Our visit to Fairfield Inn & Suites started by meeting Devin at the front desk; he was extremely courteous and went the extra mile for us more than once. I left something on the counter during our check in; he phoned our room to make sure it was ours and then brought it to our room even though I offered to run back down. At that point I asked him for recommendations for restaurants where we could eat gluten free. He said he would check and phone us. Instead of phoning, he brought a list to our room on which he had copied all of the addresses. What a great way to start our time in Savannah; thank you, Devin.

We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

    "A hidden treasure!"
We stayed here for a “swim meet weekend” and the best surprise was the pop up bar that appeared in the evenings!! Katrina, our bartender, was amazing. Most excellent Bloody Mary (one of the best I’ve had) and threw in an amazing mixed juice drink for my son - “one of the best drinks he’s had in his life”. A hidden treasure!
"Hotel appearance was very nice with excellent helpful staff"
Our room was very neat, clean and laid out nicely. The shower walk-in was perfect for our use. The location was close to several restaurants & stores. Required a paying parking garage because of it's location, but was necessary. The staff, from the front desk, to the breakfast area to the cleaning staff, were helpful and wonderful hosts. Couldn't do enough for you during your entire visit. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!
    "Surgery at St. Joseph Candler"
My elderly parents, my sister and I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites on Feb 27 & 28. My Dad was scheduled to have eye surgery at St Joseph hospital the morning of the 28th. He was to have eye surgery on the only eye he has vision in. We arrived at the hotel and was warmly greeted by the staff at the desk. I called the hotel Thursday after surgery and was greeted by the clerk, they remembered me! We were in need of a wheelchair for my dad to ease the trip up to our room. They had one! The wheel chair was waiting for me when we arrived! The remainder of Thursday we kept our parents in the room to ease dad's anxiety. The cleaning staff, Shawnta, Ms. Wanda, and Ms. Sherry were Great! They brought us everything we needed without entering the room to disturb dad. Also, while we were there, another elderly gentleman from out of state fell, Joe and Matthew jumped into action to assist this gentlemen and his wife the entire time, Joe even offered to drive the woman to the hospital where her husband was taken by ambulance. Great Southern Hospitality!!!
    "Excellent"
Visited there mid week. This is a 2 year old mid town hotel that reflects only being 2 years old and an owner or manager who clearly understands the business he/she is in. As noted in other reviews, everyone you pass is friendly and helpful. And its REAL, not like other places in good, old, Savannah. A special acknowledgement to Shawnta, who answered several of my questions about the hotel. Of special note are the showers, which are wonderful walk-ins, the garage parking, which while costing $12, (not $10) as noted some places) really is a great conveinance for getting to your car quickly, the design of the rooms (we had a studio king), and the overall cleanliness of the property. Fresh fruit would be nice, as noted before, but not a big deal. Also, heard some TV or talking noise is the room next door for a few minutes, so the quietness of rooms MAY be a consideration. Management, you are doing it right, congratulations! (it ALWAYS starts at the top, good and bad)
    "Yes! I gotta say something!"
I only had plans to stay for one night. My 96 y/o grandfather was having a procedure done at Candler. Each day we expected him to go home. He winded up staying four nights. Each afternoon I had to call the hotel and ask for a room again. Each time Devin at the front desk called me by name and assured me I’d have a room. He also knew I had a handicap and he worked so deligently with me to make sure I was accommodated to my needs. Not every place would give such an extra personal touch to make someone going through such a hard time feel reassured and “with friends”. I really really appreciate the kindness that not ONLY did Devin show kindness and work with me, but his female co-worker I fail to remember her name, along with the other staff that helped me hold the elevator doors and offered to help me at breakfast time. I love kind folks! Not only is your hotel beautiful, in a great location, near everything, has its own parking levels, serve hot and cold breakfast, have spacious rooms (I visited four of them!) but you guys just suit my fancy! Thanks Fairfield Inn & Suites! You made a scary time in my life a lot more bearable.
    "AWESOME!!!"
Came to Savannah to relax and to enjoy the atmosphere. Not only did I accomplish that I received the most awesome hospitality from Devon and Shawnta they both worked the front desk and made sure my needs were met. Oh how I wish the housekeeping lady had left her name she was the best. THANK YOU!!
    "Great Hotel, Fantastic Service"
My wife and I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and plan to make return visits in the future. The facilities are clean, well managed, and the staff very helpful. Cynthia checked us in upon arrival and was very kind. Connor assisted us in the morning with our departure and completed our stay with excellence. If you find yourself in Savannah and looking for a place to stay- this one is fantastic!
    "Always great!"
A Marriott property as it should be. Have been staying at this hotel since it opened. Business travel. All employees are friendly, courteous, including service employees, not just front desk folks. Have never had a bad experience. Very good location. Devin was great over the phone when booking a room...then such a gentleman when checking in. Chad R. was the same when checking out.
    "Clean."
Establishment is clean and front desk is courteous. The room was clean, bed ‘s comfortable .There’s a $12/night parking fee,but convenient as you can park on same level as your room.Free breakfast was ok.24/7 coffee and tea .15 min drive to historic district.
    "Discovered by Accident"
While en route to our previously reserved hotel, we discovered a Fair Field Inns & Suites directly adjacent to our originally book hotel. One of the key amenities was an 8-story covered garage which peeked our interest. We parked our vehicle and anxiously walked over to look around and speak to a staff member at the front desk. One of the staff members (Katrina) was returning a luggage cart to the front entrance and we immediately began conversing with her regarding their hotel. She excitedly explained quite a few amenities and walk us to a representative (Devin) who was very accommodating and professional. We also had positive interactions with Connor and Cynthia. I even had an opportunity to speak with Mathew (General Manager) and he was totally awesome! We are so thankful that we discovered the Midtown Fairfield Inns & Suites and will make future reservations upon our future visit to Savannah, Georgia!Best regards,Mr. E.K.
"Our stay in Fairfield Inn & Suites was wonderful. From our checking in to the decor of the rooms."
We had an incredible time in Savannah. The Fairfield Inn & Suites really contributed to that. Great Staff, great rooms and so on. We will be back. The entire hotel has a great feel to it and is close to downtown.
    "Sent Parents for Mother Birthday"
My parents were in love with your hotel from the interior to customer service . I had sent them there for my mothers birthday and when they came back they told everyone not only how great Georgia was but your hotel . I am happy to hear this being that i was once a hotel front office manager . Keep up the great work . I will be visiting soon to see the greatness my parents talk about
    "All you can ask for"
I was pleasantly surprised how well maintained this hotel was. It was clean, stylish and had pleasant atmosphere. Had all the amenities one could want, the breakfast was a bonus. The front desk had a young man work it. He was so pleasant gave us some ideas on where to get a late night dinner. The smile never left his face with instruction s on a personal level. Told us what to make sure we seen in the area before leaving. He definitely made us feel welcome. Just an all around great experience. We saved their business card so when in the area we will most definitely stay here again 5 star for sure.
    "What a terrific surprise"
This is a great place to stay. We really enjoyed it for one night we stayed. The place is nice, the bar in the lobby at Fairfield Inn was a pleasant surprise and much enjoyed. Service was excellent. The room and the comfort, pillows were equal to Westin on the riverfront. The view was not. A fresh Market around the corner was great. We loved it.I hope, in the future all Fairfield Inns’s will be this good.Thanks.
    "Gorgeous Property"
This a brand new hotel in Savannah. The property is well maintained, our bedroom had a good size, two smart TV, the breakfast is really good and the costumer service is excellent. I recommend this hotel
    "Brand-spanking new"
Stopped here for one night on the drive to Ny from the south. The hotel is brand-new, everything sparkles, the staff is warm and friendly, bed comfortable, really not much more you can ask for to feel great when away from home. Authentic room design that makes you feel at home. Didn’t get a chance to try to the breakfast as we woke up after 9:30. Parking is extra $12 but really convenient. The major tourist sites are around a 10 minute drive from the hotel.
    "Excellent"
We stayed here while traveling down to Florida. It’s about 15 minutes off of I-95 but well worth the extra time. The hotel is about 2 yrs old and is beautiful and extremely clean We had a 2 queen bed room with sofa and was very impressed in how large the room was. There was a $12 fee for the parking garage; but it was raining the morning we left, so it was kinda worth it , when we didn’t have to pack up in the rain. Breakfast was good. All hotel staff were very friendly.
