Why Stay Here?

Located In Historic Downtown Savannah

Hotel Is Steps From Ellis Square, River Street & City Market

A Restaurant, A Fitness Center & A Bar/Lounge Are Available

The Hotel Indigo has everything we needed in a Savannah hotel. It's located downtown near all the shops and restaurants, it's stylish and has very comfortable beds, but the best thing about it was the staff. After having just left Hilton Head, where everyone on the island seems like they didn't have their morning coffee, we really appreciated the Indigo's cheerful and attentive staff. Every single employee we encountered was helpful and nice. The parking was a bit pricey, but we never had a long wait for the car. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely stay again.

    "Lovely stay in Savannah"
The Hotel Indigo has everything we needed in a Savannah hotel. It's located downtown near all the shops and restaurants, it's stylish and has very comfortable beds, but the best thing about it was the staff. After having just left Hilton Head, where everyone on the island seems like they didn't have their morning coffee, we really appreciated the Indigo's cheerful and attentive staff. "Location, location, location"
The hotel is very nice, but two things immediately distinguish it from others: 1. Location 2. People Yes, it is located right on Bay St, VERY NICE, short walk to everywhere Yes, the folks your come in contact with:(i.e. valet parking, front desk, conceirge, bar, etc. are all not only friendly and nice, BUT also on top of their game. ENJOY!
    "Great Location"
This hotel is in a GREAT location! It's close to River Street, City Market and not too far from Broughton street. The hotel was stylish and clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint would be that we had to ask for extra toilet paper and towels at one point. Overall we had a great stay and I would definitely recommend it!
    "Amazing customer service"
Have stayed here seveal times and the staff is wonderful. Ms Alicia Curry is the best of the best of customer service personnel i have seen in many years. her care of customers and attitude speaks volume of her and the property. The property is a historic hotel and is well kept. Breakfast is adequate but could be better. Overall a great place to stay.
    "Superb Hotel"
We stayed here on our way to and from Florida. I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars. Our room was fantastic. The hotel is clean and has character; the staff is friendly and helpful. Both times Duncan checked us in, and he was fantastic! We stayed the Friday of St. Patrick's Day weekend. The hotel was extremely organized given the city was filled with holiday revelers! We look forward to staying here every time we visit Savannah.
    "Great hotel"
I stayed at the hotel last night. Great staff at the front desk and the bartender was very friendly and helpful. Suites are big and very comfortable. I will certainly stay here whenever I come to Savannah.
    "Clean and Friendly"
Booked this hotel at the last minute for an overnight stay. The hotel is very clean and the staff friendly. The concierge gentleman was knowledgeable and full of suggestions for things to do. The Hotel Indigo is centrally located within walking distance of great restaurants, shops and boutiques. While in Savannah, be sure to take a walk around the waterfront and make use of the FREE water taxi that runs every day until midnight.
"Glad we decided to stay here!"
The rooms were clean and super comfy! The location was perfect! The price was just what we were looking for. We bar hopped and then a short walk we were back to our beautiful hotel! Chris Jordan was excellent during check in. Made us feel welcome and was funny. Hes a great addition to your team! Thanks Chris. We will be back!
    "Great Choice!"
Loved this hotel. It's perfectly situated on Bay Street, one block from River Street, a block the other was from the City Market. Right in the heart of shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, and we could walk everywhere we wanted to be in 15-20 minutes or less. The hotel itself was great, offering a very modern feel with laminate flooring in the room, modern furniture, room service, bar, restaurant, etc. Room size was pretty average, and the sink was outside the bathroom which I find convenient, but know not everyone likes that. If you want a modern hotel with character in a great location, this is it.
"Second trip, even better than the first"
Our second stay in this beautiful downtown hotel. It's reasonably priced, comfortable, and close to everything. Staff is amazing, especially Chris, the hotel engineer. He quickly fixed our air conditioner with a smile on his face. Valet parking is $30. But you get in / out privilege and avoid the nightmare that is parking in Savannah.
    "Heart of Savannah"
This hotel is in the center of the town; easy to walk everywhere and great staff. The hotel rooms are very spacious and ask for a room with a balcony. Corner rooms only have king beds but rooms along side the king do have two beds.
    "Can't wait to return"
We stayed here for our honeymoon. The location is perfect. You are close to all things savannah. The rooms were nice and really clean. The shower was a huge plus for the room. Staff was extremely friendly. We ordered room service alot, and we loved the kale and artichoke dip.
    "Fantastic hotel and location"
Very nice hotel and staff, perfect location in the historic district, a few steps away from the riverfront, market, restaurants, etc. The rooms where very comfortable, clean and new. The restaurant was closed for a private event and that was strange for a hotel. They offer coffee and fruity water as courtesy. The parking was good as once you are there you do not need the car. Lively. We will be back!
    "Beautiful Hotel and wonderful rooms"
The hotel is perfectly located just blocks from great restaurants and River Street. The property itself is beautifully appointed inside and each room is surprisingly spacious. We had a river view room and each morning could view the barges on the river. Highly recommend this location.
    "Location and quality"
This hotel is located in a great area and walking distance from river street and a number of great restaurants! The room was neat and staff friendly. Great bar for a night cap or two and friendly staff. All in all it was a great hotel and great stay thank you.
"Perfect Hotel, Perfect Service, Perfect Location!"
From the moment we valeted our car, we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff. That continued throughout our stay - the front desk staff felt like instant friends and the housekeeping staff was courteous and helpful with requests for extra towels and pillows. The hotel is clean, and comfortable and convenient walking distance to everything in the Savannah historic district. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Savannah! Thank you Hotel Indigo for being an awesome home away from home!
    "Nice Location, excellent rooms"
This was a business visit, but the Indigo definitely is on my list to visit with family. Plum between the lovely riverfront, and the happening historic district, you're within walking distance of most of the places worth visiting. Adorable staff, and a handy restaurant in house. Savannah is different from other parts of USA I've visited, and definitely the prettiest airport I've been to in that country.
