We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

What Our Customers Are Saying

Written Review

"Suprisingly affordable and great."
Traveling with two kids so the heated pool was a real plus. Very affordable rate plus a nice breakfast bar that had something for everyone. The rooms were nicely furnished and super clean. The staff was polite and helpful. It was a great stay and we would come back here for sure.
"Very nice place"
Last minute booking and we were not dissapointed. Very nice place well located. Breakfast is very good. Nice heated pool. It was clean and well equiped with microwave and fridge. Room was nice and clean. Close to bleaches.
"Quaint Motel with exceptional service"
We stayed here for one night on our way to Boston Logan airport after driving highway 1 down the coast of Maine. Arrived around 7:30pm. The Motel does not have a business center but the front desk clerk was very helpful with printing our airline tickets. They have a laptop to use and print from. The room was quiet, very well kept and clean. Beds are very comfortable. We had a room on the first floor on the side of the building facing a side street. The Motel has an outdoor pool but we did not use it. Breakfast in the morning was your average Hotel/Motel continental breakfast items. Eggs, waffles, sausage, toast, muffins, cereal, juice etc. The breakfast attendant was also very nice and kept the area well stocked and clean. You had the option of dining inside or out on a deck. We chose to eat outside.
"Amazing place!"
We book this hotel and wasn't sure we made a good choice... But when we arrived, we were overwhelmed by our decision! First, the staff is kind and very helpfull. The place is REALLY clean and I know it's hard to keep a hotel clean when you are in high season. They understand how to do a little more for costumers by offering a great breakfast with a lot of choice and always putting items back. They are also offering cookies and lemon water around the day and night (my kids loved them)! We don't usually go back to the same place since we think that we have so much to see that we didn't see but we would come back to the Port Inn with no hesitation.
"summer vacation"
The staff is super friendly. The pool is warm and clean with great hours. The continental breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are clean and the mattresses are comfortable. The outside patio seating is nice for reading or relaxing. It has nice proximity to area shops and beaches.
"Tremendously helpful and conscientious staff"
Although this is laid out as a motel, it has clearly been renovated recently, and is attractive inside and out. The room was nice and well-equipped (although the power of the hair dryer left much to be desired). The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Most important, when I dropped a necklace in my room, the housekeeper found it, brought it to the desk, and they phoned me before I had even had time to notice it was missing. They sent it back to my home and it arrived almost before I did. Truly excellent service.
"Nice hotel"
Arrived on Saturday only to find they didn't have the exact room we book. The manager apologized that there had been a problem with the booking system, and handled the problem to our satisfaction! We got a king bed but I believe it was a handicapped assessable room but it did have a very large bathroom!! The hotel was very clean and modern and the breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold items. The pool was well maintained, and the staff was great. Another plus, they are on the trolley line. Had it not been for the room problem I would have given The Port Inn an excellent rating and will definitely recommend it.
"Good Room, Friendly Staff, Good Location"
Spend a few days here, wanted to be in close proximately to Kennebunkport. Hotel had nice spacious rooms, quiet rooms, a pool, friendly staff and a great rate. This is a higher quality than expected hotel considering the great rate we got. Free breakfast included, trolly stop right at the resort and was in good proximately to Wells, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Would be happy to stay here again.
"Truly delightful place to stay in a beautiful part of America"
My family and I stopped off in this stunning seaside town on the way back from a trip to Boston (to visit Thomasland) where we stayed at The Liberty Hotel. What an absolute joy and pleasure the Port Inn is. We came here thanks to the reviews on Trip Advisor and are so happy we did. The rooms are just right, the location perfect (a short drive to the beach, playgrounds, bars, restaurants and shops), a gorgeous swimming pool and the whole place is impeccable (it was removed recently). Most importantly, the customer service was incredible. We were given the same rate we found online (which was very cheap for such a stunning place) having phoned from the highway just an hour or so earlier. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and despite the fact that we (due to our unexpected extra night away from home) needed help with a few tricky requests, the lovely and charming host on reception helped way above and beyond one's normal expectations. She also gave us a brilliantly edited list of recommended restaurants to go with kids that turned out to be spot on. Our long planned trip was to Boston. But the best part was being in Kennebunk. I cannot recommend the Port Inn highly enough. We will definitely be back.
"Nice rooms, friendly staff."
The rooms and staff were very polite and helpful, the breakfast could have been just a little higher quality in the warm food department. The only major complaint that I have is the noise from other residents going by our ground level room, we were located in room 107 which is located by the entrance/exit to the parking areas, as folks would walk by they'd seem to congregate in that area and talk, sometimes loudly. Non-Staff would also smoke when walking by and even stand in that area smoking while our window was open allowing the smoke to enter our room.
"Couldn't recommend enough!"
Checked out of the Port Inn today. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff are lovely and can't do enough for you. It is in a nice peaceful part of Kennebunk, although the pool was next to a main road you never would have known it was so quiet. Close driving distance to restaurants and Kennebunkport. The rooms were decorated really nicely, the bed was like sleeping in cloud 9. The free breakfast was very good in the morning, plenty to choose from. Even hot items! Thank you for a lovely stay. We could recommend you enough.
"Off the beaten path during high tourist season"
I stayed here only one night on a business trip. I will definitely stay here again. While not on the main drag in Kennebunk, it is close to everything and quiet. The room was an efficiency with stovetop, microwave and fridge. The bed was comfortable and overall the room was efficiently laid out and clean.
"comfy mattress"
We stayed at the Port Inn June 3rd our room was comfortable the pillow and mattress were great. The breakfast was good as was the coffee. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Its location is close to all attractions. I would definitely stay here again
"Met expectations and above"
We were just looking for a nice, up-to-date, clean place to stay and felt fortunate to have found the Port Inn. The rate was reasonable, the staff very friendly without being overly friendly, the room was basically immaculate and the breakfast was more than expected. There were hot food options available above the Continental expectation. I understand the rates will go up in full season but one would certainly be happy at the Port Inn.
"Great stay"
Great motel that has been updated. Nice location for checking out the area. Not overly sized rooms because of an older type motel but very clean. Very quiet room. Great rates on priceline. The free breakfast is just ok. It's the normal waffles , fruit, cereal, scrambled eggs, toast. We liked where you park right in front of your room.Would definitely recommend this motel.
"Exceeded our expectations"
We stayed five nights at this hotel to thoroughly visit the surrounding areas of Kennebunkport, Portsmouth, NH and Portland, ME. We opted for the larger King Room Efficiency that was basically a kitchenette with a cook top, refrigerator, dish washer, and microwave, and comfy sofa. Although we really had no need for the kitchen amenities, it was nice to have them available. We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our room. The entire area is very well maintained, very good breakfast selection, and good pool area with plenty of seating. If we ever return to this area, the Port Inn would be our number one choice.
"Home away from home"
My wife and I, along with our two daughters, recently visited Maine for the first time, and we stayed at the Port Inn in Kennebunk. Our experience there was fantastic! The inn is affordable, comfortable, quiet and quaint, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfasts were as good if not better than any of the continental breakfasts we've enjoyed at comparable hotels! It truly was a home away from home for us while exploring beautiful Maine! I highly recommend it!
"Great inn"
My husband & I, along with two other couples stayed here recently on a pleasure trip. It was a great experience. The rooms were large & clean. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Chocolate chip cookies were great, as was made to order waffles for breakfast. Definitely plan to stay again.
"Nice, comfortable stay"
My boyfriend and I stayed here for my first trip to Maine. I was running the marathon in kennebunk and the Port Inn was in the perfect location. The room was clean and big! I would definitely recommend it. Easy drive to the coast. We walked to dinner one night which was nice also. Great stay.
"Great Stay"
Decided to try Kennebunk's Ascent (Choice Hotels Group) after staying at another facility in Lee, MA, last year. What a pleasant surprise! Being off-season, rates were low and it was not very busy. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating! Our room was spotless and everything worked! Great shower! Facility was walking distance to town with stores and restaurants easily reached in minutes. Bravo, Port Inn Kennebunk.....a well deserved 5 stars!
"Dog friendly"
We stayed twice at this hotel, both times during the off season. It is nicely appointed, beautiful grounds, choices regarding where to walk the dogs. We found it very quiet with comfortable beds and very clean. We will return.
"Dog Friendly"
The room was very large, comfortable and very clean. We had a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in the room. The location was very convenient to Kennebunkport and dog-friendly beaches. Would definitely stay again.
