We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

What Our Customers Are Saying

"Excellent Location - amazing service !!"
“We were in town for the Arnold Palmer Invitational and looked for a hotel, which is not too far from the Bay Hill Golf Club, since we would be working there as volunteers - so - I picked this hotel - and it was a perfect choice! Location great - and quiet - service excellent -…”
"The best by far"
“This is my absolute favorite place in town to stay. I will never stay anywhere else... the staff is great, the location is perfect... basically this is a perfect diamond in the middle of a great setting. If you don’t stay here it will be your loss.”
"Another great stay"
“Stayed at the Residence Inn same time last year. Thought we would return this year. We weren't disappointed. Lovely friendly staff at the reception checked us in. We had booked a 1 bed suite and we were surprised to find the furniture had been upgraded from last year. Very comfy sofa to relax on. Mattress a bit too soft for us was our only complaint. Choices at breakfast are excellent with a good selection of hot and cold items. Staff here are really lovely. Greeted us each morning asking how we were and handing out bottled water too. Nice touch. There is food / snacks with wine beer and soft drinks from Mon to Wed. Friendly Housekeeping staff were excellent in keeping the suite very clean . With no resort or parking fee this is a hotel we will return too.”
"Perfect for Universal!"
“This hotel is perfect if you are coming to Orlando and enjoy family time at the Parks! Its 2 miles from Universal and Sea World, and close to EVERYTHING ELSE! The Hotel is extremely well taken care by the Marriott crew and The General Manager here is just amazing (Tatiana)!!! Thank you for talking such good care of us!”
"Great Stay While Visiting Family"
“Steven at check-in was great. Upon check-in we were given a welcome back that included water and snacks. Steven was very hospitable making accommodations for us while we my fiancé and I came in to town to visit family and friends. We are very pleased with Stevens hospitality. Please recognize for his great guest services skills. Job well done thank you again Steven.”
"Superb Value"
“We stayed at this hotel for a single night and were really pleased. It was easy to find and whilst the car park was fairly full there was a space for us at 2130 when we arrived. Check in was really quick and the young lady was very helpful. The room was a 2 bed suite, which was clean and very spacious. I could actually have stayed here for my complete holiday. It isn't brand spanking new, but I paid £154 for a 2 bedroom suite that had to sleep 7. Nobody was cramped, and free good quality WiFi, so my kids were happy. We had breakfast there, and wow. Great food, loads of it and it just worked! We filled up on breakfast and hit Seaworld for the day without feeling hungry again. I will be back, and if you check my other reviews I am kind of picky, but this hotel just hit every button perfectly.
"Clean Clean Clean Well Managed.”"
“No bugs! Very attentive staff.......Very clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping. Hot breakfast buffet daily. Me and my children loved staying in the Residence Inn Orlando Convention Center location. The facility was very clean as well as our room. The staff was so friendly and we had no issues while staying there. When traveling on vacation, it is crucial to stay in a clean hotel where I can actually relax without incident, and Residence Inn fit the bill. Housekeeping staff was so awesome. She really kept our room clean and made sure all our needs were met. The halls, elevators, and dining area were very clean as well. I would enter from the side door and enjoyed the clean scent I would smell upon entering. Breakfast was hot and ready daily. Dining staff worked really hard to keep food items stocked and there was plenty each day for 2nd's if desired.”
"Very Nice hotel"
“Very nice hotel near Orange County Convention Center. We particularly liked the two room suite set up that closed off the bedroom from kitchen -living room area. We made use of the kitchenette and saved some money there eating lunch as we would have at home for pennies compared to a restaurant. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, friendly staff.”
"Business in Orlando"
“This was the first time I stayed at this hotel for business in Florida. I stayed at this hotel because of its close proximity to the Convention Center. It was reasonably priced and available. As I would expect for a hotel in Orlando, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They offered great recommendations for food of which some were within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. Ask them about the short cut through the other hotels parking lot to get to the restaurants. Residence Inns offer a buffet breakfast and the food was consistent compared to other Residence Inns that I have stayed at before. The rooms were very comfortable with good air conditioning! I used the gym which was small be sufficient. One of the memorable things was the team who cleaned the rooms. After the first cleaning, they made figures from towels and placed on the bed. It showed that the team has fun and enjoys working there. I look forward to staying there during the next Conference in Orlando. Good for families, business, couples or solo.
"Great location. Friendly staff"
“Jbates lifetime platinum member This Residence Inn have a great location. Sam at the front desk check me in with no problem and with a friendly smile. Luckily I got here at 7 right on time for the manager's reception with the free beer and wine. Lakeisha pour the best Shock Top beer I've ever had in my whole life. were very nice and pleasant. Made my day. After all this rain I was sad. But they made me happy especially with the free beer. LOL great property I recommend. Basically in the same parking lot as Bahama Breeze.”
"No Frills But Big On Convenience"
“Stayed here for MegaCon. I decided to bring my two beastie cats along with me as it's a short trip and paying for extended pet sitting over a holiday weekend would have been pricey as heck. Residence Inn is the only 'pet friendly' hotel that allowed cats when I contacted to confirm policies. (If you have allergies, maybe check the hotel websites. I booked a king suite for the stay. Like I said, this is a no frills kind of place, but I found it quite excellent, especially for the price. I paid half of what I paid last year to stay in a closer hotel, and I didn't have the pets along to warrant a fee. The suite was very roomy, the bed comfortable, and the layout very convenient for extended stays. Lots of desk space, drawers and closet space, and the kitchen was fully equipped and had new appliances including a fridge, stove with glass top range, microwave, and a dishwasher. Everything you need for cooking at the home base is included, and there is an island for two to eat at. Couch with oversize footstool and a small table in addition to an end table. Really liked all the power outlets and usb ports in the suite, they came in super handy. Bathroom was clean and functional, and ample towels and washcloths are provided. The cats were thrilled with the window sills. Seriously, couldn't get them out of there, they loved the perch, and spent most of their time staring at the parking lot and the palm trees blowing. Dorks. There are trolley stops in front of the hotel that allow you to keep your car parked and traverse the sights up and down International Drive. I did walk once to the West Concourse of the Convention Center within about 20-25 minutes. I have a bad back, though, so if you walk faster than a waddle you could probably make better time. Icon Orlando area is just a short walk from the property as well. Staff is very good at general cleanup in the public areas. Case in point, when I ran my bags down to the car the night before checkout, RIGHT as the doors closed on the elevator, I saw my keycard keeper had fallen on the hallway floor. I made a mental note to pick it up when I got back up to the floor but it was already disposed of within the couple minutes it took me to get in and out of the car and back up again. All in all a great stay. I have zero complaints, and if I visit that area again, I'll be looking at the Residence Inn first and foremost.”
"Home away from home"
“This hotel is amazing! We have stayed here several times when my husband works in the area. I cannot give enough praise!!!!! The staff here goes above and beyond to make your stay as great as possible but they also give you plenty of privacy. The work area is wonderful for my husband since he needs to print things sometimes and the meals and breakfast are awesome (kitchen area is super clean)..The room has always been perfectly clean and well stocked for simple meal preps. The only negative is that the furnishings are getting dated and the rooms need a few new spruce up color touches but the beds are super comfortable. The pool area chairs are great but the cushions also need some updates. Pool towels are small. I would recommend this hotel over and over and over. Super convenient to so many wonderful places you can walk - works wonderful for me when my husband has the car while working.”
"Clean hotel great breakfast"
“There for 6 nights. Nice staff free coffee and breakfast. Close to all theme parks. Free dinner and drinks Mon-Wed. What more can you ask for when you have young children who can't last all day in a theme park.”
"Very Accomodating to dogs"
“This property is our "go to" spot when we travel for the Royal Canin National Championship dog show. It is very convenient to the convention center and to great places to eat and drink after the show. The rooms are super comfortable and the staff is superb”
"Happy First Impression!"
“This was my first stay at a Residence Inn after receiving a recommendation from my niece who lives in Arizona. Hotel is located on Universal Boulevard near the Orange County Convention Center and one block east of International Drive where shops and restaurants abound. The lobby was bright and airy. Check in was smooth and uneventful by a front desk agent with a nice British (?) accent who welcomed me as a Marriott Rewards member, was very professional and provided a parking pass. Check with front desk about free local shuttle transportation if interested. Our suite was very clean, spacious and felt like home with two flat screen TVs, desk with ergonomic chair and table with two chairs (see pics). Bed was clean, comfortable and we fell asleep as soon as our heads touched the pillows. All of my special requests were honored. Towel sculptures were a nice touch. Thermostat was easy to use and adjust for heat and a/c. All appliances including stainless steel dishwasher, full refrigerator and cook-top oven looked brand new, were quiet and worked fine. Dishware for four were provided. Our suite was very clean, spacious and felt like home. The floor was spotless and passed my 'footies' test. That housekeeping staff is on the ball. Room amenities such as Paul Mitchell products, were very nice. During the 6pm reception beverages included ice water, Pepsi products, ice cold tap beer, Oak Leaf red and white wines such as Sweet Red, Cab Sav, Merlot, chilled Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. Reception menu included variety cheeses, crackers, cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, and spinach dip. Breakfast starts at 6:30am and hot breakfast included waffles with optional whip cream and other flavored toppings, scrambled eggs, Andouille sausage, veggie scramble, oatmeal, coffee and tea. Other breakfast items were bread for toasting, bagels, cinnamon pastries, flavored syrups, boiled eggs, juices, packaged coco, yogurt and fresh fruit. The breakfast/evening reception area has small flat screen TVs for private use at several booths around the room. Kudos to Tatiana who constantly kept the breakfast/evening reception food items stocked and table and serving areas clean. The few hiccups were seeing tiny sugar ants around a saucer on the counter near the fruit infused water dispenser kept in the lobby and within some of the napkins during the evening reception. Also, some rust underneath the last rung of the metal bathtub towel bar rubbed off on my towel.I did complain to the front desk staff. They profusely apologized and took care of the problem immediately. I was rewarded by a manager, Gina, who thanked me for reporting the problem and who posted bonus Marriott Rewards points to my account. Now that's a hotel that wants to maintain and increase customer loyalty! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will definitely return and would recommend to others for business, leisure, vacations and/or stay-cations. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay and planning to stay at another RI during our upcoming trips to Indiana and Arizona.”
