Group Travel
The Resort will honor only ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is PROHIBITED under this promotion and will VOID your promotional package.
Failure to comply with the Group Travel restriction, circumventing this restriction, or misrepresenting your intended itinerary are all violations of the Terms and Conditions.
Violation of the Group Travel restriction will result in one of the following:
Customer will be charged the full rack rate per night, plus monies previously paid and/or owing.
Your reservation will be moved to another comparable resort, if available.
Cancellation of your reservation dates.

Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY

Presentation
Must attend a 90 to 120 minute sales presentation of Alive and Well Vacation Club to be scheduled by the Vacation Club. Client will receive date and time of appointment upon check-in.

Age
Married and Cohabitating couples - Both persons must be between the ages of 32 and 67.

Income
Married or Cohabitating Couples - Minimum $100,000 USD Annual Income.
The Husband must be employed full time, cannot be a student.

Language
Both qualified participants must fluently speak, read and understand English.

Identification
Married or co-habiting couple must have matching picture IDs, If different last names then ONLY drivers license with matching address can be used as ID.

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married and cohabitating couples only.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

Countries
Offer is valid only for residents of the USA/Canada meet all other qualifications. Valid government issued ID must be presented by all guests.
Residents of Quebec or Saskachewan are not eligible for this promotion.

Confirmation Process
You will be receiving a formal confirmation delivered to your email within 3 to 7 business days depending on the season as the resort partner needs to verify and process your terms and conditions acknowledgement. The resort needs to verify each reservation as the resort is paying the cost of your discounted vacation.

Additional Terms
There will be a $19.95 per night Resort Fee charged automatically once your confirmation email is sent. This fee covers items such as resort amenities, organized activities, beach towels and more.
Can not own a Vacation Club product that is not backed by a specific resort property and unit. May own deeded and right to use Timeshare.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Resort Vacations International believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.
In the unlikely event Resort Vacations International is informed by the resort developer that your selected travel dates have become unavailable, Resort Vacations International reserves the right to offer substitute accommodations of equal or greater value if available or you will receive a full refund.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty, if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
