"What an expierence!!!"
What a great place to stay would recommend to anybody that asks about Branson. We were caught in a snow and ice storm the first of December. Everybody from front desk to the restaurant were just great. Thanks for the experience.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms had nice low lighting and we didn't hear anyone next to us. The staff gets a 5 star on politeness. The free breakfast was great to. No complaints here. I highly recommend
"Best Hotel ever!!!!"
Excellent rating is not good enough for the Clarion! I was in Branson late week with a travel group when the ice/snow storm hit! We were not able to get the motor coach out of the parking lot and choose to stay an extra night - mainly for the safety of the passengers - sure didn't want to be out on the road with the conditions as they were! The Clarion is lucky to have a wonderful and dedicated maintenance person, Juan, on staff! He was fantastic and worked very hard for the two days of the storm that we were there to be sure everything was cleared as much as possible! The snow was coming down faster than he could shovel - but believe me - he was out there working to get it cleared and he always had a smile on his face! Tim Dent, hotel manager, was there to lend a hand when needed, also Sharon and Kathy were always ready and willing to help us with anything we needed. We were very well taken care of during our extended stay! I feel that everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to make us at home! I know that there were several others behind the scene that I have not mentioned - so all I can say is all the staff were great!!! I highly recommend the Clarion Hotel at the Palace when you are in Branson and I know that I will stay with them on future trips!

Can't say enough good things about the hotel accommodations. Staff went above & beyond for our group. Buckingham Restaurant was outstanding. Rooms were very clean & comfortable. Would recommend to anyone going to Branson. I had the best time ever on a bus trip.
"A happy surprise."
I was recently on a bus trip to Branson. When I found out we were staying in the Clarion I was very leery because the Clarion here and at the Amanas has really gone down hill. I did then check trip advisor and was a bit relieved to find good reviews. This Clarion is well located, VERY clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms very nice with a cute little balcony we used until the cold front and ice came in. The bar was pleasant and comfortable. The only thing I would change is to have the indoor hall to the breakfast area open when it is cold or rainy and to put a notice in the hall to notify the customers. The breakfast was very good with a fairly good selection. I would suggest however is to very the meat (bacon every day...though they get kudos for it being crisp and non greasy). When our bus was stuck in their lot because of the ice storm the had a contractor come in for plowing and salting. Great job. Will be more than happy to recommend you to friends and family.
"Love The Balcony"
This was our first time staying at this property, and we had a great time. I was a little nervous about what i had seen as far as their reviews online go. Some of them are not that great. I had reserved a double queen in the main building and with a balcony. unlike a lot of the reviews I've seen,THEY ACTUALLY GRANTED MY REQUEST!! The Room was very clean & spacious. Most of all I LOVED the Balcony. The Lobby area was all decorated for Christmas, Big Beautiful Christmas tree and all. Check in & check out was fast. And the staff was friendly, professional. Breakfast was the biggest and best I've had so far in my travels with choice properties. The pool area was a little out dated but still served its purpose. Next time i am in Branson i will consider this property as an option again.
"Great place to stay!!"
I went to Branson for a weekend getaway after Thanksgiving with my husband. This was our first visit to Branson and we loved it. The Clarion is a very nice hotel and the staff was incredible! We arrived around noon but our reservations stated we couldn't check in until 4pm, but checking in before 4pm was no problem at all for us. The breakfast is fabulous as well as the serving staff, great people to talk with!!! The beds & pillows were nice and soft and the room was very clean and smelled nice. This hotel is a must stay if you visit Branson!
"Family weekend"
Hotel staff was very friendly, Continental Breakfast was a very good hot breakfast not just cereal! The restaurant is kind of pricey but the food was excellent and the staff was great. The rooms were over $100 but when you include the continental breakfast and the comfortable rooms and great bed it was worth the money. I would stay at the Clarion again.
"Great place to stay"
My husband had his Army reunion at this hotel this Summer and we had a great time! The front desk staff was very helpful, the room was great and very clean. Joe Cuna is the manager of the room we had available for out reunion and he and his staff couldn't have been any better. The food they provided was terrific and someone was always there if we needed anything. Joe even put together a DVD of pictures he took during our stay. One of the best reunions we've ever had! If you're in Branson this is a great place to stay!
"1st. trip to Branson"
This was our first trip to Branson and brought my granddaughter , we chose the Clarion because of the reviews from tripadvisor plus I belong to Choice rewards , this place was great from the staff to the room with a view , the large swimming pool the excellent breakfast buffet , we stayed 3 nights and enjoyed everyday Branson has a lot to see and do and this hotel was in the center of it all
"So happy to stay at the Clarion at the Palace !!"
So happy that on the average of 8 to 10 trips to Branson in a year, we ALWAYS stay here in the very same room - a king leisure suite. The management and staff are so accommodating always greeting us and glad to see us back. As a matter of fact, if for any reason we couldn't stay here, unless it was some kind of emergency, we would probably stay home. The suite we now stay in actually has a connecting door to a king room next door, and that room connects to another room on the other side. Makes it really nice when we've taken family or friends up with us. Worked great when we took the grand daughters for spring break this year. They had their space and we had ours. Rooms are very comfortable, different choices in rooms for singles, couples or families, balconies; a large and small family unit- w/2 beds/2 baths each (large even has a utility room w/washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen). There is a penthouse floor (only 6 rooms) for adults that want something a little special. (Key cards are required for that floor). It is so quiet and has a beautiful view out the large windows at the back of the hotel. Buckingham's has wonderful food from burgers to steaks and seafood.. The breakfast buffet is HUGE with lots of choices for everyone and complementary. Treat yourself to the Clarion at the Palace in Branson !!!!!!!!!! We've been doing it for about the last 20 yrs. It is located right in the middle of 76 Country Boulevard w/loads of shopping and theaters.
"Great time"
We also went to an Army reunion at the Clarion and I agree with Kae S. They couldn't have been any more accommodating. The staff went above and beyond what I would have expected. We had access to a private room just for the veterans that were there for the reunion at any time of day or night, and the guys didn't feel like they were put "on display" like I have seen in other situations. It was a long drive, but we'd go back.
"Fabulous Hotel"
Every year a group of ladies and I go to Branson for or yearly trip and we stay at the Clarion in Branson and they are fabulous! The rooms are clean as well as the bathrooms and smell great. The service is awesome and we have stayed at other estabishements and we always return to Clarion, it's our favorite. The pools indoors and out are always nice and clean. Hotel is top notch and the price is good.
"Great hotel"
We had my husband's Army Reunion at the Clarion in Branson and had a wonderful time! Joe Cuna and his staff made everything absolutely terrific in the meeting rooms. The rooms were great, the staff was friendly and the restaurant, Buckingham's, was exceptional. We will definitely be coming back again and again. If you're in Branson, this is the place to stay!
"Wonderful stay in Branson"
For once I can say the pictures on the web match the hotel in person! The entire hotel was clean and kept up very nicley. The staff that work there are so friendly, really made you feel welcome. We had a room on the 4th floor with a balcony and a view of the strip. Very, very nice would stay over and over again! Clean room, great breakfast, enjoyed the pools, great staff...what more could you ask for!

My daughter and I took a last-minute vacation to Branson and didn't make reservations. We stayed at the Clarion when we took our last vacation to Branson five years ago, but as we drove down Highway 76 past the Clarion we stopped at a lodge located next to the bumper boats, go karts, and frozen custard place to see if they had rooms. While we were asking about rooms, the receptionist made a phone call to housekeeping to ask about available rooms and began discussing complaints she had from customers about the rooms not being clean. My daughter and I looked at each other and, after the receptionist got off the phone, told her we would not staying. We got in the car and headed straight to a place we knew we could count on: Clarion Hotel at the Palace. We were greeted at the Clarion by Robert. We told him about staying at the Clarion five years ago and how my daughter liked the room because it had a balcony overlooking Highway 76. After looking through his available rooms, Robert asked if we would like the same type room this time. My daughter said yes, so we got a room for two nights with a balcony facing Highway 76. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We love the Clarion's location because it is in the heart of Branson, which makes for easy access to food and entertainment by foot or by car. We also took advantage of the free hot breakfast buffet the second morning and it was very good. The next time we go to Branson, we won't waste our time looking at other accommodations. We will make our reservations at the Clarion knowing we will have a clean room and an excellent stay.
"Clean and Friendly"
One of the nicer hotels in Branson for the money. The staff are very friendly and helpful, asking several times if there was anything else we needed. We were there at a reunion so our group received block rate on rooms. The pool is spacious and well kept. The attached restaurant does a great job with food. Nice place to stay but learn the back roads and avoid the Hwy 76 traffic to make your stay more fun. The lobby has maps.

Family of four, pool was great, staff was very helpful and polite, free breakfast staff guy went out of his way to make sure guests were taken care of, room clean, we stayed with balcony facing pool, would definetly stay there again.
"Great location, clean rooms, wonderful pool"
We spent one night at this wonderfully located hotel on the strip in Branson with our 2 granddaughters and niece. They were so very excited to stay down the hall from a room in which President Bush had spent the night, and loved the pool- spending 3 hours in it after we checked in. The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable and there was enough room to have a rollaway bed comfortably in place. The balcony was a treat for the girls and the morning breakfast, while not the best motel breakfast I have had, was filling and fast. A reasonable rate, a clean room, a wonderful pool and a great location makes this a hotel worth your consideration on your next trip to Branson.
"Branson Clarion"
This is probably the best hotel to stay at on the Strip. The location is great. The outdoor pool is a good set up, plus they have an indoor pool as well. A room with a balcony facing the Strip is fun and unique. The free breakfast isn't bad either. The rooms are a bit out-dated but are very clean nonetheless. Again, if you plan on staying on the Strip, the Clarion is the place to stay.
"Clarion Hotel at "The Palace""
A very professional, friendly staff and beautiful decor added to the pleasant Branson experience in our three and a half day visit. The bed was very comfortable and the 6th floor balcony was an added plus to the visit. The breakfast buffet and restaurant, indoor and/or outdoor pool, and sauna/hot tub all created the perfect "rest" area that complements the perfect spot to vacation with family and/or friends. We will return to Branson to visit the great entertainment spots and will definitely stay at "The Palace." Highly recommend.
"Best Beds in Branson"
We stayed at the Clarion this last weekend. It was clean, beautiful and the staff friendly. The beds are so comfortable that I had a hard time sleeping on my mattress at home the first night back. We also had a wedding reception at Buckingham's; which is connected to the Clarion. It was amazing and beautiful! Breakfast is great! Prime rib delicious! Thank you Bobby and Joe for making my niece's reception perfect!!! The indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and sauna make it a great place to relax in the hub-bub that is Branson. I would highly recommend the Clarion at the Palace. I would love to go back and never leave the hotel property.
"Great for families"
Spent a week at this hotel and had a great time. The breakfast is awesome but crowded. Go early. Excellent location of hotel. We enjoyed both outdoor and indoor pools. Outdoor hot tub is under construction. We had a two bedroom suite w two bathrooms and a living room. Excellent if you have kids but want some privacy. We will be back.
"Great location, clean and comfortable"
Family mini trip over the 4th of July, we had two rooms, a king room with balcony over looking the pool area and room with 2 queens balcony view as well, large rooms and clean, the beds were awesome. Location is perfect for baldknobbers and presley theaters and many restaurants and attractions. The buffet style breakfast was excellent and the grounds very pretty with fountains, flowers and greenery. We will stay there our next trip to branson.
