Group Travel
You may only purchase ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is NOT permitted under this promotion and your package will be VOIDED. An extra room may be purchased for additional family members and/or friends at a discounted rate; but again, only ONE party will receive the discounted package price or your package will be voided.

GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance to a 90 minute vacation ownership presentation at the Occidental.
You are not eligible if you have previously attended presentation at the Occidental Punta Cana.

Age
Married couples - at least one person must be between the ages of 30 and 65.
Cohabitating couples must between the ages 30-65 and living together for more than 3 years, and must both attend to the sales presentation.
Same sex couples 30-65 and living together for more than 3 years, and must both attend to the sales presentation.

Income
Married / Cohabitating - Minimum $70,000 USD Annual Income
At least one person must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify.
Retired persons are not eligible.

Language
Both qualified participants must fluently speak, read and understand either English or Spanish.

Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
To check in married and cohabitating couples MUST bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate and/or lease agreement)

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married couples, cohabitating couples.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).

Additional Terms
There will be a $19.95 per night Resort Fee charged automatically once your confirmation email is sent. This fee includes unlimited food and alcohol as well as use of resort amenities.
The participants may not have attended another Occidental presentation in the past or be a current Occidental member.
When traveling to Dominican Republic the participants MUST spend their first night in Dominican Republic at the Occidental Punta Cana Resort or this promotion will be voided. This offer can NOT be used consecutively with any other resort stays in the Dominican Republic.
ALL Travel agents, airline and/or hospitality employees,honeymooners owners or employees of the Resorts (or their family members) or vacation ownership industry employees are excluded from this offer.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty, if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
