The location was perfect, the room was clean and huge, and the staff was very friendly. We definitely utilized the the indoor pool as kids couldnt get enough. The hotel also offers delicious free breakfast and free wifi. Walking distance to a McDonald's and a few other restaurants. I'd definitely stay again.

"Great Value!"
The location was great, the room was clean and huge, and the staff was very friendly. Although we didn't use it, the indoor pool looked really cool. The hotel also offers free breakfast and free wifi. Walking distance to a McDonald's and a few other restaurants. I'd definitely stay again.
"Pleasantly surprised!"
We visited during "leaf peeping season," and learned quickly that we should have booked far earlier than we did! We got what seemed like the last room in town, and did not have great expectations. However, the staff was warm and welcoming, despite the hordes of tourists arriving and departing on the tour buses all week. It was very crowded, but still comfortable and clean. The staff had great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, also. The room was comfortable, but breakfast was very basic. It was nice, though, getting to know fellow travelers from around the world!
"Almost perfect."
Stayed here for a couple days with family. Reasonable prices, helpful, friendly staff, and outstanding housekeeping services. Rooms were very clean and well appointed (for an HIE). Pool was clean and warm- great to swim and watch the snow!
"Clean and Economical"
My friend and I have made a weekend trip to North Conway for over 25 years, and for the last 15+, we have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. It is always clean, recently updated, and a good value. We especially like the free breakfast - including eggs, sausage, bacon, and pancakes. The pool and hot tub are nice treats after a day of heavy shopping!
"Nice stay"
I was a little skeptical to stay at this hotel because some of the reviews were negative. But I was pleasantly surprised.. The hotel is clean and well kept. I am sure there were a lot updates which was done recently. The breakfast was okay. The rooms were nice and clean. This hotel is across from Settlers green the outlet mall. We were able to walk to the stores to do some shopping. The pool was okay as well and the hot tub was working fine.We stayed in room 314 which is right across the elevator. Would recommend this to friends and will stay again.
"Exactly what we expected"
Good size clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff. Exactly what we wanted and needed.we stayed here Columbus Day weekend as we were visiting for Fryeburg Fair, perfect stopover and would happily stay here again.
"Fine"
We stayed here for a couple of nights, the room was huge but was only average style-wise. Breakfast was plentiful but the hot food (sausages, patties and eggs) wasn't great, I stuck to coffee and bagels. North Conway is essentially built along a large road, and the hotel is at one end of it, so getting around in the evening isn't particularly easy without a designated driver. However, there's a cab firm in town which charges $8 as a flat fare for town trips. Nothing wrong with the hotel, perfectly fine, would probably stay there again if in the area.
"Usual HIE"
Hotel is getting worn out looking. Old decor, black grout in bathroom. Its close to the outlets malls. Room had a bar fridge and mircowave and pull out couch. They had the awful vinyl mattress cover. I understand why but they are so hot when you're sleeping. The usual Breakfast Buffet but they now have the Pancake night. Its a good place to stay for a shopping trip to the malls.

The hotel room was large,modern and had a comfortable mattress and pillows. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. The complimentary breakfast was good and included the usual fare plus scrambled eggs,sausage and pancakes.

"Great Location"
Very nice and clean hotel. Located within walking distance of food, attractions, bars, sites. Great free breakfast. Friendly, personable staff. Even had their famous pancakes at night all you can eat free pancakes-evenings 7 to 9 . I will definitely bring my family back here next trip to North Conway.
"Good experience"
The motel was clean which is always a biggie. The breakfast was typical HE food, not bad for free. Someone in an earlier review mentioned a thermostat issue. We had the exact same problem. No matter what temp was set it would not go below 73. Brenda is a big plus for the staff. She gave great advice on places to visit and she was super nice! We would stay here again.
"Reliable hotel and good value for the area"
We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 6 years. We are IHG members and we have stayed with points as well as paying per night. We've stayed in the winter and in the summer. The hotel has friendly staff, and whenever possible they do recognize IHG members and our room has been upgraded more than once. Breakfast is very busy as the hotel does tend to get full during peak times on weekends. The pool is clean, but some of the paint is peeling and it could use some TLC.
"Nice hotel, close to shopping and food"
This was your usual Holiday Inn Express, with a great buffet breakfast. It felt new and clean and we all enjoyed staying here. The kids loved the pool. I loved that I could shop at the outlets while they swam and then walk back to the hotel in 5 minutes. (-;
"Would definitely stay here again"
It was a great location a little away from the heart of the city and the traffic. The desk staff was very helpful when we asked about where to eat. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold food available. Cinnamon rolls were out of this world.
"Very nice front desk staff and comfortable rooms"
Located right in the heart of shopping and restaurants, plenty of parking, nice staff and very clean and comfortable rooms. Within walking distance you will find a big miniature golf course and restaurants. The Lafayetter Dinner train is a stone's throw away offering a 4 course meal. The information center is across the street not far from this hotel.
"Nice hotel!"
Clean rooms, friendly staff and an overall great hotel! Location of the hotel was perfect for all of the restaurants, attractions and shops in the area. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice hotel to stay in while visiting the North Conway area.
"Summer trip to Conway"
I had an excellent overall experience at this hotel. The staff were very nice. They allowed me to check in early which was a big plus. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was good but on the last day of my stay the pancake machine was down. But that didn't effect my stay to much because they offered all guest free pancakes at night form 8-12. Overall i had a great stay and am looking to return in the future.
"Great Location for the N. Conway Area"
The location was perfect for local restaurants and attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and offered way more than I expected. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel amenities were great. We truly enjoyed winding down the day with a jump in the pool. The only drawback was the amount of noise from the room above and rooms beside us.
"4th of July Weekend"
Nice hotel- we had a suite - it was a clean and spacious room. Staff was friendly, parking good - location convenient. The continental breakfast was good. The pool area is too small for the size of the hotel -really only good for little kids. We have a 14 year old and it wasn't good for him at all. Good hotel for families with young kids.
