Last week, my husband and I visited Savannah and stayed 4 nights at the Homewood Suites. What a great experience! The entire wait staff, especially Pat and Tashell, were extremely polite, friendly, and efficient. The same is true for Penny, Tashell, and Janice. Their knowledge of the area was superb and they made you feel very comfortable. We would definitely stay their again.

We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

    "Great location. Beautiful amenities."
My favorite part has to be Mrs. Pat, who sang hellos to people at breakfast, kept things neat and moving along, and got information for me about the best link sausages I've ever had! Janice, the concierge, was informative and gave us great advice on where to walk and eat. The location was excellent. The amenities are lovely. I would definitely stay here next time.
    "Stay here! Wonderful!"
We booked a king bed/river view studio with balcony ( rm. 637) and it was perfect. The room was spacious with a separate living space, kitchenette with coffeemaker and kettle, walk in shower, great bath products and views from several windows. Bathrobes were provided. The room was immaculate and well serviced. Upon arrival, easy to find with GPS, we pulled up and Corey immediately unloaded our luggage and parked our car. Valet parking is mandatory, secure and well worth it. We had easy access to our car in the gated lot. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Just walk out the door and you are already on the historic river front. Restaurants, shops, candy stores (!!!!) abound. Most amazing is to be so close to the huge container ships that ply the river. Unforgettable! We spent time watching their passing from our several room windows. The Juliette Lowe ferry docks nearby...memories of my Girl Scout days. Check in was easy with a helpful and polite staff. Our luggage was brought to our room. After wandering the river front we returned to the hotel just in time for the Manager’s Reception: soup, chips and dip, popcorn, cheeses, both red and white wine, beer served by a lovely staff in a cosy area. Actually a dinner in itself! Upon returning from dinner we went up to the beautiful rooftop bar. A gorgeous pool is located there in addition to nice seating and a clear, heated plastic igloo to enjoy drinks overlooking the river. The pool is heated. Breakfast was served in the same space and was quite nice. The historic staircase on the side of the hotel led us up to the restored factory area and fantastic entry to the squares Savannah is known for. We found this hotel to be perfect and certainly look forward to staying again if and when we revisit this charming city.
    "Great views of the river"
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave very practical tips. The RTB bar on the roof gave great views of the river and the downtown. The area was a nice balance of a place for adults to relax, but children can still have fun in the pool. I would gladly stay here again if I return to Savannah.
    "Birthday Weekend Getaway"
Hotel is beautiful! The rooftop bar has amazing views and the best bartender-Val! Samantha at the front desk and Corey in valet provided AWESOME customer service. If you have the Hilton app they are very quick to respond. Can’t wait to go back!!!
"Great place to stay in Savannah"
My wife and I stayed here during my Georgia School Board Convention. We stayed in the river view studio and really enjoyed it. Our grand children went with us and really enjoyed the pool as did I. It is at the end of river street and the free river trolley is there. It’s not a bad walk back to the other end as you shop as you go
    "Excellent stay"
A wonderful place to stay. Very close to all the shops and restaurants on River Street. The hotel is excellent. During the week they have happy hour from 5:30 to 6:30 with beer, wine, and food. The Roof Top Bar is very cozy. And our room was so comfortable.
    "Great location"
The location is perfect for a visit to Savannah. Beautiful hotel with the best staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Love the roof top bar. Daily hot breakfast and afternoon social hour. Totally enjoyed our stay.
    "Great Place to Stay"
Everything about this hotel was great! Staff was very friendly. The roof top bar with heated pool, fire pit and live music at night was a great way to end an evening. The bartenders Jillian and Vani were great, very friendly. Mike was also fantastic. He gave us great suggestions for places to eat and things to do and see while we were in Savannah. The social hour during the week was a great bonus to our stay, breakfast was delicious. Hotel was on the far end of the River Walk so very easy walk. Rooms were clean and very modern with small kitchen area that had a stove, frig, microwave, dishes, cookware. Everything you need to make a quick meal if you wanted. We have stayed at another hotel on the River Walk a few years ago which did not have the amenities as Homewood and it cost quite a bit more. This was a great hotel at a great value and would definitely stay here again!
    "Great Hotel"
My husband and I spent two nights here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location with easy walking distance to everything. We had a room with a wonderful view of the river. It was fun watching all the activity, especially the tanker traffic. I’d like to give a special shout out to the housekeeping staff, Spring & Jackie and to the kitchen staff, Tashell, Mrs. Pat, Kaleigh, & Jay. They kept the hot breakfast humming and the social hour sizzling. Our only disappointment was the rooftop bar. We went hoping to order martinis. Not only did the bartender, who was new and very sweet, have no idea how to make them, she didn’t know what an “up” drink was. Also, she said they ran out of olives last week. What?? But other than that our stay was great.
"Amazing hotel, 3 star price with 5 star service and amenities"
Roof top bar, pool, fire pit. Nightly live music. Very friendly staff, what else could you ask for. Rooms are very modern. Only downside is valet parking only for $32 per night however that's pretty standard in cities like this. Staff member Valentina was very helpful and has beautiful eyes....... :)
    "New Favorite Hotel in Savannah"
Excellent experience traveling for business. From the moment I checked in the staff was friendly and accommodating. The RTB had live music and great selections and service. Mrs Pat and Tashell were very friendly at breakfast and welcoming. Breakfast was busy but plenty of space to sit. Coffee was excellent. Beds were comfy and the rate was great. Highly recommend!
    "Great Family Vacation"
Wonderful location, delicious hot breakfast, great staff, great pricing, parking and more. We were there for a family outing for several days. Our family was comfortable and very happy with the security and staff. A wonderful choice for families.
"Ms Pat provided the best customer service ever along with Tashell and Valentina"
My family ate breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning it was the best because Ms. Pat is very friendly. I appreciate her attention to detail throughout our stay with the breakfast. I would recommend visitor's ask for Ms. Pat during breakfast. She will make you feel you're in your own kitchen.
    "Great Location"
Enjoyed our stay. Good location near shops and river front. Nice breakfast with very attentive staff, especially Mrs. Pat. Rooftop bar and pool is a nice touch as well. Would definitely stay here again.
"Business Trip with convenience to the Riverfront and great view"
Hilton Homewood Suites provides great service, quality comfort and love the complimentary social with food and drinks. You feel welcome immediately when you enter the foyer and begin the registration process.
    "Full breakfast fantastic!"
Started the day right today with breakfast courtesy of Tashell and friendly attentive service from smiling Pat! Thanks for the great start :) Tasty grits, eggs, sausage, waffles, taters, and a bunch of colorful and healthy choices we skipped because we are on vacation ;)
