We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

    "Great Place"
An excellent large hotthe location, right on the riverNo complaints. The location, right on the river in the historic district is perfect. The staff were friendly and cheerful. Beds were outstanding. Not especially romantic if that's your thing.
    "Great hotel!"

    "Hotel ++"
A fine hotel ... located near the river side restaurants ... easy access to the city. I suggest the off / on trolly ride. The ride allows easy access to the city's historic sites. Food is very good ... delicates of the area and European flavor treates.
    "Convenient Location"
This hotel is right on River Street with easy access. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are nice but expensive. Then, parking is ridiculously expensive at $35 per day for valet parking, $16 per day for off-site self parking.
    "Perfect spot!"
What a great time we had. The experience was great from the valet service to check out. They had a nice happy hour, which was perfect after a day of touring. Our room was right on a corner with a view of the river and the River Walk. It was a short walk to the historic sites as well as our restaurants. Also, the house Chardonnay was very good, especially at happy hour prices.
    "Late Birthday Trip"
First time to Savannah a trip gifted to me by my BFF and we stayed at the Hyatt with a riverfront view. Awesome to see the ships come in to/from the river. The hotel bar was Great and the room was awesome. Beautiful city with great eateries and lots of history.
    "Amazing location!"
Fast and friendly checking in service and valet is great.... The check in at the front desk that is, so the check in by app is still not available as of Monday April 7th at 2:30am. Although, it does say it's available. Anyway, you really don't need it... it doesn't matter wait time you arrive, you won't miss this location! It's right next door to city hall, the building with a large gold dome on Bay street. Its modern looking with modern remodeling. Some exceptions, like the tub, closet doors and popcorn ceiling. Everything else seems to be new. Even the mini refrigerator and coffee pot are new. The closest supermarket was Parkers Market in walking distance it also has a gas station (See picture). and a CVS you will want to stock up on water and snacks.... the beds are super comfy with soft sheets, a down comforter and 3 firm pillows. The lighting is not very bright, but its its okay if you're over 40. Lol... we had an inside balcony view, so no natural night. That's okay, because who really stays inside after 10am in the morning anyway. I get up at 5:30am and out the doors by 7:00am. In Savannah in April the sun is still rising. For the Catholic's, St. John's the Baptist mass starts at 7:30am (8 minute walk from the Hyatt). Across the street from St. John's is a delicious waffle house that opens at 8 am ( I had a Southern Belle Waffle and a London Fog tea). There is so much to see in Savannah historical district and the Hyatt has the best location and customer service! I did not try the restaurant Moss & Oak at the Hyatt, but the reviews say it all. What I can say about the restaurant service is that I called the front desk for 2 plates, 2 silverware settings and a wine glass and I received all of it within 20 minutes. BTW, there is a liquor store next door to the Hyatt ( See picture). The Hyatt made my stay in Savannah very memorable and super easy to go in and out. Everyone is very friendly and helpful at the Hyatt. The valet parking overnight is $35 and well worth the fee. Very secure and fast service. If you're here to see Savannah, start at the visitor center first then the museum's. If you need a place to dine, check out my dinning reviews. I did lots in 3 days! I hope this helps!
"Best location and very clean hotel great staff"
Always a great stay at the Hyatt staff is the best always friendly hotel has great views on the river and city. Hotel is updated and super clean. Bathrooms are nice and large Walking distance to everything.
    "It’s all about the atmosphere!"
We just got lost in all of the artwork and other aesthetics. All the art was breathtaking. Our one complaint was that we had to kinda guess when the maid service was going to come. Other than that we had no complications at all.
    "Excellent Hotel"
Will definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. River view was amazing. Breakfast was also very delicious! Very close to everything that Savannah has to offer.
    "Great location"
Beautiful hotel. Traveled for business but so much to do and see if you have free-time! Recommend upgrading to a balcony room with a view and breakfasts. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.
    "River Street Property"
The hotel had great rooftop views of the river and was very clean. Perfect for families as the space of our suite was very accommodating for the kids. The amenities in the hotel were also great: indoor pool was perfect for weather rather rainy or hot.
    "Excellent"
Excellent location for the main attractions in Savannah. All within easy walking distance. The room we had overlooked the River walk (and according to the receptionist was the best in the hotel). Excellent breakfast.
    "Best trip this year"
We loved everything about this hotel! Chef Alyson and Tena made us feel at home! Nicole and Dave the Southern Gentleman at the CDesk treated us like family! I highly recommend this hotel and location!
"Great hotel and close to everything"
Really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency. It is right on the river walk and only a short walk from city dining, shopping, and fun. While at the hotel, be sure to say “hi” to Justin at the front desk: he has a great demeanor, and he helped me a couple of times during my stay.
    "Southern Belle"
We live in North Ga and are Grandparents. We took our 2 granddaughters 11&12 for Spring break. They were so amazed with the terrace and patio room. Met cousins there. A trip to remember. Usually hard to impress that age but they loved it!
    "Best of 3"
My fiancee and stayed 1 night at the Hotel Indigo, 1 night at the Hyatt Andaz, and 1 at the Hyatt Regency. We were trying to determine which hotel we liked best and which we'd recommend telling our guests for our upcoming wedding on 5/26/2019. After walking into the Hyatt Regency and greeted by a friendly staff, we changed our Memorial Day wedding plans to stay here rather than the Hotel Indigo. We liked all 3 hotels a lot, but this one was our favorite.
    "Great Hotel"
We stopped in savannah for an impromptu visit as we were traveling to Charleston. The staff was extremely kind and friendly! This hotel is in the heart of the River Street activities and restaurants. The garden balcony on the 4th floor was a perfect was to enjoy the river view to end the day! I would come back to this hotel next time I visit!
"Hotel staff was kind and helpful."
Hotel was beautifully appointed. Lovely views of the river from spacious comfortable lounges in lobby. Room was nice with a street view of historic district. Staff was terrific from the valet service ( Cameron was especially helpful), staff checking us in, housekeeping, staff checking us out, staff helping us take our bags out (Tequila- kind to us and our grandchildren). Welcoming hotel staff makes us want to return to Savannah. Friendly and kind people made an impression on us.
