Group Travel
The Resort will honor only ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is PROHIBITED under this promotion and will VOID your promotional package.
Failure to comply with the Group Travel restriction, circumventing this restriction, or misrepresenting your intended itinerary are all violations of the Terms and Conditions.
Violation of the Group Travel restriction will result in one of the following:
Customer will be charged the full rack rate per night, plus monies previously paid and/or owing.
Your reservation will be moved to another comparable resort, if available.
Cancellation of your reservation dates.

Credit Card
Credit Card GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS (No Company Cards or Discover Cards). The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance to an up to 120-minute vacation ownership presentation at a designated area appointed by Diamond Resorts is required.
You are not eligible if you have previously attended presentation in last 12 months with Diamond Resorts.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Age
Married or Cohabitating couples - at least one individual in the couple must be age 25 or older.

Income
Minimum $60,000 USD Annual Income.
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify.
Must not have had a bankruptcy in last 2 years or be in process of loan modification.

Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English without the help of an interpreter.

Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Married or Cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).

Marital Status
Offer is valid married or cohabitating couples. All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.
Countries
Reservation holder must be a US or Canadian Resident EXCEPT residents of Alaska, Idaho, Indiana, Hawaii, Nebraska, West Virginia, Puerto Rico, Alberta, British Columbia, NW Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Yukon are NOT eligible for the promotion.

Confirmation Process
You will be receiving a formal confirmation delivered to your email within 3 to 7 business days depending on the season as the resort partner needs to verify and process your terms and conditions acknowledgement. The resort needs to verify each reservation as the resort is paying the cost of your discounted vacation.

Additional Terms
Must not own a RV (Recreation Vehicle)
Must not be owners of any Diamond property or interest.
Your only other financial responsibility besides the package price will be your standard hotel taxes which normally run $9-$16 per night depending on the season you are traveling in charged at the resort.
For this first-time visitor promotion customer cannot be a travel agent, Diamond Resorts Corporation or its affiliate DRIMI owner, employee or relative of an employee and may not have attended a Presentation in the within a 60-mile radius from this resort in the last 12 months. Cannot have toured a Diamond property more than twice. Cannot have consecutive promotional packages. Any deposits paid for a resort tour or tours scheduled other than ours will result in the reservation being void. Do not pay a deposit anywhere for anything.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements, qualifications, or resort fees. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer and are a must for participation in the resort preview. These requirements may change without notice.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.

You have a 7 day right to cancel this purchase. After this period, this sale is FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. If traveling within 7 days there is 48 hour right to cancel. This vacation package, however, can be transferred to a 3rd party of your choosing if they meet the above requirements.
