Group Travel
The Resort will honor only ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is PROHIBITED under this promotion and will VOID your promotional package.
Failure to comply with the Group Travel restriction, circumventing this restriction, or misrepresenting your intended itinerary are all violations of the Terms and Conditions.
Violation of the Group Travel restriction will result in one of the following:
Customer will be charged the full rack rate per night, plus monies previously paid and/or owing.
Your reservation will be moved to another comparable resort, if available.
Cancellation of your reservation dates.
Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.
Presentation
Attendance to a 120-minute resort preview at The Grandview at Las Vegas is required.
You are not eligible if you have previously attended presentation at The Grandview at Las Vegas in the last 6 months or if a Vacation Village Voyages member.
Age
Married or Cohabitating couples only - One person must be at least the age of 25.
Income
Minimum $50,000 USD Annual Income. Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify, if Retired at least one person must be still working/employed.
Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English, without the help of an interpreter.
Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Married and cohabitating couples MUST bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).
Marital Status
Offer is valid married or cohabitating couples only.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.
Countries
Reservation holder must be residents of either US, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean and Latin & South American except residents of California, Argentina, Venezuela and Clark county, Nevada,
Confirmation Process
You will be receiving a formal confirmation delivered to your email within 3 to 7 business days depending on the season as the resort partner needs to verify and process your terms and conditions acknowledgement. The resort needs to verify each reservation as the resort is paying the cost of your discounted vacation.
Additional Terms
Only other financial responsibility for Customer will be standard hotel taxes of $10-15 depending on season $25 Resort fee both paid at the resort at check-in. Resort fee includes WiFi, in room safe, complimentary mini continental breakfast, transportation within a 3-mile radius of the resort.
Ineligible if a Vacation Village Voyages member. employee or relative of an employee and may not have attended a Presentation in Las Vegas in the last 5 months. Cannot have toured a Vacation Village property more than twice.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Resort Vacations International believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.
In the unlikely event Resort Vacations International is informed by the resort developer that your selected travel dates have become unavailable, Resort Vacations International reserves the right to offer substitute accommodations of equal or greater value if available or you will receive a full refund.
Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
