Presentation
Attendance to an up to 120-minute vacation ownership presentation at a designated area appointed by the hotel is required.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Married, Cohabitating, Singles – one person must be age 30-75.
Income
Minimum $50,000 USD Annual Income for couples and $60,000 USD for singles
FICO Score 620+ (the guest insid the age range must FICO qualify)

Both qualified participants must be fluent in English without the help of an interpreter.
Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.

Resort Fees
There will be a $33.95 per night resort fee due at the time of booking. The resort fee includes VIP Luxury Transportation with A/C & WiFi from the Airport to Hotel. A hotel representative will be waiting outside the terminal with a sign with your last name on in it. It also includes all gratuities/tips for bartenders, waiters, and beach towel service.
Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 18 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
Refund Policy
Our offers provide 18 months to select the dates of travel creating the most amount of flexibility possible. We do offer a 14-day refund request timeframe where customers are able to request and receive their money back in full.
