Group Travel
You may only purchase ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is NOT permitted under this promotion and your package will be VOIDED. An extra room may be purchased for additional family members and/or friends at a discounted rate; but again, only ONE party will receive the discounted package price or your package will be voided.

Presentation
Attendance to a 120-minute resort preview is required
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
Age
At least one of the qualified participants must be in the age range of 35 to 55 years old. However, neither person can be over 55 years old.
Income
US/Canadian residents must have a minimal income of $90,000 USD
Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English or Spanish.
Identification
To CHECK-IN MUST possess a valid US OR CANADIAN PASSPORT or Government Issued ID and at least one Major Credit Card. A check/debit card with Visa or MasterCard logo or Discover card is NOT accepted for qualification purposes but can be used for the purchase of the package and for use at the resort.
Marital Status
Offer is valid for married or cohabitating couples.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.
If you are cohabitating with a partner, that partner must travel and attend presentation.
Countries
This promotion is for US residents and Canadian residents.

Additional Terms
There will be a $19.95 per night Resort Fee charged automatically once your confirmation email is sent. This fee includes unlimited food and premium alcohol as well and use of resort amenities.
The participants may not have attended another Club Melia presentation in the past or be a current Club Melia Member.
When traveling to Mexico the participants MUST spend their first night in the Mexico at the Paradisus La Perla or this promotion will be voided. This offer can NOT be used consecutively with any other resort stays in Mexico. ALL Travel agents, airline and/or hospitality employees, owners or employees of the Resorts (or their family members) or vacation ownership industry employees are excluded from this offer.

Reschedule Policy
You may make changes to your reservation without a penalty if your change request is received at least 16 days before your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 16 days of your scheduled arrival will incur a 2 night charge of $199 per night. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
