"Great stay even for one nite"
Room was very nice especially the shower with the light in it beds sleep very well and the overall design of room very comfortable . I was in town for medical reasons and these hotel is close enough to were I was going to be. The continental breakfast was set up and going on time.
"Staff"
3 star hotel, 5 star staff!!! I can't say enough about how sincerely friendly and helpful the staff are! My wife broke her hip and was on a walker. Tina (?) from housekeeping helped her get her breakfast and made sure she was taken care of well. Service from staff is over the top!! To the GM thank your staff for making you look good!!

Room was nice. Beds and pillows were awesome after a long day. Lady that helps with breakfast was fun to talk to and made sure that we had what we needed. Would stay again. Hotel was a little hard to find.
"Nice stay"
Clean room clean hotel . Bed a little to hard for my taste . But over all a nice stay great breakfast and nice people . Very nice workers /staff . I would stay again nice lady that fixed our waffle for breakfast. They had wifi but it only worked when I went down to the first floor . I think I was just too far away on the 3rd floor.
"Friendliest Staff I Have Ever Encountered"
My wife and I visit the Mt. Pleasant and Charleston area every year to have a romantic getaway and celebrate our anniversary. This time we chose Sleep Inn. As we entered the drive into the hotel I noticed the hotel is somewhat secluded which meant it is very quiet. Check in was easy and fast and the front counter girl was full of smiles and very warming. We were first checked into a room with a queen bed but within minutes after getting into the room there was a knock on the door. The front desk girl said she was upgrading us to a larger room for our anniversary. The room she gave us was huge with a king size bed, a TV viewing area with a large flat screen HD TV. The bathroom contained a garden tub big enough for two and a separate shower big enough for three people. The room was clean and modern with a comfortable bed and pillows. What I noticed most about the hotel was the staff was extremely friendly including the housekeeping group. This is one of the friendly hotel staffs I have ever had the pleasure to experience. Breakfast the next morning was free but disappointing due to the meager selections. I prefer eggs as part of my breakfast but none was offered. If in the area of Mt. Pleasant I highly recommend this hotel just because of the friendly staff.
"Great Budget Hotel"
The staff are friendly and caring. The cleanliness is very good, and the breakfast has many choices. Coffee available all day, fee free computer and printer for business. I would absolutely stay again.
"Just 10 minutes to downtown Charleston"
Front desk (Denise) very helpful checking us in and was able to extend our checkout to later in the day to catch a late flight. Was able to use computer in lobby to printout directions to area sights and airport,great breakfast selection.
"Great hotel for a one night stop over"
My wife and I were staying a week in Myrtle Beach and we had a wedding in Charleston. We booked one night here the night of the wedding. the hotel was clean, relaxing and offered a free breakfast Would stay here again.
"First time stay"
We'd never stayed at this brand of hotel before and were pleasantly surprised at the nice facility. Although it rained the whole time we were in the Charleston area our hotel was a good place for us to stay. Our room was a nice size and had a shower only, which is okay with us. We had a fridge and MW which is nice. I thought the bed was very comfy. Denise helped me when I checked in and was so friendly and helpful. The other front desk folks were all nice and helpful too. The gal in the breakfast room was very friendly and cooked your waffle for you if she wasn't too busy with her other work. Breakfast was fine,too. Hubby thought the biscuts and hearty meaty gravy was great. I liked the grapes, yogurt and waffle, too.
"Pleasantly surprised in Mount Pleasant"
This hotel was quite nice. I was here on Business and had to choose it because my company has preferred places mostly due to cost. So when I had this approved I figured it would look and feel like a low budget place. It was the total opposite. I was more than pleased. The front desk and breakfast women wre ver helpful and pleasant
"Great location, great hotel"
Stayed 3 nights recently. I was greeted at the front desk by Deborah who immediately became my tour guide. She was great with directions and information on all the places I wanted to visit. Hotel was clean, room cleaned spotless daily, breakfast was plentiful. This hotel is quiet and in a great location, 3 minutes from Patriots Point and less than 15 minutes from anywhere in Charleston. Already planning another trip back there next year

loved the shower in our room very spacious loved our room staff was very friendly breakfast was a little lacking but other then that very nice room was always clean they let us check in way early just all in all a great place to stay
"Very nice hotel"
This is a very nice hotel, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. It is located in a quiet area but a very short walk away from the Pier and Patriots Park and the river taxi. The room I stayed in was clean and the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was clean. Breakfast was nice, and was kept fresh.

Great location, less than a quarter mile from a beautiful peir and park. A very short distance from downtown Charleston. Breakfast is good but nothing extravagant. The hotel is a little dated but the staff is very pleasant. Beautiful outdoor pool.
"My first time staying at a Sleep Inn"
This Sleep Inn is nice! We received a professional and courteous welcome. It was located off the main highway, for serenity, yet in the middle of everything. Our room 112 was clean, decorated nicely and comfortable.The bed was perfect and plenty of quality pillows too. The shower stall was extra large and new. The pool was small but looked new. The rooms and quality amenities and overall service can't be beat! The breakfast was very good, especially for FREE. I'm pretty picky about where I stay so for the price and location, I would stay here again without question. Oh and I felt very safe here. Good part of town.
"good place to stay when visiting Charleston"
Spent 3 days here while visiting Charleston, SC. Great location for a visit. About 3 miles from historic downtown, about 2 miles from Patriot Point and Ft. Sumter. Lots of good resturants on the river nearby. Easy access to interstate, quiet and very friendly staff. An older Sleep Inn that has been refurbished. Very clean and just your basic Sleep Inn.
"Great Location, Good Price"
The hotel is tucked away behind some other hotels, so a little hard to find, but well worth seeking out. The hotel is only about 10 minutes from downtown Charleston which is a nice perk. They are several very nice dining options close to the hotel such as Graze, Liberty Tap Room and for breakfast Blend Juice Bar. They do offer a small breakfast as well.

Very clean room,, ten minute drive to the center of Charleston, the black woman who runs the cont. breakfast is the best at her job, the staff was very accommodating to our needs, my wife and I will spread the word on this Sleep Inn Location...
"Sleep In Mt Pleasant"
I had been staying at another hotel in the chain of "Choice hotels" very close by and had become extremely disappointed from the service and accommodations and finally had enough, so I decided to give this Sleep In a try and not only were they less than the other chain, their accommodations were very good..i was very satisfied with my stay and I will be staying in the future visits to Charleston, they are located right across the bridge to Mt Pleasant very close to downtown food and shopping.

The best location you could fine. The staff was friendly and helpful; made our stay more pleasant. The rooms were large, clean and well appointed. Beds had tons of pillows and were very comfortable. Parking was easy and the grounds were nice.

Every member of the staff is super nice, very welcoming and accommodating. This is a Very clean hotel on the inside and out. Convenient to everything whether you want to fish the pier, go out to eat or go shopping. Can't go wrong with a stay at this hotel!
"Hospitality at front desk at Sleep Inn, Mt. Pleasant,SC was outstanding."
Denise , at the front desk , took customer service to a new level. She was so helpful and while checking in multi tasked unlike anyone I've ever seen all the while making us feel so welcome. She was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond what any other desk staff did. If Denise exemplifies what southern hospitality is all about, I can't wait to come back to this Sleep Inn. The breakfast was pretty decent thanks to Robin. Sleep Inn was Much better all the way around than I expected. Will book there again.
"Hidden Gem"
The hotel was hard to find. But when we stopped for new directions, the place was well-known locally. When we arrived we were rewarded with friendly staff at the front desk and kitchen, a lovely well appointed room, a tasty breakfast that had lots of options and helpful information on local activities.
"Bridge Run Stay"
Weekend visit for the annual bridge run provides easy access to downtown Charleston and Hwy 17. The staff were friendly and even provided a spaghetti dinner for the patrons the night before the big race. The morning of the race they offered granola and protein bars along with bottles of water and fruit for the guests. Clean rooms and a must stay for the next year's run.
"Great place and Staff is awesome"
We stayed here prior to boarding a ship for a cruise. The facility is clean, good breakfast and the staff and Mgr. just go out of their way to make sure your stay is a pleasant one. Breakfast was good also.
"Recommend"
We cruised out of Charleston and stayed here for a couple nights beforehand. They allowed us to leave our car there during our cruise so this was a good option for us. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I'd not hesitate to stay here again.
"Good exploration base"
This hotel was reasonably priced, in quiet location at the north end of the bridge. Rooms were nice and clean, staff were friendly and helpful, even a offering warm, freshly baked cookies to guests. Good place to explore Charleston from.. also, walk to fishing pier under bridge. Pretty place.
