Besides meeting the qualifications there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel
You may only purchase two promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is NOT permitted under this promotion and your package will be VOIDED. An extra room may be purchased for additional family members and/or friends at a discounted rate; but again, only two parties will receive the discounted package price or your package will be voided.

Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Age
Married/Cohabitating couples - at least one person must be age 30 or over.
Legally single women - Must be age 35 or over.

Income
Married or Cohabitating Couples and Legally Single Women- No Income requirement.
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify, Retirees accepted if meet all other qualifications.
Must not be a full time student.

Language
Both qualified participants must fluently speak, read and understand either English or Spanish.

Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government issued photo ID at the reception desk.
Married couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate and/or lease agreement).

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married/cohabitating couples and legally single women.
Legally single women allowed to bring additional single female as a guest.

Countries
Offer is valid only for residents of the USA, Canada, or Latin American who meet all other qualifications.

Additional Terms
There will be a $19.95 per night Resort Fee. This fee covers items such as resort amenities, organized activities, beach towels and more. The resort fee will be paid before arrival when the confirmation email is sent.

Current owners of Mayan vacation ownership program are ineligible for this promotion.

First night in Mexico must be spent on Ocean Breeze/Mayan property.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty, if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.

Cancellation Policy
There is a 7 day right to cancel. After 7 days the package is non-refundable. If traveling within 7 days there is 48 hour right to cancel.

IMPORTANT: Failure to meet the above mentioned qualifications or attend the resort presentation will result in a charge back of $150 per night plus monies previously paid towards the package price.
