    We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

    "Wonderful stay!"
    We had no problems whilst staying at Hotel 52. The view from the roof top is beautiful (apart from the construction on one side) however the other side you can see the sea!! Plenty of sun beds for everyone to use. The location of the hotel is not bad either. It?s right at the end of 5th Avenue but that means you can have a nice walk through town or taxis are always available which you can book at the front desk of the Hotel for a reasonable price. We booked with a very helpful guy named Miguel (who works at front desk) who made us feel very welcome upon arrival and throughout the duration of our stay, saying hola everytime he saw us and even remembered our names! Would recommend!

    My husband and I stayed a couple of days in Hotel 52 and we was very pleasantly surprised. It?s a nice little hotel at the end of 5th Avenue which means you are not in the middle of all the clubs and bars Playa del Carmen has to offer but you are only a walks away. It has a roof top pool and cafe which is a nice place to chill and you can see the beautiful Mexican Sea from one side. The rooms are very clean and tidy and has everything you need for a little vacation break away. Lastly, I would like the mention Miguel who works at the front desk/ reception. He was a fantastic help to both my husband and I. Anytime we needed a taxi he made sure we had one ready and ensured we got to where we needed to go safely. He gave us advice and helped with any tours we wanted to book but most importantly he was always smiling and very polite. A great member of the team, Thank you miguel!

    Nice place with a good rooftop. Good price for what we got and quite close to all the major spots. Just rent a bike form the hotel and off you go. Amazing staff gotta give a shout-out to Aida that was increasingly helpful and super kind. We will be back!!

    Really couldn't fault the hotel or staff. Really pleasant stay and nice atmosphere around hotel. Rooms cleaned to high standard and really comfortable bed. WIFI was excellent - was even able to use Amazon Firestick for streaming for my stay. Pool area was beautiful and really peaceful, quiet and relaxing.

    We were a group of girls travelling and booked the master suite. We had a really great time at this hotel and in playa del Carmen itself. We enjoyed the rooftop pool were you can bring your own drinks.
