"Exhale club stay"
We stayed the week between Xmas and New Years. We stayed in an exhale club Ocean view suite. This hotel was amazing. Everything is new and beautiful. The decor was nice. The bed very comfortable. The staff were really amazing. The poolside waiters and bartenders never stopped. This resort has something for every type of couple. The exhale club is a nice quiet pool to relax in. The middle pool has music and activities and the last pool has wild foam parties and is top optional. The food ranged from decent in the buffet (as expected at an all inclusive) to amazing at the hibachi pace called silk. Room service was decent and the brick oven pizza place at the party pool had a huge menu and everything was delicious. The drinks are big and strong. No watered down or Dixie cup drinks at this resort. We will be visiting this resort again.
"Beautiful resort"
Gorgeous hip decor. (W and Gansevoort like) Immaculate. We are staying at the Exhale club which is recommended just in case the music at the other pools are playing when you do not want it to be. This is not a crazy party place at all, so don't think twice if you're worried about too much of that vibe. The nice part is, is that if you wanted to go to the party pool, you can. The Exhale club pool is VIP quiet. The main middle pool is beautiful and has a normal amount of action but normal and expected. The far pool has a platform and DJ with dancers but only at selected times and days so not like it's crazy non stop. So much fun when they turn on the foam machines and music is going while watching the dancers. The crowd is a total mix of ages but of course still adults only. We're there with our 20 year olds and lots of fun. Food and presentation is beautiful and really good. Staff is great. Anyone who complained about the road into the resort has bigger problems than that. The whole bumpy road was 5 minutes and was something to have fun with. Resort 20 minutes from airport. We upgraded to a master suite once there and wasn't so much more expensive and worth it for us. Was like an apt and was nice to have when hanging with family. (Tub on our balcony and another one in the room). Beach is not too much more than a narrow strip. If beach is your whole vacation then this may be a reason not to go here.
"Amazing!"
I went with my sister and had a blast. The entire staff was outstanding. A young man named Luis on the "E Team" made each day fun, was full of energy, and it was so entertaining to watch him lead the daily activities and get everyone involved and excited(Water aerobics, dancing, stretching, and karaoke to name a few)!
"Vacation in Paradise!"
We went to Brand New Adult Luxury mid of December and had the best holidays ever! The place is gorgeous. The whole hotel is brand new, well thought through and super clean. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Every employee is super nice and always takes care that you are not missing anything. The food and the drinks are delicious! You have to try every single restaurant - Asian, French, Italian, Mexican, Asian, steakhouse, International buffet - the quality is amazing and the service perfect. The pool areas are great for party but also relaxing. The entertainment program is the best! The e-team (Luis, Ulises, Gibran, Karina, Miguel, Gustavo, Andres, Adrian, Verlain etc.) takes care that the guests have a great time in the resort - organizing dance sessions, foam parties, Aquaaerobics, pool games, Volley Ball, Water Volley Ball, and all kind of other games. They bring the good vibe into the resort. Also the bar team is doing an amazing job. Supplying everybody with the best drinks and always having a smile for their guests. Special thanks to Angel, Irving, Antonio, Cesar, Martin and Iljiana! We loved our holidays in paradise and would definitely love to go back some day! Thanks for a great time to everyone who made it so special.
"Great resort!"
We stayed in building 6 on our visit just a couple weeks ago. The rooms were great (that shower tho!), the grounds are beautiful and the staff was amazing! A big shout out to Edgar (we always saw him at the pools). He was everywhere....and went above and beyond for us and our group. It was my birthday the day after we arrived (thanks for the happy birthday sash and note/cake in our room when we arrived) and Edgar asked me how my birthday week was almost every time we saw him. He truly made our trip even more memorable! The pool events were fun and we enjoyed the foam parties. Wish the hot tubs were a bit warmer and opened later than midnight. The food in all restaurants was good though the dinners dragged out a little bit (count on a couple hours at each restaurant). Thanks for an awesome trip! We will be back!
"Exceptional service & entertainmnet"
I can't begin to express how much I miss the people and entertainment of this resort. I was initially reluctant to go, as I was traveling alone and am not a big partyer and the aesthetics of this resort didn't quite compare to those of others where I've stayed, but what this resort may not have in quality of beach and aesthetics it more than makes up in customer service and entertainment. I wouldn't have given up this past week for a thing - the people were just incredible, the shows, the talent, the acrobatics, the hip hop performances - it was like a Vegas-style show every night. I miss having everyone in my normal life tell me "what a pleasure" it is to serve me everyday :) The music is loud, but then again that's part of the fun of it, and I already miss the tunes! It wasn't so loud that it interfered with sleep/rest. This fabulous service was only surpassed by an even more amazing entertainment team (or E-Team). I SO miss these guys and gals - they were the joy of the week. Every morning I walked around to the sounds of them singing my name, everyday we had the pleasure of fun and silly activities with them from the amazing water aerobics to zumba to dance lessons to pictionary...they're playful, passionate, and a joy to be around. They've definitely burned a place in my heart. Too many to name by name, but among my favorites are Luis, Miguel (or Magic Mike), Gustavo, Ulyses, Cruz, Gabo, Gabriela, Karina, and Shakty...and my personal fav, Andres who was a jack of all trades whether he was running water aerobics or spinning some great tunes as DJ -- especially when the violin guy is accompanying! So hard to return to normal life after that...and the friendships I made there, also incredible! People I'll probably know for years to come. I'll never forget this awesome experience. As far as the food, the Steak and French restaurants were my favorites for dinner, there's a hibachi place you'll need reservations for the day before (3:30-4pm is the best time to reserve for the day before), and staff everywhere are amazing, but Miguel and Ruben at the French restaurant were my personal favorites. Lunch options were scarce, but the buffet is 24-hours and has a pretty wide variety of options. The weather in December was perfect, the foam party actually a lot of silly fun, I could go on and on...definitely recommend this place...
"Absolutely the BEST!"
Had the opportunity to visit this resort. Stunning doesn't even start to describe it! Three separate areas, easy access to all areas, amazing food, staff, POOLS...WOW..... Staff that truly want to make your stay the absolute best... Like FIDENCIO, you will find this wonderful man in THE SPOON, this would be your buffet area, open 24 hours a day. One of the best resort buffets I have seen. Crisp, fresh looks, huge variety. The sweet man greets us, seats us and makes sure we lack for NOTHING. Being a beach person, I didn't mind the issue they were having with seaweed, it's December... tides and water changes.... but, wow...sitting in the infinity pool looking out totally made up for it. There is nothing the resort or region can do about the water issues...... this is a top notch resort, second to none. Absolutely every staff, from Mangers down, were simply the best. There is no doubt I will be back in 2017!
"The best All Inclusive we've ever been to!!"
Gorgeous hotel. Rooms have comfortable beds, free WiFi, I-Pad. huge shower with rain shower heads. The food is delicious, the best we've ever had at an All-Inclusive. Drinks have a good amount of alcohol. Rooms are all close to the beach. The only downside we found is that the water here is not the beautiful turquoise water Cancun/Riviera Maya is known for. It has a quite a bit of sea weed that does come on the beach. They do rake it and clean it all day long, though. If you are not a big beach person, this is a wonderful resort.
"Our best vacation"
Went to the resort with 7 friends and had the time of our lives. Smooth from the check in to check out. Executive chef Erik Villar made our trip memorable and will definitely be returning because of him and the rest of the staff. Top shelf liquor ranging from grey goose, belvedere, kettle one, and if you don't like your choice of numerous Mexican beer you have the option of bud light. Food at the resort was the best I've had at any all inclusive. The entertainment was as any Vegas pool party. But if you don't enjoy party scene, there was pools to relax. Will definitely be returning ASAP!
"December Vacation"
Twenty minute from leaving the airport you arrive at party central. But first you you have you ride on there road that make the BQE seem smooth and not bumpy! The Mexican govt. arrested the workers and want payola to let the resorts complete the roadwork through the cypress swamp. Now to the Beach not a lot of it and the spot I used was rocky! The staff sweet, the food great tasting and the Tomahawk Steak stupendous! Foam Party simply awesome. The shows A OK and not to lengthy then you go upstairs to continue to party! Hated to leave the weather was just great even tho we never got a good sunset. The 35 person jacuzzi was a meeting place to meet and coordinate dates Michigan,Minnesota, and all Canada was there with a spattering of New Yorkers, Ridgewood, Great Neck, Syracuse and the Bronx was there all glad to be there! I booked Three excursions all were decent. My lady was quite satisfied and happy. Pools was nice with great parties and participation the schedule for events very organized. Hated leaving to return to home and the cold weather and snow!
"Took my breath away!"
From the resort to the entire staff and especially the entertainers of the resort were all exceptional. Luis and Mike and everyone turned it up every day with their high energy. There was never a dull moment, these guys know how to party and have a good time. They all gave us a party experience which was the main reason why my friend and I came to this resort. The food was great, the rooms were always clean, and the pools were breathtaking. We left with a wonderful memorable experience and plan to go back veryyy soon! :)
"Party at Brand New Adult Luxury"
This is definitely a party resort. And it is not just for the 20 or 30 somethings; I saw people of all ages enjoying this resort. I was only there for one evening event; but I did get a chance to walk the property and visit a room. Highly recommend this resort for a party beach vacation with friends or for solo travelers.
"Absolutely Amazing!"
Simply THE best vacation hotel ever visited!! The staff were over the top, the room was fantastic and always very clean. Willie at the Asian Rest. was incredible and will always try to remember your name. GREAT server...Book the Hibachi table the chef's are incredible, great show. My advise is to upgrade to the Xhale Club. The Kibbeh Restaurant as well as the quiet pools are exclusive to Xhale visitors only. The Kibbeh is arguably the best of all their restaurants, actually they're all very good, no complaints. The staff, Victor, Rodrigo, Miguel, Alejandro and the bartenders to name a few were there to assist and serve you, and always made you feel at home. Manny in his office at the Xhale pool will always look after you as well. The whole property is beautiful by day and especially at night.. We enjoyed the activities in the other pools, in fact spent most of our days in them, however it was always nice to have the opportunity to escape back to the Xhale section. AHHHH!! The pools and grounds make up for the beach. The beach is not the most inviting, especially because Negril our favorite go to in that regard, however the Brand New Adult Luxury more than made up for it in every other way. 5 STARS for us...
"Left us wanting more"
We are a 27 & 34yr old couple, staying for 11 nights in a swimout room. We absolutely loved this place. Real mix of people, couples, young and old, friendly groups, there is a real nice vibe about this place Beautiful brand spanking new resort. You walk along the beach comparing the other hotels and this one seriously tops them. Food is unreal especially the steak restaurant, 35oz tomahawk, t-bone and rib of beef, supposedly for sharing but u can have all to yourself! 3 different pools, chilled luxury, party party or a mix of the 2, awesome. Music is played everywhere all day and until late but we had no problem sleeping or finding a spot away from the noise, not sure why people complain about this, you should never have booked it! The staff are awesome, the night-time bar staff, namely Terio, Angel and Moses, these boys will ply you with every combination of drinks while you sit there sinking them, great cocktails and shots, great characters. The daytime entertainers, namely Verlain and Gus are hilarious and enthusiastic. Beach is man made in part but they have made the best of it, the sea looks pretty uninviting compared to cancun beach, don't come here if you are an avid beach lover, you'll be dissapointed. This doesn't prohibit the beach walks we undertake everyday, it's a nice stretch. Everything is super clean, finished really well, rooms are awesome, cleaned regularly & all the restaurants are top grade even the buffet has a great selection. These guys really looked after us, best holiday we've had, we will be back with a hoard of us to enjoy once again. Adios Amigos!
"A Vacation to Remember"
We had such an amazing experience at this resort, I highly recommend it to everyone! The resort itself was very clean and organized, yet there was always something fun going on! We were not bored for a single minute. Everything down to the staff was perfect, especially noting Hermain, Rafael, Carlos and Fedensio at the Spoon Restaurant. They were very attentive and made our trip extra special. Overall great experience!!!!
"Ultra fulfilling Mexican Riviera trip"
I really enjoyed my stay at breathless! This new swanky resort fulfilled all my needs. The food was excellent, the service was quality and the grounds are well-kept. Parties were amazing, the spa was to die for and second only the grand Wailea spa in Maui! I spent four nights at this resort and while some people claim that the music is too loud I think that earplugs would do the trick if you'd like to get to sleep early even if you're staying in a tropical view room. Definitely worth five stars. As a solo female traveler I found all of the guests, staff and the amenities very welcoming. Completely friendly atmosphere with a very posh side and every moment I felt special. Do it.
"Best resort!"
I visited this resort in December and stayed in a ocean master suite in the Xhale section. Overall I have to say the resort is amazing I was very sceptical at first after reading the reviews of people saying the resort is to loud etc! The staff go above and beyond and are happy to make your holiday that extra bit special. The music is different in each section but we found the energy middle pool was just right for us the people that moan about the music being to loud need to lighten up!! The food in every restaurant was amazing and the service received impeccable however the waiting times for food can sometimes can be a little slow. The rooms are beautiful our rooms were stocked up with towels twice a day and filled up daily with drinks and snacks and alcohol. Do not listen to any bad reviews go and enjoy yourself!!!
"Big surprise"
We booked this through cheap Caribbean's deal of fortune. When we received the name of the hotel seven days before the trip we looked at reviews and were very concerned. We are older and felt that this resort might only cater to young people. I am so glad that we took a chance. Only been here one day but it is beautiful. Yes there is music by the pools but it is very upbeat. All the staff seem happy and have been gracious and friendly. French restaurant food was delicious. Buffet was hot and varied, drinks always available. People of all ages. Having a great time. Will post again as the week goes on but having been to quite a few hotels in this area I feel that this is the best.
"Best Resort i've been to"
I stayed at the Brand New Adult Luxury for two weeks in November 2016 and I had an AMAZING time. First off, the resort is VERY clean and the people working there very friendly. If you stay at the energy pool and are lucky enough to have leticia as a waitress, your glass will never stay empty very long as you as you stay peacefully in your chair. Then you have the AMAZING E-team who will do anything in their power to make sure you have a good time. From water aerobics, beach volley, foam pool parties to poker, they do it all... The food is just excellent and with the number of restaurants available, you never grow bored of it. The room are spacious, the mini bar restocked every day and the cleaning crew makes a tremendous job at making them spotless every day. And for all of this, i will certainly come back in the future...:)
"SPectacular Property"
Brand New Adult Luxury is a beautiful new resort with stunning design and architecture. Upon arrival you will immediately feel that this resort is different. Right from the arrival greeting to check in to most everyone working there, you are greeted by friendly staff anxious to help you. The Mexican people could not have been nicer or more welcoming. The resort is divided into three distinct sections, ehale, very quiet and relaxed, the energy centre which seems to have something going on at all times and the xcelerate party zone, that during the day resembles a vegas pool party with everything going on (and more) you would expect. It does wingd up around 6pm though so one can have the nest of all worlds based on room category chosen. The hotel all inclusive really takes it to a new level interms of quality of food and beverage with all top shelf brands available at all bars. There is a International buffet, French, Italian, mediterranean , tapas and asian fusion restaurant. All seemed excellent. The service can be slow to get your food and sometimes seemed under staffed, but the food quality is unmatched for an all inclusive resort. The beach is narrow but nice and the meny pools and hot tubs are very well maintained as are the grounds. The rooms are big, modern,comfortable well appointed, with private tubs in the exhale section of every room.. This resort is new, the last bit of road is bumpy but im sure will be paved when area is completed. Breathless is abit away , about 30 min from downtown Cancun. But there really is no need to leave.
