Group Travel
You may only purchase only ONE promotional package per family, group or friends traveling with same, similar or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Extra rooms may be available for family and friends at a discounted rate; however, only ONE party will receive the discounted package price. Group travel is NOT permitted and your package will be voided.

Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the check in a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance to a 90 minute resort preview at Marbesa Club the day after arrival to Spain is required.
You are not eligible if you have been to any Heritage Resort on a promotional holiday before, or in the last 2 years as guests/RCIs.

Age
Married or Cohabitating Couples - The man must be aged between 30 and 65 years old.

Income
Minimum $40,000 USD Annual Income or 25,000+ pounds Annual Household Income required for residents of USA, Canada, UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Russia.
Must be Homeowners.

Language
Both qualified participants must fluently speak, read and understand either English or Spanish.

Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government issued photo ID at the reception desk.
Married & cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate and/or lease agreement).

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married and cohabitating couples only.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

Countries

Additional Terms
There will be a $19.95 per day Resort Fee. This fee covers items such as resort amenities, organized activities, beach towels and more. The resort fee will be paid before arrival when the confirmation email is sent.
Current owners of Heritage Resorts ownership program are ineligible for this promotion.
Must not have spent 10,000 or more on a timeshare product/pack in the last 12 months.
Must not have family or friends living on the coast or who own property in Spain.
First night in Spain must be spent on Matchroom Country Club property or package is voided.
ALL Travel agents, airline and/or hospitality employees, owners or employees of the Resorts (or their family members) or vacation ownership industry employees are excluded from this offer.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Resort Vacations International believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.
In the unlikely event Resort Vacations International is informed by the resort developer that your selected travel dates have become unavailable, Resort Vacations International reserves the right to offer substitute accommodations of equal or greater value if available or you will receive a full refund.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty, if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.

You have a 7 day right to cancel this purchase. After this period this sale is FINAL & NON REFUNDABLE. If traveling within 7 days there is 48 hour right to cancel. This vacation package however can be transferred to a 3rd party of your choosing if they meet the above requirements.
