"Excellent Customer Service (again)"
“I don't write many reviews, as most of my hotel stays range between "average and expected." I just wrote a very similar review for a hotel in Pembroke Pines (Miami), and felt compelled to write another, as the service I received at this property was also exceptional. The hotel itself is a Marriott Cat 4 property (with an average rating of 4.1); the other 2 surrounding Marriott properties average a slightly higher 4.3 - but the difference is negligible, and the properties offer reciprocal amenities (you can use all facilities at all 3 hotels). A special recognition to William (check-in, and a very nice upgrade to a Studio King) and Scott (offered a 2 p.m. check-out with no issues, despite hotel being at, or very near, 100% capacity); Spring Break in Florida is Nuckin Futs! Breakfast buffet was great (and they offer an easy "traffic-light" color code to tell you the best time range to avoid the biggest crowd. 0630-0745 is Green; 0745-0830 is Yellow; 0830-0930 (I hope you guessed Red). I went at 0730 and there were about 40 people down there, but the space is large, plenty of food (both sides the same with 2 large pans of eggs, 1 pan Turkey sausage, 1 pan Pork sausage, fruit and yogurt on each side). Plenty of seating and the buffet area and tables were very clean. Large coffee station outside the restaurant (in lobby), and more inside for breakfast. Any reasonable, well-traveled person can't ask for more. As stated in my Fairfield Inn (Miami) review, as an elite member for both Marriott and Hilton, I've certainly come to enjoy (and expect) certain amenities and treatment; but if you're the type of person that complains about every little detail, and expects to be pampered like you're at the Ritz-Carlton (when you're paying for a Courtyard), then either stop traveling or re-evaluate your priorities in life...”

“Our stay at Spring Hill Suites was great. The staff all around were pleasant and helpful. Michelle Y did an awesome job going above and beyond to assist us and make us feel comfortable. I’d highly recommend SHS and specifically the Lake Buena Vista location.

“This was a hotell where everything just worked. Easy welcome and check-in, spacious room, two TVs with Netflix (very appreciated by our children), large breakfast and an overall luxurious feeling. The staff were helpful and nice at all times. Extra points for the ability to use the pool area of the neighbouring hotels in the same complex. It's a shame we didn't get more time to use them, they look awesome. The one thing I'd that could be improved would be the addition of a safety box in the room. I'm not sure if the price we got was a happy conincidence or not, but if this is the regular rate I'll choose this hotel for every stay. The value for money was incredible.”

“This was a very nice hotel and our stay was exceptional!! It first started with checkin, Ciara was our customer service agent and she as so friendly and full of information to help with getting the max of our stay. I can not say enough great things about her, she should be rewarded for a job well done. The breakfast was awesome as well, even at peak times there was plenty of food, the line was kept clean and the sitting area was clean as well. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were at a great temperature at all time, spacious, clean and well kept. All in all I would stay at this location again and again. It was also close to everything, disney, disney springs, camping world stadium etc. No problems at all with location. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for such a great stay!!”

“We visited 1/2 to 1/6, was greeted at check-in by Valerie, who was extremely nice. The room was very clean, nicely updated and close to many things we normally do not get to visit when we stay in the Orlando area because we tend to stay on Disney property (this may change due to the way we were treated here). The room prices were very reasonable, around $100 a night. Breakfast was your typical Marriott spread, if you're familiar, you'll understand and know what to expect. I was very aware of the $15 a day parking fee, but was only charged $10 per day, which was a nice gesture (I didn't even ask!). Very nice stay with my 2 boys, we had a good time visiting Disney.”

“The hotel had everything. Nice appeal on entry, fresh clean look and carpets. Decent sized rooms and free breakfast buffet.. ok parking may be tight especially late at night but you can still find a space after seachibg a while. I'd recommend it if visting the Orlando area.”

"Our baby loved the Place"
This is a place you cannot regret staying. We really liked it. The rooms are very spacious, shower excellent, pool is nice... I mean... everything is quite good and the price is very reasonable. We traveled with a 1 year old baby and he just loved the playground with soft rubber flooring between the 3 hotels. Distance from Disney, Outlets and Walmart is short. Parking at 10box is nothing compared to other cities like Miami where we paired 40USD or NY where we payed 80+. The breakfast was good for USA standards and the best is that it starts really early so we as early birds loved it!

“So I normally am not a fan of chain hotels - especially family oriented ones near Disney - but this hotel really impressed me considering the price per night. The room was clean and spacious, free internet, a "computer" area with free printing, nice front desk folks and a decent pool from what it looked like from the room. The real highlight of the stay was the BREAKFAST! Seriously - I would stay here again if I had kiddos just to save $$ on a big meal. The breakfast was better than the foo-foo conference food I had access to and I always made it a priority to visit in the morning. Well done, especially for a hotel. If you are a sleeper, make sure to get up for the breakfast buffet.”

“I loved my stay at the SpringHill Suites. First, checking in was an amazing experience. The girl who helped me was so helpful in changing my room to be closer to my family. She also provided me some fun facts about Disney and the surrounding area. Second, my room was huge and perfect. There were two TVs, and I was able to access my Netflix account. The fridge was helpful for bringing cold water to the parks, and the coffee maker was perfect for quick coffee in the morning. Also, the breakfast was delicious and provided everything you could ever want for breakfast - from eggs to mickey waffles and AMAZING coffee. Good coffee is hard to come by in hotels, and this was the best!”

“Great location, just off I4 at Disney Springs. Check-in hassle free, staff very welcoming and helpful. Even though only 2 of us, room would have slept 6 comfortably. Clean, modern room and hotel had great facilities not only in this building, but also in surrounding properties. Breakfast was included in our room rate, and this didn’t disappoint! Excellent choice from fruit and yogurts, to scrambled eggs, muffins and assorted breads! Great place to stay, would definitely recommend and stay again.”

“Beautiful hotel located minutes from Disney World. This hotel is one of 3 in the Marriott Village offering the Marriott standard of accommodations, added ammentities and some Disney extras. Each room is outfitted with up to date and super clean decor as well as kitchenettes. There are even laundry rooms in the hotel so that you may keep up with laundry while on vacation if you please. Enjoy pool hopping within the marriott village, playground for the Littles, an outstanding complimentary hot breakfast (with Mickey Waffles!), conveniences like in room smart TVs and an in hotel concierge/tour desk! SpringHill also offers limited transfers to the Disney Parks or you are welcome to travel anywhere in the area yourself of course!”

“Very nice hotel, the room was nice, the breakfast was simple but good. The pool was very nice, i definitely would stay again. You are able to use the other pools in the marriott village. And there are restaurants on site you can easily walk to.”
