Was our first stay at this hotel but was super excited when we got there. It is right across the stree from the outlet mall. My husband said I planned that but I really didn't. lol Hotel very modern and just wonderful.

"Hidden Gem at a great price and location"
Our first and hopefully not our last here! Kim at the front desk is amazingly helpful and nice. She went above and beyond for us. The hotel is just beautiful. Rooms are super quiet and very clean. Great breakfast area and indoor fireplace. Outdoor firepit is lovely. Fresh cookies and apple cider in the afternoon are a welcome treat. If you are in Pigeon Forge, don't miss this great place!

First time staying and will definitely be back, we went for a long weekend with our 6yo and she loved the place as well. Michelle at the Front desk was very helpful giving information for family fun ideas for us.

We were delighted when we saw our king room....sparkling clean, fireplace, loads of plush towels, hair dryer, iron, microwave.....they thought of everything. The complimentary breakfast was hot and delicious. Freshly baked cookies every afternoon at 3:00 pm. What more can you ask for? We will definitely return to this splendid hotel.
"Valentine?s weekend getaway"
My wife and I took a 3 day weekend trip for Valentine?s Day and this hotel was perfect . It was a 10/10 from the time we checked in until checkout. The rooms were extra nice and super clean . The hardwood floors were nice and clean and better than carpet like most hotels which are nasty and dirty. The beds were the most comfortable bed I?ve ever had at any hotel . The staff was courteous and friendly and willing to make your stay enjoyable. The free hot breakfast was very good . I will definitely stay here from now on when I visit Pigeon Forge again. Also this hotel has many shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
