Most charming boutique hotel! We left a pair of glasses and an invaluable address book. The management was most extraordinary as after a few weeks the items came by post back home in Sweden! Fabulous!

We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

"Wonderful Hotel with the most attentive and happy staff"
We had a free travel voucher through a timeshare and were assigned to stay at St. Pierre. We couldn't be more pleased!! The neighborhood is honestly a little sketchy but a no time did we ever feel unsafe. We stayed in room 103 and traveled with our 2 daughters ages 12 and 16. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!! Thank you to all the WONDERFUL Staff!! You were fabulous and greatly appreciated!
"Delightful Stay"
The hotel was very nice, and the room was quaint and kind of tucked away from the main part of the hotel. Yet the front desk was less than a few hundred feet away. It was nice, and in a nice part of the French Quarter. The walk was no more than ten minutes to the hopping part of Bourbon Street and plenty of nice eateries. I would recommend this hotel.
"Great customer service,great location"
We stayed at Hotel St.Pierre this past weekend me and a friend on a rode trip and I must say the location was perfect the hotel was cute and quint. The employees were nice and helpful our room was near a street exit so that made it convenient for getting out. Each night we hung out pretty late coming in looking for snacks and food the Night time clerk was eager to help with suggestions of take out she was very friendly considering working the late shift you don't get that often her spirit was awesome,we offered tips on more than one occasion and she happily declined stating it was her pleasure to assist in anyway that just made the stay more comfortable. She only had one request..we come back soon. Thanks Mignon and staff for a great weekend see you guy's next year.
"We Didnt want to Leave!!!"
Just got back from a 4 day stay at the lovely Hotel. St. Pierre. It is centrally located and walking distance to almost everything! Check in was a breeze but wasnt very friendly. We also had friends staying and the rooms were different, one was smaller but bigger bathroom, different A/C and heating units but no big deal, we just hung out in the courtyards. Every housekeeper we ran into were so nice and friendly. We did not receive stay over service one day which was not a big deal to us, hey, we work in the industry and understand these things can happen so they bought us towels. Kim was so apologetic and personally came up to us in the following days to follow up. She was amazing and professional and friendly! Justin at the Front desk is also incredible!!! He bent over backwards for anything we asked including arranging taxis. We would defiantly stay again because of these two! I wish I could take them home and work at our resort!! The breakfast is amazing. Although didn't make it up in time for it on most days. The hotel rooms themselves do need updates but hey its an old set of buildings. The stray cats are an added bonus for cat lovers. They dont bother anybody and wont come near you but its awesome to see them! Yes, there are two pools but they are not heated. We didnt want to leave!!!
"On route to Florida"
This gem, situated in the French Quarter of New Orleans, offers and delivers impeccable service and hospitality. Pretty with it's foliage in the courtyards, clean and historically charming. The energy is happy and friendly. All rooms have their own special flavour! Lucky to have found and experienced Hotel St Pierre.
"Justin is Awesome!!!!"
Justin is friendly, accommodating and reliable. My husband's suitcase didn't make it on the plane. Justin was very attentive and helpful in this situation. He exhibits outstanding customer service and professionalism.
"Experience the real French Quarter"
Loved this hotel, very authentic and exactly what we wanted to experience during our trip to New Orleans location was great, we literally walked to almost everywhere we visited. When we ventured out to Garden District and Canal Street we spend $3.00 per person and travelled on local transit for the whole afternoon. Rooms are smaller but very comfortable bed, nice linens and all amenities you need. We were there to see as much of city and enjoy the music and food, so did not spend alot of time in our room other than sleeping. We did use the courtyard to relax and have a drink with friends and feed the feral cats that keep the location mice fee. Staff was kind and attentive, breakfast was tasty and simple, which was perfect to start your day. If you want to truly experience the French Quarter and be able to walk to Bourbon Street and Frenchman Street (definitely go to the Spotted Cat) this is the perfect hotel.
"A trip in the past"
Very old buildings which where most likely the rooms for the plantation helpers. Has kept the unique style of the south. Rooms are very small but efficient. Personnel is very helpfull and courteous. Very close (walking distance) to Bourbon st. and the french quarters.
"Perfection"
This is the only kind of hotel you should stay at in New Orleans. Rooms were beautiful with exposed brick and high ceilings, the courtyards were lovely, the lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. While there wasn't a huge selection for breakfast, it was filling and always well stocked. Plus they have milk and cookies midday. The neighborhood was in a quiet and safe location. If you are tired after a long day, try a Po-boy from the grocery store on the corner.
"A room and all that jazz"
Excellent location in the French Quarter where you're close enough to the action but far enough away from excessive noise. The rooms are small so I would recommend this hotel more for couples than families, but it was very comfortable with an ambient jazz motif. We stayed in the Kid Ory room and although keys are used instead of key-cards, we did not experience any difficulty in entering, or locking our room as other reviews have mentioned.
"Quaint, excellent"
The hotel is in a great location accessible to the main noisy parts of the FQ but not in the deep crud that can turn people off. The hotel is super cool in its layout but with real character to boot. A very cute pool in the courtyard. Desk staff amazingly helpful.
"Wonderful stay!"
Love this hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beautifully decorated, keeping in mind the boutique type hotel. Close to Bourbon street, with only a 2 block walk. The outside gardens and pool areas were beautiful and well maintained. The only negative for us was not handicap accessible. My friend had difficulty with steps, staff quickly changed our room. Oh, be prepared to pay for valet parking at 45 a day, and you have to give an hour notice to obtain your vehicle. All in all though I love the history and staff at this hotel and would use again.
"Convenient comfort in the French Quarter"
Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We could walk anywhere in the French Quarter that we wanted to go, and there were plenty of great restaurants close by. Cookies and milk in the afternoon were great, and the breakfast was much better than most hotel breakfasts we have experienced. We really enjoyed our stay.
"Great Value!"
This hotel was outstanding. It is a few blocks from Bourbon street so is very quiet but also very proximate to all the French Quarter craziness. It has an excellent breakfast every morning with very good coffee! You won't be disappointed!
"New Orleans Gem"
We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff was all very friendly. Justin was very helpful and showed us to our room and answered questions about the area. The rooms were charming and cozy with a fireplace. The breakfast and afternoon milk and cookies were wonderful! We will return.
"Old but nice"
Rooms were clean, comfortable, but small. Easy walking distance from Bourbon St and other area attractions. Desk service was excellent and the staff attentive and friendly. The breakfast bar was a little thin, but the food was all right. Overall, we had a good stay.
"Loved Hotel St. Pierre!"
Fantastic place, beautiful architecture, awesome and extremely helpful staff, all in a great location conveniently accessing the French Quarter! Would stay there again! Thanks for helping make my first trip to NOLA fantastic!
"Quaint and Friendly"
We recently stayed at the Hotel St Pierre on Burgundy Street in the French Quarter, and really enjoyed the 'cottage' feel to the premises. The rooms were small, but cozy and contained all that was needed during our stay. Even though the occupancy was relatively high, it never felt crowded or rushed. The staff were very friendly, and extremely accommodating. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, but would have also like to have fresh fruits and/or yogurt available as well.
"First visit to New Orleans"
This hotel is an absolute gem, full of character in its well appointed heritage buildings, superbly located in the heart of the French Quarter. Staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the buildings making up the hotel complex dates from the 1770s.
"A girl on a mission"
I absolutely loved my stay here. Justin was the host with MOST! The pools were smaller but suitable for relaxing and cooling off. The rooms are a bit "historic" but felt good. I was far enough from the hustle and bustle to get a good nights sleep, ( although, I don't recommend sleeping in New Orleans!!! Stay awake and enjoy everything it has to offer!!!) and close enough to the action within a few minutes walk! When I go back I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly,, especially Teddy :) Met great friends here! I miss you New Orleans, thank you for being so good to me... until I see you again
"Hotel St. Pierre was fantastic!"
I booked this room through Blue Green Vacations, so I got a pretty good deal on the rate...since I had to sit through a time share presentation. I don't know how much it would have cost normally, but I absolutely LOVED staying at this hotel. I was not sure what to expect, since the picture of the outside entrance is deceiving. This hotel had wonderful charm and character. It was not your cookie-cutter hotel experience, and that is what made it so great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I stayed three nights, and my one regret was that I didn't get to spend as much time as I would have liked just "hanging around" the hotel...because we were in New Orleans and there were so many other things to see and do. I definitely want to come back and intend to stay at this hotel again!!
"Great!!!"
Very nice accommodation, great location in the heart of the French quarter and very helpful staff! Have to recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to experience the real New Orleans. It's in walking distance of Jackson square and the French market, St.Louis cemetery and Louis Armstrong park.
