our room was well appointed, clean, and accessible. Vehicle parking (under the hotel first floor) was weather (precipitation) protected with drive through convenience. Also the convenience to the elevator. Hotel services were very accommodating. The area provided for guests "breakfast" was however small and limited, but served it's purpose. The attendant in the breakfast area was pleasant and efficient. We had fun watching the Canadian Geese chasing the ducks in the river below our hotel room balcony. Would recommend staying at this hotel.
"trip to the smokeys"
the hotel was in good location near all the theaters, about 10 minutes to go to the park close to the little town of Gutlinsburg , had little breakfast like cereal coffee and frozen waffles, the room had a nice balcony with a little river running thru nice beds the room was clean the stuff was very friendly we go there again.
"Mom and Pop Style"
Good location, free covered parking, free breakfast and Tram Stop in front. It is old but nice. I liked the room layout and view of the water. I think there should be chain locks on all doors. Good cleaning service. I'd stay here again. ...............
"Close to Go Carts"
This motel is very close to the main road yet off of it enough that you did not have to listen to it. There are restaurants within walking distance if you did not want to drive. The little creek which separates your balcony from the campground behind the building was nice to watch the ducks and geese. There are lots of wild Canadian geese and what appears to be mallards. The motel is an aging building but our room was very clean and had all of the linens we needed.
"Very Quiet and Peaceful"
We stayed two nights September 26 & 27 for our anniversary. We stayed at their Rivers Landing location which was recently acquired. This used to be Twin Mountain II. We enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of having a balcony on the creek. The lady at check in was very pleasant and professional. We were upgraded to a kitchenette which was not needed. In this room, the tvs were very old - not flat panel. However, you do not come to the Smokies to watch TV! This location is between two campgrounds is a good place to walk. This is off the main road and we come up twice a year.
