"Loved the decor"
Felt like we were in a lodge in the mountains. The decor was so pretty and comfortable. There is hickory everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hot coffee all day long. The fire pits on the porch with the rocking chairs were perfect. Only a few minor inconveniences; we ran out of body wash and TP, but they did replenish when we asked.

Gina "Lil Grandma" at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was nice. There were great decorations and cool fire pits outside. The breakfast was good with a variety of food. I will go back and play at the outdoor pool!

This was a sort of last minute weekend getaway, but we were not disappointed! The room had a private balcony, fridge, microwave, and a beautiful shower. The lobby is very warm and inviting. Shelbie and Michelle were so nice and friendly. The indoor hot tub was nice too after a long day of driving. Nice mountain views too. Will definitely be back!

This lodge is an exceptional value. The decorations are Appalachian, the rooms are sparkly clean. The water is hot. The hospitality is top-notch. Pancake house and wine/liquor store are in the the same parking lot. The bed was very comfortable and warm. And there is a back door path to Rocky Top Sports World, so that you can avoid the parkway.

My family stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience! The staff was so kind, and took the time to play peek-a-boo with my 2 year old! The rooms were clean, and comfortable. My kids loved the indoor pool and free cookies! We would definitely stay again!
