Group Travel
The Resort will honor only ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is PROHIBITED under this promotion and will VOID your promotional package. An extra room may be purchased for additional family members and/or friends at a discounted rate; but again, only ONE party will receive the discounted package price or your package will be voided.
Failure to comply with the Group Travel restriction, circumventing this restriction, or misrepresenting your intended itinerary are all violations of the Terms and Conditions.
Violation of the Group Travel restriction will result in one of the following:
Customer will be charged the full rack rate per night, plus monies previously paid and/or owing.
Your reservation will be moved to another comparable resort, if available.
Cancellation of your reservation dates.

Single men need to present 2 valid major credit cards

Presentation
Attendance to a 90-120-minute vacation ownership presentation at Temptation Resort & Spa is required.
You are not eligible if you have attended a presentation at the Temptation Resort & Spa within the last 12 months.
The PRESENTATION has to be attended the NEXT DAY of your arrival, no tours or activities will be planned or prearranged for this day.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Age
Married or cohabitating couples - BOTH participants person must be between the ages of 28 and 50.
Gay couples both between the ages of 30 - 50 with Matching IDs

Income
Married & Co-habitating couples - Minimum $50,000 USD Combined Annual Income. At least one participant has to be currently working or be a business owner.
Must not be a full-time student.

Language
All qualified participants must fluently speak, read and understand either English or Spanish.

Identification
The qualified person must present credit card/s (according to the credit card qualification above )and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk. Married & cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married couples, cohabitating couples.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
Cohabitating couples must have a minimum of 3 years living together and bring government-issued IDs with matching addresses.
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

Countries
Offer is valid only for residents of the USA or Canada (not including Quebec) who meet all other qualifications.
Valid USA or Canadian government issued ID must be presented by all guests.

Additional Terms
There will be a $19.95 per night Resort Fee charged automatically once your confirmation email is sent. This fee covers items such as resort amenities, organized activities, beach towels and more.
The participants may not have attended Temptation Resort & Spa presentation in the past 12 months or be a current Temptation Resort & Spa member.
When traveling to Mexico, the participants MUST spend their FIRST and LAST nights in Mexico at the Temptation Resort & Spa or this promotion will be voided. This offer can NOT be used consecutively with any other resort stays in the Mexico.
ALL Travel agents, AAA members, airline and/or hospitality employees, owners or employees of the Resorts (or their family members) or vacation ownership industry employees are excluded from this offer.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Resort Vacations International believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
