This package promotion includes room accommodations only. Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 120-minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel
The resort is offering this first time visitor promotion, and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. Otherwise there are additional costs associated with group travel.

Credit Card
MARRIED & COHAB GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID MAJOR CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
LEGALLY SINGLE WOMEN MUST HAVE A MAJOR CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
PRE-PAID & RE-LOADABLE DEBIT CARDS DO NOT QUALIFY AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN.
Customer must have a valid credit or debit card in their name with an available line of credit to hold $100 resort security deposit upon check-in. Security deposit will be released at check out.
Qualified customers Must bring with them to the Presentation Major Credit or Debit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. EXPIRED cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance to a 120-minute preview at Pink Shell Resort & Marina is required.
The participants may not have attended any RRBD presentation in the past or be a current RRBD Resorts member through any RRBD Resort company.
CHECK-IN Procedure: Upon arrival in Fort Myers Beach, you MUST check-in at the Pink Shell Resort & Marina Welcome Desk. Location will be given upon confirmation.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Age
Married or Cohabitating couples must be in the age range of 28 to 72 years old.
Legally Single Women must be 28 to 72.

Income
Married & Cohabitating Couples must have a Minimum $75,000 USD Annual Income.
Legally Single Women must have a Minimum $75,000 USD Annual Income.
Must not be in the process of bankruptcy. Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify, however, retirees that meet other qualifications are accepted.
SELF-EMPLOYED must bring a business card with their name on it to show at check-in or will be subject to the penalty and void the promotional rate. No at home businesses; dog walker, artist, Avon representative, etc.
Income excludes any and all income derived from unemployment, alimony, child support, Social Security, temporary/permanent disability, commissions, real estate commissions, or tips.

Language
All qualified participants must be fluent in English without the help of an interpreter.

Identification
Married and cohabitating couples must present a major credit card or debit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Legally Single Women must present a major credit card or debit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Married and cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).
SELF-EMPLOYED must bring a business card with their name on it to show at check-in.

Marital Status
Offer is valid for Married or Cohabitating couples and Legally Single Women.
Cohabitating couples must have a minimum of 12 months living together and bring government issued IDS with matching addresses.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.
If you are cohabitating with a partner, that partner must travel and attend presentation. You cannot offer to qualify as a single if partner does not attend.

Countries
Offer is valid only for PERMANENT residents of the USA or Canada (not including Quebec) who meet all other qualifications. Valid USA or Canadian government issued ID must be presented by all guests.

Resort Fee
Your only other financial responsibility in addition to the package price is $10 per night for the Resort Fee and taxes to be charged at the Resort.

Additional Terms
Current or Past Owners, or Current or Past member of a VOA or anyone that has participated in a RRBD discounted promotional offer requiring a Presentation more than once are NOT ELIGIBLE for this promotional offer.
Cannot have consecutive promotional packages.
Cannot be attending or participating in a sporting event, convention, or family reunion. Any deposits paid for a resort tour or tours scheduled other than ours will result in the reservation being void. Do not pay a deposit anywhere for anything.
Promotional packages sold with tickets will receive tickets after the presentation.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Resort Vacations International believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.

Rescheduling Policy
Due to the popularity of the Pink Shell Resort & Marina once dates are chosen they cannot be changed. You are welcome to make changes to your reservation and choose another resort without penalty if change request is received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival will be a penalty of the total cost of the package. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
