Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 90 minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:


The Resort will honor only up to three promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is PROHIBITED under this promotion and will VOID your promotional package.

Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID DEBIT OR MAJOR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major OR Debit Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the card holder. Expired cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance to a 90-minute vacation ownership presentation is required.
You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation at Club Wyndham Asia.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Age
Married couples - Both persons must be between the ages of 27 - 72.
Cohabitating Couples Both must between the ages 27 - 72.
Legally single persons 27-72 - single persons must travel alone.

Income
Married, Cohabitating, or Single - Minimum $45,000 USD / Australian or $35,000 Euro Annual Income.
Must be employed full time or if Retired more than $150,000 USD in savings.

Language
Qualified participants must be in fluent English, Mandarin, or Thai.

Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk. Married couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate and/or lease agreement).

Marital Status
Married and Cohabitating couples and legally single persons traveling alone.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married Or Cohabitating MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

Countries
Offer is valid only for residents of Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand.
The offer is not available to Hong Kong residents and groups (more than three affiliated couples).

Confirmation Process
You will be receiving a formal confirmation delivered to your email within 3 to 7 business days depending on the season as the resort partner needs to verify and process your terms and conditions acknowledgment. The resort needs to verify each reservation as the resort is paying the cost of your discounted vacation.

Additional Terms
Employees of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd and their immediate families, employees of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific (HK) Ltd and their immediate families, existing WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Owners, existing Club Wyndham Asia Owners and persons who have attended a presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer and claim rewards.

Rescheduling Policy
You may make changes to your reservation without a penalty if your change request is received at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 16 days of your scheduled arrival will incur a 1-night charge of $199 per night. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
