Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 90 - 120 minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel
You may only purchase ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is NOT permitted under this promotion and your package will be VOIDED. An extra room may be purchased for additional family members and/or friends at a discounted rate; but again, only ONE party will receive the discounted package price or your package will be voided.

Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation and picture IDs and a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance to a 90 - 120 minute vacation ownership presentation.
Time and place will be established by you & the Executive Services Representative during your pre-arrival call.

Age
Married couples - Both persons must be between the ages of 30 and 65.
Cohabitating Couples Both must between the ages 30-65.

Income
Married or Cohabitating Couples - Minimum $50,000 USD Annual Income.
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify.
Retirees accepted if receive a minimum $50,000 USD Annual income and meet all other qualifications.
Participants from Mexico and Latin America at least one person must be fully employed, retired couples are not accepted.

Language
Both qualified participants must fluently speak, read and understand either English or Spanish.

Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government issued photo ID hen checking in to the hotel and to your reserved sales presentation you must present the confirmation letter from International Marketing Solutions (IMS).

Married couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate and/or lease agreement).

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married or cohabitating couples only.
Cohabitating couples must having a minimum of 2 years living together and bring proof such as matching IDs, utility bill or bank statements.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

Countries
Offer is valid only for residents of the USA/Canada/Latin America that meet all other qualifications. Quebec, Canada residents do not qualify. Valid government issued ID must be presented by all guests.

Confirmation Process
You will be receiving a formal confirmation delivered to your email within 3 to 7 business days depending on the season as the resort partner needs to verify and process your terms and conditions acknowledgement. The resort needs to verify each reservation as the resort is paying the cost of your discounted vacation.

Additional Terms
There will be a $19.95 per night Resort Fee charged when you check in. This fee covers items such as resort amenities, organized activities, beach towels and more.
The participant is required to leave an open voucher in the amount of 300.00 USD. This deposit is 100% refundable at check out if guest did not incur any incidental charges during their stay.
This promotional package is non-transferable. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer from your agency, any other company advertising another resort or for use with another vacation ownership week on the same, similar or adjoining arrival and departure dates. This applies for qualified guests, family and friends traveling at the same time.
This special promotion is NOT valid for Royal Resort Members.
This is a ONE TIME promotion and is not available for travel agents, airline- & hotel employees, Royal members or their immediate family, Mini-Vac company employees and relatives or vacation ownership employees.
The participants may not have attended an Royal Resorts presentation ever before and further agree to not attend any other vacation club sales presentation during this vacation including adjoining dates (before, during & after your stay with us). Participating in another resort promotion while utilizing this vacation offer is prohibited and will void the terms and conditions obligating you to pay the rack rate to the hotel prior to check-out.

Rescheduling Policy
You may make changes to your reservation without a penalty if your change request is received at least 16 days before your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 16 days of your scheduled arrival will incur a 2 night charge of $199 per night. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
